usic. He was able to take our vision and the vibe of our big day (Broadway meets French brasserie) and make it come to life with a bespoke group of curated musicians. He led us down the aisle with some beautiful Spanish guitar and then turned our venue into a lively reception with his group of musicians. We had bass, saxophone, keyboard, violin and guitar who were all incredibly talented plus the perfect AV and speaker setup provided by Alex.
Additionally, Alex was patient with our wedding when we had to reschedule due to Covid providing nothing but support and understanding. He was flexible when we decided to have him DJ at night for our nighttime party too! Alex is a true joy to work with! Highly, highly recommend him and his team for your wedding or event!

cy plans with each of our vendors. While Alex arranged for a replacement guitarist and our guests didn't notice a difference, overall we wish we had had a better experience working with him. Alex sent an email a little less than 30 minutes before he was scheduled to be at our venue letting us know that he was sick. We didn't find out that he wasn't there until the day after our wedding. However, we did notice a few things that went wrong with our ceremony and ceremony music. For example, Alex was responsible for getting the mic from our DJ for the ceremony. This must not have been communicated to his replacement, because there was no mic for our outdoor ceremony. His replacement also played the wrong recessional song and started the recessional music at the wrong time. We followed up with Alex at the end of May and he said that he could offer a partial refund around mid-June. We followed up with him at the end of June when we didn't hear from him. We were finally able to connect in September and come to an agreement about how to move forward. We were really excited to have Alex be part of our ceremony and wish things had played out differently.

Alex was super flexible and accepted any list of songs that we wanted him to play. He even sent recordings of the songs prior to the wedding. That made me feel so much better!
Unfortunately during the wedding, I barely got to hear Alex play since he only played prior and during the ceremony. A lot of my guests approached me to tell me how great Alex was and what a great touch it was to have a guitarist play. One of my friends even hired him to play for one of her parties after the wedding.
Super happy about hiring Alex! One of the best choices we made for the wedding :-)
