She is very kind, quick to respond, and professional. I had a hair trial at their salon and found Kaelyn to be equally as kind, fun, and professional to work with! I really loved that Kaelyn was so cool about me having cochlear implants and needing to take them off for portions of hair styling - to feel that comfort and security with a disability means the world! My hair trial was gorgeous and she was super receptive to any tweaks I wanted to make as well as understanding what I wanted while I tried to find the words to describe it! The day of, my hair looked STUNNING. My girls looked gorgeous and all 6 of them had completely different styles - low ponies, braided updos, curls - and Kaelyn made each girl look amazing. The styles held through the heat and photos and just an overall long day. I felt stunning and couldn't have asked for things to go any smoother on the big day either - communication, punctuality, fun chatter, and delivering incredible hair! Highly recommend.
