The months leading up to the wedding they would check in on the planning and wedding day timeline and even provided insight on overall flow of the day which was extremely helpful. On our actual wedding day having them there just felt like 2 of our good friends were there. Throughout the evening they would check in on us to see how we were feeling, Jully fixed my hair multiple times, and even held a fan under my dress for me when I got too sweaty on the dance floor LOL.  When they were taking video and pictures of us we did not feel stiff or uncomfortable at all and it truly showed in all of our photos.  If you feel like you are having a difficult time picking a photographer and videographer during your planning process, I HIGHLY recommend you end your search here and go with Alex and Jully. We had a quick zoom call to discuss us as a couple and what we are looking for, which is something unique to their process compared to other vendors that we contacted, and was an amazing start. We could immediately tell that they genuinely cared about not only giving us the best services, but to ensure that our wedding day and the process leading up to it was amazing. We also immediately knew we wanted to book with them. Fast forward to our engagement shoot, and it felt like a double date! They made it fun, helped us loosen up (because let’s be honest most of get nervous in front of a camera!), and provided us with AMAZING shots. Our wedding day was even better. They ensured we got every specific photo we asked for, set us up for photos and video shots that were exactly the style we asked for (if you like editorial, they know what they’re doing!), kept us smiling and laughing all day while also keeping everyone, including our families, on schedule. Almost every single one of my family members ensured to tell me how much they loved Alex and Jully. The photo and video results that came after were everything that we could have asked for. We got our sneak peeks and teaser so quickly, and we were obsessed. Once we received our full gallery shortly after we were even more obsessed. The quality of their product is well worth their price, we show off their photos and video whenever we can and never cease to get compliments. We could not recommend Alex and Jully more, they are the perfect couple to trust the memories of your wedding day with!

so we were nervous about finding a photographer we would feel comfortable with. We knew we made the right choice after our engagement shoot - Alex and Jully are very easy to feel comfortable around and clearly are very experienced. It also helped that they are fellow dog lovers so were more than understanding when our dog decided to pull every which way during our photoshoot! Our wedding day timeline planning was seamless and Jully was able to accomodate our timeline adjustments. On our wedding day, we actually just had Jully (not Alex) and an additional photographer who they had worked with previously (unfortunately can't remember her name). Jully let us know this prior to our wedding and sent us sample albums from weddings she had helped shoot, which we were happy with. Jully and her assistant expertly stuck to our timeline and were able to quickly take all 8 of the group photos we wanted after our ceremony so that we were still able to enjoy our cocktail hour. I do think some of the more creative posing didn’t really work for us as a couple (which honestly was probably my fault for not giving more specific feedback after the engagement shoot) and the photo editing could have been more consistent (many photos needed to be brightened, straightened, and some color-corrected), but overall we were happy with the photos captured and experience.

They are so personable and down to earth and do absolutely everything to make everyone feel so comfortable. We had our engagement session with them last year and we were both so nervous taking photos but they made us feel like MODELS. Before our wedding, the two of them made sure every last detail was covered. Asking us what shots we wanted, setting up timelines and coordinating details with all the vendors, they wanted to know everything about our family dynamics and who should be photographed with who etc. they definitely crossed their T’s and dotted their I’s long before the day arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better team on the day of. The two of them went out of their way to get every possible shot within their time frame and made sure everyone was ready to go when they needed them. My family is Brazilian and so is Jully so it was SO nice to see them all bond and feel super comfortable around her. I also want to say thank you SO much for being so kind and patient with my 6 year old brother Benji, he absolutely loved being your little helper it was so heartwarming to see. These two will forever be our favorite photographers because they truly do go above and beyond to make every moment special and a little silly! We love you guys and thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!!!!!

Over the course of the past 18 months, not only have they been amazing to work with, but also have become great friends. We have gone out to brunch with them and we've spent time at each others houses. It really help build a one of a kind relationship filled with communicating our visions, having some laughs and even some dance lessons if you're lucky!! The morning of the wedding, nerves of the day definitely filled the air, but as soon as Alex and Jully arrived on site, I felt this instant relief and could truly relax. They worked with us to get the look we wanted, and were very communicative throughout the process. They got our sneak peek back to us the next afternoon, and our entire gallery back in just 4 weeks! Everyone keeps raving about our photos! The video (which we highly recommend doing) was unbelievable as well, they really make your wedding day feel like a fairy-tale. We have gotten a lot of comments from guests saying how great both are. We truly couldn't be happier!

They absolutely nailed our engagement shoot and somehow managed to make us feel way less awkward than we usually do in front of a camera. They fit seamlessly into our day while managing to capture the very best photos. They went above and beyond and even helped to make sure our timeline went as planned and tried their very best to teach us how to look like we knew how to dance for our first dance. The 1-minute video and the 5-minute wedding video both make me cry every time I watch them. The video team captured so many wonderful moments that we would have forgotten otherwise in the blur of the day. The editing was truly spectacular and it's nice to have our full dances/speeches/ceremony available.

We are based out of Maryland and they were amazing with helping us squeeze in our engagement session while we were in New York for a weekend. When it came to the wedding day, Jully was reaching out all week to calm my nerves due to the weather forecast, which was incredibly sweet and made me feel extra comforted and taken care of. They were timely, efficient, quick on their feet, and a pure joy to be around from start to finish. Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous photos and wedding video! Our family and friends were obsessed with their style - sometimes you don’t even notice they’re there, but they are always watching and ready to help pose you to make sure they get the perfect pic! One thing I was really cognizant about before booking was making sure the photographer/videographer had a good rapport. I’ve been in weddings where sometimes it can feel like the videographer/photographer feel like they’re competing for the shot. Alex and Jully are the best pair - as a couple themselves, they move with such a perfect synchronicity. I know there are a lot of couples who choose to forgo videography — that was never a question for us and if you book with Alex and Jully I would SO HIGHLY recommend adding video. Our videos are SO special and edited like movie trailers. We couldn’t be more obsessed with them and are SO SO SO happy to have them to watch forever!
