In my opinion Alexa ruined my wedding photos. Out of 130, 49 were blurry and out of focus. She refused to refund us any money or even acknowledge her poor quality of work. I was so happy when I hired her. The photos on her website looked amazin...

otos and a screenshot of a post from a family member saying they decided not to have a wedding next year for medical reasons. Then she sent this abhorrent email saying they are having the wedding and she is mad bc she signed a binding contract and wants her deposit back for NEXT year. This is how she spoke to me in the email. "Wow. You are an awful horrible terrible person. I think you are a scam artist and a thief. We never said we aren’t going to have a wedding next year. Just because we are looking into selling the date at that venue doesn’t mean shit. Maybe just maybe I am selling it to have a wedding at a different location? Hmm did you think of that? I guess not. How could you even expect that I would be able to hire you after you RUINED my wedding day? You are a no talent hack. How can you even be proud of that work? I literally can’t print a single photo because nothing is in focus. You are just a piece of human garbage. You could have done the right thing and refunded my money because that is the ethical thing to do. But I see that you are not an ethical person. I’m so sorry that you clearly don’t even have the $750 to refund me otherwise you just would have. I’ll be speaking to my attorney. Karma is a bitch (just like you). "
