Amazing flavors and extremely soft cake. All the treats we had were super tasty . Everyone loved the cake.

On 10/5/2024, my wife and I were united in marriage at the DoubleTree by Hilton. From the time I was little (the husband), me and my siblings used to frequent Alessi's bakery for treats and pastries with our mother. For our wedding we were looking for a very particular themed gamer cake that was specific and each tier of the cake was a different flavor. I recommended Alessi's out of the different bakeries in the area, and I am glad we went with them. We had chocolate, coconut with pineapple filling, and carrot cake. Two of our cakes wer galaxy themed along with our main cake being a variant between purple to white. With the cake toppers, our vision for the cake came to life. The wedding cake staff were very professional and greeted us with an assortment of flavored cakes and fillings they had to offer. Given the history of Alessi's, we both knew we were in good hands. They managed to capture our vision for the cakes and deliver on flavor. If you want a beautiful and delicious wedding cake, then we highly recommend Alessi's bakery.

From our initial tasting at Alesia Bakery to the delivering of our wedding cake, everything went great! Dominique was very friendly at the tasting and she understood my vision. I sent her a picture of what I was wanting and then discussed colors, etc. the cake was delivered in time and it looked beautiful & even better than I could have imagined. It also tasted perfect. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend! It’s a little pricey, but worth it for your special day!

We were recommended to work with Alessi's from our wedding planner, best decision ever! Melissa was great to work with and the tasting experience was so organized and delicious. Alessi Bakery went above and beyond! Everyone was blown away by the cake and even the other vendors said it was the most beautiful cake they had ever seen. Not only was it beautiful it was so delicious. The cream cheese filling was so good it tasted like cheesecake. On top of the beautiful cake, all the assorted desserts that we requested were AMAZING and perfect! The cake and assorted desserts made the wedding and im pretty sure we had a few guests almost cry when we cut the cake. It was too pretty to cut. I would 100% recommend Alessi Bakery to everyone!

Working with Alessi bakery was so easy! From our tasting to the finished product couldn’t have asked for better. They have been in the business for years and the process of ordering to delivery was so easy and convenient! Loved our flavor choices and the help in serving amounts to how many tiers etc! Really looking forward to having the top tier for our 1 year anniversary!

Gorgeous and delicious desserts! Wild flowers were a theme for our wedding and Melissa made us a gorgeous floral cake. We got so many compliments on it from both guests and our vendors! We also had small plate desserts and they were so tasty. Our favorite was the chocolate chip cookies. I had been to Alessi Bakery before, so when it came to finding my wedding cake for my destination wedding in Florida, Alessi was the obvious choice. Melissa and her team made the most beautiful and delicious cake. She was very helpful on portion control and making it easy to transfer the cake and distribute it fast with guests, etc. I cannot recommend them enough! People couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful the cake was and delicious!

Alessi Bakery has been my family's go-to bakery my entire life. When I was getting married, it was a no-brainer decision to use them for my wedding cake. It was such an elegant and beautiful cake and absolutely DELICIOUS. We also did mini cupcakes and they were a hit! Their costs are absolutely reasonable for the level of desserts they deliver and the whole cake tasting process is very organized with them.

Alessi Bakery made us the most delicious desserts for our wedding reception. We order a cake and a lot of cookies as well and our guests continue to tell me how delicious everything was. Additionally, they were incredibly easy to work with.

Melissa and her team did such a beautiful job on our wedding cake. Not only was it pretty but it tasted amazing! Our Lavender cake base with blueberry/blackberry mousse was a hit! My parents loved joining the cake tasting as well- Melissa made this super special and goodness we loved trying all the flavors! We purchased the 3 cupcake stands from amazon and Alessi placed their beautiful cupcakes and cookies as well for extra snacks.

We loved our wedding cake! We were even able to make each tier a different flavor which really impressed us. They really listened to how we wanted the cake to look, and even gave friendly suggestions to make sure it stayed beautiful and fresh. Would go back for the other treats the offer!

