tunning! The catering staff is top choice and all the food was so delicious, and everyone made a point to tell us how yummy everything was! (Especially the mashed potatoes!!) Our head waiter for the day, Frank, was also wonderful and we can't thank him enough for taking care of us on our special day! A few notes on things that kept this from being a 5-star review: We did find that we needed to do most of the coordinating and planning on our own and that we did not receive as much assistance with planning/coordinating as we were led to believe we would. They were often slow to respond to emails or phone calls and would require a few follow-ups before we would hear back. There is no room that the groom & groomsmen can hang out or get ready in (they were only offered a locker room to get changed in, and then they were to be restricted to the sitting room adjacent to the front door if they wanted to be on-site prior to the ceremony), even though there are multiple rooms in the building that would have been able to accommodate the group. Some day-of decisions were not handled in the way we expected / asked for. Nothing catastrophic but the handling should definitely been done by someone other than the bride on her wedding day! Ultimately, however, there are no regrets with having our wedding at this venue as it was a beautiful event and a lovely beginning to our lifetime together.

I absolutely loved working with her from start to finish. - Delicious Food: All of our guests raved about the food. The cocktail hour appetizers were crowd pleasers. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The raw seafood bar was a huge hit. Everyone loved the ice-cream bar at the end of the night. - Beautiful Venue - We have so many stunning photos in part due to how beautiful their location/venue is. Their outside ceremony location on the terrace is idyllic with views of the countryside/Albany, rolling hills, etc. - Wonderful staff - They helped to ensure that all our guests had great drinks, quick food service, etc. Frankie in particular was a HUGE hit with my Bride Squad. - Rainy Day Back-up Plans: They have a spot onsite where, if it rains, you can hold the ceremony inside (with, of course, beautiful views). - It's YOUR day: They don't book multiple weddings for the same day, so you and your vendors can come first thing in the morning to start setting up. I also wanted to share one story to explain how much Kim & her staff went above and beyond for our wedding. I moved to the Albany area to be with my now husband. I left behind a large number of family and friends in DC area. For my wedding, I wanted to involve everyone in our special day and had a Bride Squad of 24 (plus 4 daughters of members). Kim helped put together a wonderful pre-wedding event on our wedding day for my Bride Squad which included appetizers, a mimosa bar and a photo session for us all with our photographer on the country club grounds. Kim even allowed us to have the event in the formal Albany Room instead of the Bridal Suite. We have incredible photos and memories from that time together that are so, so special. I am so thankful that I got to spend extra time celebrating with my friends on the day of our wedding. And it was only able to all come together with Kim's help.

We were blown away by the job they did and are so grateful for everything they did to make our day as beautiful as it was.

It is obvious that her and her staff have done many events in the past. Courtney and Erica were with us all day from getting ready until we left at the end of the night. Their hospitality was perfect and we did not have to worry about anything all day. I would recommend ACC to anyone looking to have a perfect wedding day and experience.
