BEWARE! Do not use this company. The are scam artist. This place shouldn't even get a one star review. They are a negative 5. They almost ruined my daughter's graduation. I engaged them a month prior to the scheduled event and despite the numerous phone calls, emails and event logistic site walk through, they were a no show the day of the delivery. The Owner / Manager, Claudia lies to her clients. She doesn't know how to communicate. She over commits to inventory and services she doesn't have. She caused us so much aggravation and grief during a celebration that should have been happy. Please be aware that they are a fraud and completely unprofessional. The change in ownership / management has been disastrous for this company and I would strongly encourage anyone who is considering using them not to do so. There are much better companies out there and I will never use them again.
Wrote to you 2 weeks ago asking for a quote and have heard nothing from you. Apparently you aren't interested in my need for your services, my wedding is in 4 months and I can't wait forever for an answer
