On the day of the wedding, Alex was calm, assertive, and incredibly organized. She helped keep everything on track without being intrusive and made sure that we stayed on schedule, which took so much pressure off me and my family. Her ability to work seamlessly with my other vendors, keep the mood light, and still get every shot I wanted was truly impressive. Now, the photos… WOW! Every single shot was stunning. She perfectly captured all the big moments and the little details, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The photos are not only beautiful but also feel so personal and genuine. I will treasure these memories for a lifetime! If you're looking for a photographer who is professional, creative, and genuinely passionate about what she does, I highly recommend Alex. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

She took care of everything when it came to timeline, photo shot list, and keeping everyone happy on the wedding day. She went above and beyond what was asked. We still get compliments to this day about our wedding photos even 6 months after. Her pictures are not pose after pose but leaves room for fun and candids which turned out to be some of my favorites. EVERYONE at my wedding loved her and complimented me about her; our families, our wedding party, and our even our guest. She exceeded everything I wanted in a photographer!

I found Alex from tik tok, and her editing style was exactly what I was looking for & she did deliver with the editing of our photo as majority of them were beautiful. However, her poor communication and constant delays in delivering not only our engagement photos, sneak peek, and wedding photos is not worth the stress if I could go back. I should have known when Alex essentially ghosted us after our engagement shoot, we were told we would have a sneak peek within the next 2 days. I did not hear anything back from Alex until day 5, where she stated there was a family emergency I of course understood, and we eventually got the photos well past her initial delivery date. Well, the same thing happened for our wedding sneak peek she told us within 2 days we would have our sneak peek. 3 days passed before I reached out, I did not receive a response. My planner also reached out and received no response. I followed up again and was told they would be ready in 2 days. To our surprise no photos were received in 2 days, we finally received them over a week later and was told once again there was a family emergency. It took nearly 9 weeks to receive our full gallery when we were told we should have them within a month. Alex, did offer a small credit for prints but again I had to follow up multiple times to receive this credit. Alex overall seemed not fully present on our wedding day, there was a lack of attention to detail in some of our photos, little to no suggestions in posing, half of our couple shots the lighting was extremely poor and there was too much exposure in the pictures. I also received maybe 8 solo bride shots which was frustrating considering there was the time for more. I totally understand things come up, and life can be busy but it felt as though Alex committed to too many weddings and could not keep up with all of them. I hope she can find the balance again to deliver the way she once was based on earlier reviews, as she is a talented photographer.

e communication and follow-up from her after the wedding were extremely disappointing. Firstly, the picture galleries were delivered much later than expected and without any notice, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry. In this particular case, the reason for the late galleries was completely understandable, however, not having any communication about this was not after asking multiple times for an ETA. Additionally, any attempts to follow up with the photographer via email after the gallery delivery were met with silence. We never received our USB in the mail that is supposed to contain all of the wedding photos in addition to the online galleries. While I appreciate the quality of the photos themselves, I cannot in good conscience recommend to others due to the poor communication and follow-up experience. It's important to feel valued and heard as a customer, and unfortunately, this was not the case with our experience.