Alessi's bakery did a fantastic job with our wedding cake! Unfortunately, the girl who assisted us with our wedding cake choices left shortly after deciding to have them do our wedding cake, however, everything as far as smooth delivery, beautiful decor and taste was phenomenal! Not to mention, the cake, even days after the wedding, was still so fluffy and delicious! :) Being married now into an Italian family, it is our new favorite bakery for rainbow cookies and their infamous scachatta pizza! We will be using the bakery for future cake as well!

My husband and I just got married on 12/4/22 and we knew we wanted to have a dessert bar since not everyone eats cake. The variety they had to choose from was amazing and so tasty. We also had a small cake designed for us and it turned out beautifully. The amount of love and dedication they put into their desserts is so evident. We couldn't recommend Alessi Bakery enough!

We absolutely loved our wedding cake from Alessi! We worked with Lauren, and she was fantastic. We had a taste testing and showed Lauren photos for inspiration. The final product was stunning - exactly what we had discussed, and the cake itself was delicious. All of our guests raved about the cake. We would highly recommend using Alessi!

Our wedding cake was delicious and it looked just as beautiful as I had imagined it would! Being from out of town and having a destination wedding meant a lot of researching from afar but I was able to get a tasting in before the wedding and I’m so glad I found Alessi Bakery! Working with Melissa was so easy and she was always quick to respond! They delivered the cake right to the venue and we didn’t have to worry about a thing!

Alessi Bakery is all around fantastic! They were on top of everything and always communicated with us and were very helpful from start to finish. We wound up with a 3 tier lemon cake with a raspberry preserve filling and a buttercream frosting. Our guests raved about our cake! It truly was the best we’ve ever had - and we’re incredibly picky when it comes to food, especially dessert. It was a part of our special day we’ll always remember and we can’t wait to go back for our anniversary to order a small version of it!

We used Alessi for our cake and dessert bar! It was a hit. Everyone loved the desserts and our cake was delicious. Lauren was very easy to work with during our initial consultation. The only thing I have to say to improve on is maybe when they organized the dessert bar table to make it look more aesthetically pleasing. I had purchased a variety of cake stands and different levels of things for the desserts to be on and they were kind of just spread out on the table. But the value for the desserts was unmatched compared to other vendors, Alessi is a quarter of the price of other dessert bAr vendors and same quality in my opinion!

omg... this cake was delicious. Lemon cake with buttercream icing, simple yet delicious and thick!! I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. They made my vision come true!! When I emailed Melissa M. for info about the cake she was so nice and it helped me with my decision of having my cake made by them. Called made my deposit with a whole year in advance and it was so worth it. All the guests LOVED IT. My face when i saw it says it all. I literally was surprised because I planned the wedding from VA and in Christmas my new husband went to try their lemon cupcakes and he said YOU ARE GONNA LIKE IT. And MY GOOD WE ALL DID LOVE IT

Alessi Bakery was recommended by our wedding planner, Coastal Coordinating. It was easy to arrange a tasting. We arranged ours five months before our wedding. Even with the extraordinary circumstances of COVID, they were easy to contact and set up an appointment. After a delicious tasting, they made it simple to make choices and figure out appropriate amounts of cake that might be needed. Our wedding was small, but they were happy to take our order and did not try to upsell us in any way. The cake was delivered beautifully and set up the day of the wedding. We could not recommend Alessi Bakery any more highly.

Alessi is well-known in Tampa for being one of the best bakeries around. When we found out they do wedding cakes we HAD to look into this, because everything they make is delicious!! Alessi's staff is great, they made the process of selecting and tasting flavors as well as the cake design so easy and fun. Our guests are still talking about our wedding cake! It was the best wedding cake I've ever had! The design of the cake was stunning. It was amazing how Alessi was able to take a description of what I had in mind for our cake and turn it into our dream wedding cake! I'm an Alessi customer for life and will go to them for all my bakery and cake needs. Thank you Alessi!!

I’ve always loved Alessi, but I never knew they did wedding cakes. I am not a desert person, but this is by far the most delicious cake I have ever had, I ever had guests ask me where I got it from! It was beautiful and they even put the flowers on it. Wonderful!

