Alli is the best wedding and event coordinator and manager. She made our wedding planning absolutely easy and stress free. Any issue that came up Alli was on it. All of suggestions and referrals were great. The day of our wedding we had last minute issues, not to worry Alli to the rescue. I highly recommend Alli and anyone she recommends. She is the best wedding coordinator/planner. She handled every little detail. Her fees were affordable and for the level of service we received. I would say they’re cheap. There wasn’t a detail she couldn’t handle. Her referrals for other vendors were also spot on and appreciated. The day of the wedding, she made it stress-free and handled all the unforeseen problems without a complaint and with no issues. We highly recommend.Alli.
Working with Alli as my coordinator/event planner was truly one of the best decisions I made. She planned and coordinated my engagement party, and from start to finish, she made the entire process feel so easy. Alli handled everything from signage to organizing the food and hiring a bartender.

Event Coordinator
I'm Alli, founder of Alcove Events. After graduating from the University of Tampa in 2021 with a degree in Psychology, I spent the last five years managing restaurants and working in catering, experiencing every kind of event firsthand.
In 2021, I took on the challenge of planning a graduation celebration for the University of Tampa. What started as a silly idea, quickly turned into a full-scale event. I began coordinating details, managing moving parts, and creating an experience people would remember forever. The process was later recognized by The New York Times.
Since then, I’ve coordinated weddings, engagement parties, birthdays, and private events, always with the same goal, to see your happiness shine from the event being better than you could have imagined.
Alcove Events was created to take that passion further by offering a calm, detail-driven presence on the days that matter most!! I absolutely love what I do and am always looking forward to meeting new people and making your day the best it can be.
