We didn't feel like any photographers we met with (which was a lot lol) fully understood that until we met with Alessandra and Charlie... and my god - she took this and ran with it. There is not a single photo in which we feel either of us looks anything other than exactly how we are. Our photographer was one of the most important vendors for us because photos are one of the only tangible things you get to look back on forever. From our engagement session to our wedding day, every single photo Alessandra took came out absolutely incredible. We received countless compliments (and I mean beyond just “grandma loves them”) people genuinely said our photos should be published in a magazine. Alessandra is not only insanely talented but she’s also super funny, brings all-around good vibes, and is a calming presence on what can be a hectic wedding day. UNNING and it was such a quick turn around from going for the photos to getting all the photos back. We had such a hard time picking only 3 photos for our save the dates because the photos were really so beautiful. They looked very natural and not posed, and we got great direction during the shoot to make sure we got all the perfect shots!

I look back at my photos and feel so grateful to have such amazing memories that perfectly encapsulate the day. Personally, I am picky when it comes to seeing pictures of myself- let tell you, there was not a single picture that I saw that made me feel self conscious. For your day, you should feel and look like a bride and this was 1000% reflected rin my photos. I am having a hard time picking which photos to choose for my wedding album! From the beginning: We hired them to do our engagement pictures. Since we live in the city, we had a few ideas where we would like our session to be and the team suggested Fort Tryon Park. It was the perfect setting of urban and picturesque. The team made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and it didn't feel like a chore. My husband and I had all the feels and truly felt at ease. It was such a special day. Of course the photos are amazing and I had a hard time picking the photos for my save the dates because there were so many to choose from. At our wedding day- It rained on our day, right after our ceremony. Once the ceremony was over, we were supposed to bring our family to the lighthouse to take pictures. They quickly pivoted and utilized the church (and the deck) to make sure we had amazing family portraits and made sure we all stayed dry in the process. I would not have ever imagined the results- a true sign of a professional and experienced team. Everyone had smiles on their face- I did not once get stressed or worried that we would not get our family photos. They truly know what they are doing. After the church, the bridal party moved to the second location for bridal party pictures and the sun came out in full force. The photography made sure every single groomsmen had NOTHING in their pockets and made sure everyone was in place and ready to go. I had 12 people in my bridal party- they were able to corral everyone and make sure that we were going to get perfect pictures. I have been in weddings before and sometimes it feels like taking group photos becomes a chore. I know I am biased because this was my wedding, but I do feel like everyone had a good time overall. We were also the first ones to purchase their video package (this is a new offering and 10000% worth it). Run (don't walk) to book them for your wedding. Seriously, the best in the business. You will LOVE your photos and will love working with everyone!

From the moment we first spoke with her, we knew she was going to be amazing and her work truly speaks for itself but the person behind the camera is even better than we imagined. When my now husband and I met Alessandra and Charlie for our engagement photos, we expressed how awkward we were in front of the camera and they guided us throughout the entire session and made us feel so comfortable–we instantly knew hiring them as our wedding photographers was the absolute best decision we made and we were so excited to have them be a part of our big day. Fast forward to this past weekend, the best day of our lives, they completely went above and beyond. They guided us through everything, helped me hold my train and bouquet and made the day run so smoothly. They got us back a gallery of about 30 teaser pictures which was completely unexpected and we were in awe at how gorgeous the photos were. We loved EVERY SINGLE ONE…and I usually hate pictures of myself, but oh my goodness every single one was more gorgeous than the last and I cannot wait to see our full album. Everyone that we had shared our album with was floored at how beautiful they were and said they looked like they came straight out of a wedding magazine. I know the wait for the full album will be well worth the wait as Alessandra is a true artist and her and Charlie are the dream team. My husband and the groomsmen worked closely with Charlie for the getting ready photos and said being with Charlie felt so comfortable, they loved his creativity and that it felt like he was just “one of the bros” and fit in well with their group of guys. Lastly, I had a family member upset that in the modern age of technology/ iphones that there were no pictures on social media (such a blessing and a curse these days) of her and I. I reached out to Alessandra just to confirm that when we received our full album down the line that there would be some pictures of me and that person as I could have sworn we took a bunch, but the wedding day was long and I just wanted to be sure. Within less than 2 hours, she reached back out to me and said she uploaded two pictures with that person to hold us over– I was speechless, I was not expecting that and I literally broke down. What had become quite a stressful situation for me became instantly resolved and I made sure to let her know how incredibly grateful I was. She is the sweetest human ever and using Alessandra Parks Photography was the best decision we made. I cannot sing their praises enough. RUN, DO NOT WALK TO HIRE ALESSANDRA AND CHARLIE!! Throughout our experience (which was 2.5 years due to a covid postponement) she would send us updates and answer all questions quickly. As a type A person myself, her organization meant a lot to me. Once you meet with her, she sends you a mock personal timeline so you can get an idea of what to expect with her. Prior to the wedding day, you have scheduled meetings to review every single detail of your day down to when you will take your sunset photo. She has a list of every single photo that will be taken during the day, which the photographers follow to a tee. It was so important to me to make sure that our day was organized and to make sure that every photo I wanted was taken. I worked with two of her photographers on staff and they were both kind, patient, and fun to work with. My engagement photo shoot was with Alessandra herself and she is so much fun to be around and made my husband and I so comfortable in a situation that could definitely be slightly posed and awkward. I could go on and on about how amazing it was to work with Alessandra- book her now!

