Alexanders Catering

Alex did catering for our wedding on 6/16/18. We had a headcount of 83 and he worked with us to stay within our budget! He is truly a professional and service was top notch. After problems with our linen rental company I highly suggest you take him up when he offers to let him do the order through Camelot. We had the tritip and chardonnay chicken and served buffet style. The place settings and buffet set up were beautiful! The assortment of cheeses during cocktail hour were a hit because there was none left by the time we had our entrance. Now the food... we did a private tasting meal beforehand that he graciously cooked for us in his home. The buffet's tritip was cooked PERFECT and the marinade was delicious. The chicken was tender and moist (not typical buffet chicken!) and delicious. Our mashed potatoes and green beans were even great!! All of our guests really enjoyed the meal. At cleanup time all was taken care of as promised and no mess. What I didn't expect from Alex and was pleasantly surprised was how he really went the extra mile during setup and through dinner to make sure the groom and I were taken care of! Top Notch in every way and would HIGHLY recommend!!

I can't give Alex any more praise. He was basically a caterer and wedding coordinator in one. He was so organized the whole process. He will answer and questions you have promptly. He was interacting with guests making sure they had everything they needed. Alex is such a great guy. Any catering needs you have hire him immediately!!

The food was excellent. He really did a good job. I was a very do it myself bride, and had planned on not hiring a wedding coordinator and doing the set up myself. He really is someone who prefers to take care of setting up the tables and acted like a wedding coordinator of sorts instead of only a caterer. If this is what you are looking for, someone who can give you suggestions and take care of it, awesome. He does like to do it his own way, and seemed to be frustrated when I wanted it done differently. There were many times after I had met with him that I was very frustrated. However, his food is excellent, and the price is perfect. All of our guests were complimenting on how good the food was!

I can't even tell you how many compliments I received on the food. It was so delicious. He also set up all my tables and linens. He was great to work with but the best part was the food! I also had him make a tiramisu for my desert and it was great!

I was very pleased with Alex the owner of Alexander's Catering. I have nothing but good things to say about his services. He works wonders in small venues that have a limited amount of space and makes it feel like a bigger room. His food was spectacular. I am still hearing complements from my guests 2 weeks after the event. His prices were perfect for my husband and I to afford on a student budget. We were blown away with the prices and the fact that his spread of food was delicious. My husband and I are both food critics and still are amazed with how good it was and for the right price. His staff were all amazing, the servers were dressed nicely and presented themselves well! I would recommend Alexander's Catering service!

Excellent communication prior to the wedding. Food was better than expected and the staff provided were delightful. I recommend the tri-tip...fabulous.
