She also stayed with us and supported us through various wedding changes due to covid-19 and was so flexible and understanding the entire time. On top of that, the photos turned out BETTER than I could had ever hoped for. Her editing style and ability to get the most gorgeous lighting is all that I wanted and more. Alex was also really great at explaining poses and even made my husband, who literally hates taking photos, super relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. I had an extended day-of timeline (11 hours) so this was especially important for me! In addition to keeping us happy, Alex was super flexible with our long list of family shots...We have a big family! She rolled with every hiccup and question from our families, and we are so appreciative for her kindness! Every image is thoughtfully captured and edited beautifully. Alex knows the positioning and lighting to capture "the shot." She keeps things simple and to-the-point in the planning phase (I promise you, you'll value this!) Alex was there when I needed her for questions / concerns - but there was never an abundance of paperwork / forms / or complicated deadlines. I value this approach SO much as a DIY bride without a planner. Alex makes the planning process attainable and smooth! I promise you won't regret hiring Alex as your wedding day photographer. What makes her so special in my opinion is her gentle way of coaching her subjects to pose just right, so it doesn't look or feel like a "pose". I mean I love my head shots (and I never like pictures of myself!) She captures details and special candid moments beautifully. And her light and airy style is timeless. akes you feel so confident in front of the camera, and I really needed that! Our engagement pictures were done in the summer and we were sweltering hot, you can’t even tell in our photos! She edits them so beautifully! Everyone I’ve shown my engagement pictures and bridal portraits to absolutely loves them! These are photos I will hang on the walls for forever! We love Alex and can’t wait to have her capture our big day!