want the overly posed traditional wedding pictures, but they both (and their assistant who was also a sweetheart) make you laugh and have so much fun during the process and it really reflects in the final result. My pictures are incredible, we got so many compliments on them, we love every single one, and thats saying a lot since i normally hate how i look in pictures. I was also a covid bride and she was incredibly understanding during the postponement process, so easy to communicate with, which helped make it much less stressful. If you're lucky enough to have Alessandra available for your date (she books up quick!!), you will absolutely not regret it.

She was so sweet, flexible and helpful when it came to all the millions of questions I had asked leading up to the engagement shoot and wedding day. For the engagement shoot, it was only supposed to be an hour, but she spent 2 hours with us, had a little changing tent and even went to a second nearby location for different scenery. Before the wedding day we walked through all the special moments and shots we wanted on a shared google document that I could update myself if I had any last minute thoughts leading up to our wedding. On our wedding day she captured every moment perfectly and her and her team fit in seamlessly throughout the event. She gave such great direction during the photographing process which we really needed as we had never done a photoshoot before, and it made all the difference because the pictures came out looking natural and candid. Also, she really helped me with adjusting my dress/veil if it wasn't laid out perfectly or adjusting my hair if it was out of place...it's those little details that make the photo look perfect and photographer AMAZING! BIG shoutout to her other team members, Charlie and Siobhan, they were absolutely AWESOME and captured some amazing shots!! They all worked so well together and we all had fun while doing it - we couldn't be happier. Lastly, we received all our pictures for the engagement shoot and wedding so quickly. She sent some highlights the next day so I could share them immediately and I even got the cutest flash drive with a picture from our wedding on it. She even edited a few pictures where my mom didn't like her wrinkles or arms which was so accommodating and appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend Alessandra to capture your special day, it was an absolutely pleasure working with her and her team. I will definitely be booking her for all my other future life events.

ght of Covid because I trusted my gut. Our engagement session in July 2020 was a dream come true at Prosser Pines. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location if you want something different from the usual ocean looks on Long Island. We received our teaser photos THAT SAME NIGHT and the full gallery within a week. My actual wedding day was a dream come true and we give much of that credit to Alessandra (and Charlie!). They kept the day moving along, capturing the moments we wanted while keeping our bridal party laughing and smiling…this included the 8 children they somehow managed to get into photos. As requested, my husband and I did not miss a moment of our party; we were on time for cocktail hour and were only taken outside for five minutes during dinner to capture some golden hour shots. If I actually wrote everything I wanted to about her, this would be too long. So, if you want a photographer who feels like a part of your family and you can trust with the most important day of your life, choose Alessandra. I miss her already! Oh, and I woke up to teaser photos the morning after my wedding!!! Who else works that fast???

Instagram and reviews to try to narrow down my search. I found Alessandra on Instagram and instantly gravitated towards her natural, light and airy photos. I reached out and immediately got a response to all of my questions. I only reached out to two other photographers before knowing I wanted Alessandra to be my photographer. She created a proposed personalized timeline almost immediately to recommend her different photo packages and was so personable that it felt like we had been friends for a long time. Fast forward to our wedding and she and her team beyond exceeded our expectations. She listened to the important photos that I wanted captured as well as things I wanted to focus on /not miss. The morning after our wedding we woke up to the most incredible teaser photos, I honestly couldn’t believe it! Alessandra pours her heart and soul into her business and it shows. We received all of our photos back this past week and were so happy with all of them. She and her team did such an incredible job from the hotel/getting ready, detail shots, first look, ceremony, portraits and even the reception. The most important part to me was the calming and stress free process she created. Planning a wedding during COVID was so incredibly difficult and stressful but I never had to worry about my photographer because she was always on top of everything including the day of- she was a saint! I 100% recommend her, you will not regret it!
