Alchemy Bake Lab is the largest Mini Treat Dealer in Texas, based in Houston! We LOVE to create whimsical dessert bars for weddings, bridal showers, and parties all over Texas!

ted because I had found them on social media a couple of years prior and always wanted to try their desserts. Let me tell you, after we tried their samples, I did not want to go to anyone else. Kady was so sweet when it came to booking, and Jojo was a blast when we did out taste testing! It was so fun, that it was my favorite part of our wedding planning. lol Jojo had a recommendation for Banana Bread Buttercream Blondies, although we couldn't try it at the time, we added it to our list because it sounded so good. We are so glad we did, because we believe that was the favorite at our wedding!
We wanted to give our guests options for dessert, so they could pick what they wanted. (We had my aunt do a small personal cake for us so that we could cut into one.) Our guests were so excited to try our desserts, we found some got to it before we cut our cake. lol Made for a great memory for us, our guests are dessert people, which made the dessert bar a perfect choice. They loved all of our lineup and complemented how delicious they were. We also had to-go boxes, that Alchemy Bake Lab had put a sticker on that had our monogram on it, so it could be a parting gift if people wanted as well. Our guests made sure to take advantage of this option too. lol Alchemy Bake Lab had such a beautiful set up for everything! We cannot thank Kady and her team enough for their work! Thank y'all for the beautifully delicious, sweet treats that y'all make, and we will have to come back out your location in Katy soon to get more!

I walked in, the wedding stress was in full swing. Kady immediately recognized it, told me to take a breath, and reassured me with, “I got this.” That’s exactly what every couple needs from their vendors — not just talent, but kindness and calm.
From our very first tasting, we were blown away by the variety of flavors, and even more impressed by Kady’s willingness to create custom flavors for our five-event Indian wedding. Every event had its own unique mini dessert display to match the theme, and our reception featured the most stunning wedding cake and groom’s cake we could have imagined.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and delicious everything was. Alchemy Bakery went above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly to any couple looking for desserts that taste just as incredible as they look.

eir endless mini dessert options. The Creme Brulés did not disappoint on the big day and were definitely a crowd favorite. Their team drove to Austin to complete the setup. The only caveat was that the serving trays had to be brought back to Alchemy within 3 days of the event (we were lucky enough to have someone in our wedding party that lived in the area). However, we really enjoyed the tasting, dessert selection and setup. Thank you to Kady and your team for helping make our day special!

My only critiques were responsiveness--it was sometimes difficult to reach her, and my coordinator had trouble reaching her as well, and upselling--multiple times we were recommended to increase our order size so we apprehensively did but ended up having dozens of leftovers. This business is still relatively new, so I'm sure as they grow they'll continue to improve! I can't complain about the desserts themselves, as they were all delicious! I would work with Alchemy again if I were planning another event.

From the start, Alchemy was the only dessert company that was willing to adapt their current menu to fit our vision for the day, even to the point where they were willing to create new desserts. She was timely and flexible throughout the 2 years we worked with her (especially after we had to delay our wedding the first time with COVID!). Kady was texting us a week after she delivered her BABY to ensure that we had everything finalized down to the tee. She was transparent when supply chain issues or price gauges would effect the price of our desserts.
