my wedding photos, and the people who met her at my wedding all echoed the same sentiment that she is now part of our family. If you are fortunate enough to be given the chance to meet Alayna, none of this will come as a surprise. She is one of the most caring, friendly people I have met and this sentiment is so evident when looking at her photography. I am very particular about photography/editing style, and I cannot restate enough how great her style is. Her editing is consistent and clean, which was one of the most important things to me when choosing a wedding photographer: I wanted someone with a truly timeless (and not trendy) editing style. We first connected with Alayna for our engagement party. She immediately got to work capturing the detail shots (one of her niches for a reason…she’s so good at this y’all!!) while we pulled together the last minute details. She needed absolutely no instruction at all; she’s a professional for a reason and it’s so very clear in how she conducts herself while working. She made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, pulling out everyone’s most photogenic side and capturing all the true, raw emotions. She was so personable, and multiple people told me that she was amazing. We decided to book her for our wedding following the great experience at our engagement party. All of the logistics were so seamless with her. Booking, scheduling, payment, and delivery of the galleries were all so easy and professional (and I've had a lot of experience with photogs on both ends of the spectrum). In our planning meetings, she was so detail-oriented and knew all the right questions to ask, which is one of the most important things for anyone planning a wedding. She was constantly assuaging me and is truly the bestfriend who will talk you down a ledge with her vast wealth of experience…and it’s not unheard of for the stress of wedding planning pushes you to one! She easily ranks at the top for making the experience easy. Throughout the entire day she was reassuring me that the timeline was a guideline, and even if we don’t stick to it to the second, everything will get captured. I told her upfront that as we were coming from the unique perspective of having plenty of couple photos, I wanted my main priority to be candid photos of friends/family, and I will forever cherish the amazing job she did. Every single person who commented on our photography not only said that the photos were beautiful, but also qualified the compliment with praise for Alayna and her outstanding professionalism and charismatic demeanor. Alayna was so great during all of our planning, and stuck through with her professionalism and dedication at the wedding and following up. We received upwards of 150 photos and a beautiful blog post for our sneak peeks within around a week of our wedding, which were a beautiful memory that we were then able to share with our friends and family to relive the day. I cannot reiterate how strongly I recommend Alayna to capture your wedding. She is the best photographer we have ever worked with, and I will forever cherish the memories that she preserved for us.

o work with and so professional. She is creative and saw beauty is spaces I would have walked right by. Some of our best pictures were her saying "let's try this!" and us trusting the process and I'm SO glad we did! From the start, we had a great time. She took our engagement photos a year and a half before the wedding. Back then she was super easy to work with, then when it came time for the wedding day it was like hanging out with an old friend again. Both my husband and I are not comfortable in front of the camera, but Alayna made us shine! Our wedding album came back less than two weeks after the wedding and I cried the biggest happy tears seeing how she was able to capture all of the love and joy felt that day. We had some family cancel at the last minute, but Alayna was flexible and helped us to make it work. We had an unconventional photo timeline due to said family complications, but she worked with us and was able to capture all of the pictures that we wanted and more. She was patient with our less-than-sober wedding party and she made sure that she captured everything we wanted before moving on to the next group. I cannot recommend Alayna enough!!!

When the wedding day came Alayna and her sister were the most positive and energetic duo making sure that not only the Groom and I were calm/happy but the entire wedding party.. not to mention they had a fan to keep us cool on a VERY hot summer day, which was a big hit. To anyone looking for a wedding photographer I highly recommend Alayna Parker, especially if you are looking for someone that goes above and beyond the description of wedding photographer and really steps up to help make the entire wedding process seamless!

ne who is awkward in front of the camera, Alayna took the time to get to know you so it felt like you were being photographed by a good friend and make the process a little less "awkward". Our gallery of over 1000 photos were sent back to us a week after our wedding, and we couldn't be more happy with the end result. Not only does she take amazing photos, she is personable, the sweetest and nicest person, and fun to be around - making it even more great to have her at your event!

She listens to your ideas and makes the environment so fun during your photo shoot. We caught ourselves laughing many times! She does a very thorough job to make sure you get more from the images and experience than you expect. She is very timely and won’t have you waiting as long as other photographers. I would definitely recommend her for any kind of photo session you want, but especially for you wedding, you will not regret it!

ead out over 4 days , when I first spoke to her she was very interested in taking part in my wedding and I immediately knew that she is the one I am looking for. It was so easy to work with her She is very personable and made me and my whole family feel comfortable right away . She is always before time , very patient and professional. She captured the moments during during ceremonies so well that when we look at them , we feel like we are living it agin . She is quick and perfect . She never lost her patience during the long ceremonies. She was able to accommodate all my requests with a smile . I could not thank her enough for giving us the perfect memories for life . I would highly recommend her to all my friends and families and she will be our photographer for all the future events until she retires. 🥰