They were great. Very well-priced and our cake was so delicious, everyone was talking about it. For what it’s worth they treated us very fairly regarding COVID and multiple date changes.

Alessi Bakery was such a wonderful choice! We were so pleased with our decision to go with Alessi Bakery. To start, the tasting was amazing. Lauren was such a pleasure to work with and offered so many options and ideas and was very receptive to budget concerns and decorating desires. My husband loved that the cake tasting had such huge portions we were able to take cake home! Not only was our cake VERY affordable (only a few dollars more than a quote from Publix), it was delicious and unique! We had three layers with three different flavors. Unfortunately, being the bride, I didn't have an opportunity to eat the flavor combination I had chosen (almond cake with raspberry cream cheese filling) but my husband promised to get it for my birthday. Highly recommend Alessi Bakery and will definitely be ordering from them again!

The cake was incredible. We asked for a simple design and they delivered a beautiful cake. We had plenty left over and ate it for a week. White cake with cannoli filing is a clear winner 😊

I came into Alessi Bakery with just a pinterest photo of a design of a cake I loved. i really had no idea what flavor or anything I wanted other than I wanted a two tier cake and cupcakes. The baker we worked with was really good at talking us through all the various options of flavors and frosting colors that when I left i felt excited with what we had planned. When I saw the cake I was so excited! it was beautiful and even better than I could have imagined! Not to mention it was delicious! Though my favorite was the lemon cupcake with raspberry frosting! i would highly recommend them!

My husband and I loved our wedding cake from Alessi! We had a relatively intricate map design in gold and it turned out exactly as we pictured it. I got in touch a few weeks prior to change the large flower on the side to one that would match my bouquet and they were very accommodating. In addition to being beautiful it tasted fantastic! Two layers - vanilla/chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling for my husband and spice cake with cream cheese filling for me. We didn't want to waste anything so we ate leftovers at the airport on the way to our honeymoon! Would definitely recommend to any bride!

My husband and I did cupcakes for our wedding as well as a 2-tiered cake. As soon as I explained my vision for our wedding cake, Lauren knew exactly what I wanted and brought it to life and it looked amazing! She offered great suggestions and was so helpful in helping us make sure we had enough for our guests as well as making sure it looked great! Our guests raved about how great the cupcakes were and my husband and I still talk about how good the cake was that we stuffed in each other's mouths!

Super reasonable prices! Beautiful cake it was exactly what I wanted. And from what I heard every guest say they loved it and it tasted great! One down side is we kept the top tier for our anniversary and they knew that but didn’t provide us with a box to take the tier home with.

We purchased our wedding cake and doughnuts for a doughnut wall from Alessi's and everything was DELICIOUS! They are extremely professional - our tasting went so smoothly and we walked away with exactly what we wanted. The pricing is reasonable and the product is top-notch. GREAT experience!

The best bakery my husband and I have ever experienced. Our cake and cupcakes were loved by everyone. We can't wait for our first anniversary to have more.

First of all, our cake was FANTASTIC!!! I found a picture on Pinterest that I loved. I sent it to Alessi and they delivered. It was picture perfect! The flavor was amazing! We did a white cake with raspberry filling and everyone raved about it. We also had donuts and cupcakes which were a big hit. Some cupcakes had glitter in the icing and others had little 'pearls' on top. They were a big hit. The only reason I only give 4 stars is because there wasn't enough for all of our guests. We got married at a place that only uses Alessi. As a part of our venue package we had an 'allowance' for the cake. When we met with Alessi we were under budget. It sounded great to us at the time but in the end we didn't have enough dessert to feed all of our guests. We obviously don't swerve dessert to 100 people all the time so we had no idea what we needed. I wish they would have encouraged us to spend our allowance in order to have enough for everyone. I would definitely recommend Alessi to anyone looking for a wedding or event cake!

A Tampa staple for many years, we had high expectations from Alessi's. The cake was beautiful and delicious! I couldn't rate 5 stars because they were slow in communication and an hour late on the day of the wedding.
