rdination and she helped us work through everything from finding vendors that fit our needs to keeping track of the budget. She communicated with us every step of the way and I was so thankful because my wife's nerves were calmed and she was able to focus on the excitement of the day. Although I don't normally write reviews, what really encouraged me to write this was Best Day Ever's willingness to do anything to make sure our day was great. We are so thankful and highly recommend Best Day Ever for anyone looking for a group that really wants to make sure the bride and groom and all the guests have a great experience!

t we envisioned our wedding to look/feel like with her. Though she was new to DFW we felt comfortable to hire her for the Full Service Planning package. Once the day arrived, May 2015, we had hiccups but the main thing that I know that any bride would be concerned about is if something were to happen to the dress and/or veil. After the ceremony I had handed Christine my veil because I was not planning on wearing it during the reception part. I didn't think twice about it because I thought she would be put it up right away. She actually left the wedding early without notifying anyone and left her assistants in charge. The assistants, along with my mom and bridesmaids, cleaned out the venue and I was on the way to my honeymoon with my husband. We were away for a week and when we came back my mom informed me that they could not find my veil. I asked Christine if she remembered where she had left it, but had no help. I asked my bridesmaids and then partnered up with the venue to see if anything was left. The venue assured me that they keep forgotten belongings with them and would notify couples immediately. I sent Christine emails, calls, and tried texting but still had no response. I could not understand why she wouldn't even offer to help when she too recently got married. Of all people I thought Christine would understand my panic and sadness. Today I had my wedding dress picked up to be preserved without a veil. To have to do that brought me to tears. My parents saved so much money for the wedding and it's so hard to look back knowing that we put our trust into someone who washed their hands of us. Something so precious I know is gone forever and I hope this doesn't happen to other future brides.

t, decor, etc. I HIGHLY recommend hiring her. I only used the Day of Coordination Service but if I could go back and redo that decision I would have booked her for the entire wedding processes. Again, I can't stress how wonderful she is!