Due to worries about COVID, we actually cancelled our initial wedding day and opted for something smaller and more remote, not to mention 5 months ahead of schedule!. Alayna was very accommodating and worked with us and thankfully she was available on our wedding day. The quality of her photos are top notch. She has a great eye for the surrounding and how to fit you in to create the best picture possible and really capture the moment. We've gotten so many compliments from friends and family and we will forever be able to look back at the photos and remember our day and the love we have for one another. She met with me several times to go through details and make sure everything was perfect and she knew what kind of style photos I wanted I’ve known Alayna since I was young she actually took my graduation pictures too. She had never met my fiancé but she met with us together then we did an engagement shoot which I would highly recommend because she really got to know us and find our best poses before the big day. She is so bubbly and so kind she can make everyone have a good time on our wedding day I think she made our ring bearer smile more than anyone for those pictures and she is always open to trying what you want but also she knows the best poses for the best pictures. Normally I feel awkward being photographed but she makes the whole process effortless and fun. I am just in love with all of our pictures her attention to detail her style of photography and personality are really the best for the job. She was honestly like one of our family on the big day helped with whatever we needed when stressed and made sure it was all about us. Would highly highly recommend to anyone wanting amazing photos and a great person taking them!

unicate with. It’s evident that she loves photography, and particularly wedding photography. She always had a smile and valued our opinions (which we appreciated). Even though it rained on our wedding day, she was prepared and took amazing photos! While I often hear horror stories of people not getting their wedding photos in a timely fashion, that was not the case with Alayna. While on our honeymoon, we received our sneak peek (just a couple days after the wedding)! And prior to returning from our honeymoon, we received our full wedding album!! Simply put, Alayna was beyond exceptional and we look forward to working with her in the future for other photography needs.

f the planning process. Alayna had her sister help as a second shooter for wedding day, and they were both so sweet, funny, and personable to work with, taking pictures was an absolute breeze! Not to mention, we were beyond thrilled with all of the pictures we got back. All of our pictures were STUNNING. Alayna even gave us a sneak peek with about 50 pictures ON WEDDING DAY! We got another sneak peek with 150 pictures a few days later, and then another 1300+ later in the week. We were so thrilled how quick she turned around the pictures, and just how amazing they were. We'll have these amazing photos to look back on forever, and we cannot thank Alayna and her sister enough for being so amazing! I would recommend Alayna to ANYONE looking to book a photographer in Columbus!!

She was able to be with us for 10 hours on our wedding day (and a few hours at our rehearsal) and truly was able to captured so many beautiful moments! She shot an engagement session with my fiancé and I to get to know us, and shot our wedding ceremony and reception with her sister. The photos are nothing short of perfection. She is so talented in how she composes each shot, and always catches the most gorgeous lighting. She captured our special day perfectly. And to boot, she was so much fun to work with and had us laughing and enjoying the process. I would absolutely recommend her to family and friends, and will hire her in the future for events!

our engagement pictures that my husband is a bit of a squinter so she used a shutter feature and not a single one of our pictures has him with his eyes closed! She also knew exactly which spots at the places we stopped for pictures would give us great lighting and compliment the wedding colors best. She was organized and had an online planning form for us to think about exactly what kind of shots we want from our day, and who would be in them! This made after church pictures incredibly efficient! Alayna was subtle enough in the background, but didn't miss a beat of my crazy family and documented such special memories!! We have the most amazing pictures for what we thought was an incredibly fair price. The best part about her was that we got her and her sister for the entire day! Many photographers were 8-10 hours only!

Rather she asks when you are starting getting ready and sets up a timeline to get every moment. She spent about 9 hours with us the day of the wedding and caught every moment. There isn't a single picture she missed that I wanted. My friend got married a few weeks after us and missed many of the getting ready photos because her photographer had a set hours limit. Not only does she work with you to get the photos you want, but she also helps with any other aspect you need help with. She had all of my bridal parties names memorized and both our families names. We have a tricky family situation and she had memorized who could/should be together. She has a great eye for photos and it is great that she allows you to download all the pictures she takes. You are then able to print whichever ones you want at your local CVS or make a book on Shutterfly with those pictures. You will not regret the decision to go with Alayna.

our turn, we met with Alayna and a few other photographers in the area. We ultimately decided we wouldn't find anyone better than Alayna. Not to mention, we'd seen her work, had never heard anything but high praise, and she was within our budget (and as those planning a wedding know, this is key). Not only is Alayna professional, accommodating, talented, and timely, she's so thoughtful. She'd send me monthly emails to see if there's anything she could help with. Not to mention she sent us the most darling (pun intended) little "thank you" gift when we booked her. We recommended Alayna to friends of ours who are getting married this July and they've gone on to recommend her to others; yes, before their actual wedding day. She's really that good! We got married in April 2017 and it went off, relatively, without a hitch. And that's all thanks to Alayna and her assistant, and how they worked with our other vendors to assure everything went as planned.
