When I first reached out to Alex to see if she was available on my wedding date, she insisted we meet at Starbucks to get to know each other first! I loved that she offered to do this and I felt like we were instant friends! She did a beautiful job with our engagement pictures downtown Charleston - she knows all the cute spots! Then she photographed our wedding with her second shooter Tessie and WOW. Our day was captured in the best way possible. I teared up when we got our sneak peak, then again when we got our full gallery. They captured not only wonderful portraits of us, but all the moments in between - times when I forgot the cameras were there. I had people come up to me who weren't able to make it and tell me they felt like they were there from just seeing all the pictures. They did the perfect mix of posed and "in the moment" shots. They were also so much fun to work with and made everyone feel comfortable! I can't say enough good things about her!

After postponing our original wedding with 200+ people due to COVID, we decided to shift gears to an outdoor beach wedding with immediate family. We were so excited to find Alex and to find that she was available! She offered pricing by the hour which was a change from other vendors I researched and was more convenient for our situation. She was also a joy from start to finish. We are not from Charleston and she gave the best advice on timing in regards to locations, timing and lighting. She made us feel so special and at ease and communicated so well! Thank you, Alex!!

Alex was so amazing to work with! During our visit to Charleston, I really wanted some portraits of us around the city. Alex responded to my email right away. She suggested a beautiful part in the city to meet so we could walk around and take pictures. During our session she was the absolute sweetest, posed us, complimented us, and made us feel VERY comfortable being in front of the camera. She kept me up to date about when the photos would be ready. We got them today and they are GORGEOUS! She gave us so many to pick from. I can't wait to hang them up around our home. I am very happy we decided to book with Alex!

As a wedding photographer myself, I knew Alex was the only person I would want documenting my baby sister's wedding! And let me tell you, she did NOT disappoint. Alex and Sean became a little part of our family during my sister's wedding process, and I am BEYOND grateful for the two of them. Their fun and calm spirits truly made the day so much fun, and they handled everything that came up with such grace and ease. Their images are incredible and I still look at the wedding gallery a few times a month. There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe Alex and Sean! They are truly the sweetest and most genuine people you will ever meet, and they do the most phenomenal work. I have been lucky to call them friends for several years now and have watched this company grow and develop. We love their attention to detail and the quality of the final product. The pictures are one of the most important parts of the wedding. They are the memories you have from the day, and Alex has a true gift for capturing the most timeless ones while making you feel so comfortable during the process. Alex is simply amazing! She is as talented as she is sweet. Alex and Sean made my now husband and I feel so comfortable during the entire photographic experience which made it so easy. I discovered Alex through a co-worker's recommendation and when I met her and Sean I knew they were perfect as part of the wedding family. I was hoping to find vendors that had a similar personality to my friends surround me during my wedding and Alex fit in perfectly! She was so calm, patient, positive and you could tell her eyes danced when she got excited. That excitement translated to her photography skills, placement of people, the little details and capturing the most memorable moments. I have so many of those "decisive moments" at my wedding and Alex and Sean captured all of them. It was a joy looking through my photos, which Alex delivered ahead of schedule, because I was able to relive my wedding and actually enjoy the details and decor I spent so many hours planning, but didn't really get to enjoy or notice the day of. I do think that one of the most important people at your wedding is the photographer because you continue the relationship after the wedding is over. I would hands down recommend Alex as a wedding photographer, because you get so much more than gorgeous photos, you get a genuine, talented, sweet and loving friend!

I don't even know where to start. This girl truly made such an impact on my life and my entire wedding experience. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her work. I had a fortuitous meeting with her at a bridal show in Nashville and it was undeniable how incredible she is. Her work accurately reflects her beauty on the inside and out! When my now husband met her at our engagement session, he felt too, as if she had been a lifelong friend. She has a gift for capturing and bringing to life the most incredible photos of memories you'll cherish forever. She really knows how to bring out the best in her clients and in the environment she shoots in. She made our wedding day beyond a dream come true. I wouldn't have wanted to share it with anyone else or have trusted anyone to bring my vision to life as accurately as she did. And how enjoyable to spend it with someone I now and will always consider a dear friend!!! We met with Alex based on our planners advice due to the style of image we liked and the personality we craved. We left our meeting with Alex and knew before we got in the car, she was our girl! She is so full of love and it shines through in all of her images. Not only is she a barrel of monkeys to spend time with, her pictures are amazing and she makes you feel ultra comfortable in front of the lens. You will feel like her best friend during your planning stages and it doesn't end at your wedding - you create a true relationship with her and I can't see hiring anyone else EVER for any photos we want taken!
