About this vendor
Alexandra Blair Photography is a wedding photographer in Greenwich, CT, serving the Tri-State area and beyond. Owner Allie is a friendly and enthusiastic photographer, who has a talent for telling personal stories shot by shot. She loves to uncover the connections at the heart of each ceremony she shoots, creating photos that tell of more than just one day.
Alexandra Blair Photography wants to be more than a cookie-cutter wedding photographer. Allie is a true storyteller and she focuses on helping couples tell their tale their way. Whether the first dance or the last toast, she’ll be cheering you on from the sidelines, camera in hand. Allie’s focus on the connections that bind us comes from her family, who is the rock of her life. When not taking stunning wedding pictures, she can be found on the beach with her husband and daughter, or perhaps planning the next family get-together. For Allie, life is about taking time to appreciate the little moments that make up the day, a philosophy she brings to her work.
Alexandra Blair is an adventurous spirit who is willing to travel for her art. She is also able to shoot across multiple locations, for wedding galleries full of variety. Allie offers packages designed to take the stress out of organizing your big day, and her photos are accessible as prints or digitally. Never afraid of a little fun, Alexandra is also available for ‘trash-the-dress’ sessions, engagements, and boudoir shoots.

Working with Allie was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From our very first phone call, she made us feel so comfortable, and we immediately knew we w...
anted her to capture such an important chapter of our lives.
From our engagement session to our wedding day, Allie was laid-back, genuine, and so easy to be around. Whenever I started feeling stressed or overwhelmed, she had a way of making me feel calm again. We absolutely loved our engagement photos, and seeing them made us even more excited for the wedding!
Allie brings Evan with her, and he was just as amazing. The two of them made us feel like we were spending the day with friends rather than having a photoshoot. Everything felt natural and effortless, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day while they captured all of the moments we’ll cherish forever.
The sneak peeks were also so quick, and we were immediately OBSESSED! We truly cannot stop looking at our photos. They captured our day so beautifully, and we’re so grateful to have these memories to look back on for years to come.
We couldn’t imagine having anyone else capture our wedding. Allie and Evan were such a special part of our day, and we’ll forever be grateful for the memories they gave us. 🤍
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better photographer than Allie. She honestly went way above and beyond for us. Even with a little rain, she stepped in and helped our planner wor...
k with the caterer so we could still be outside as much as possible, which was really important to us. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, but she did, and it made such a difference in the day.
She also took a moment to talk with my mom when she was a little overwhelmed about the weather getting in the way of our plans and really helped her feel better, which meant so much to us.
During all of our photos she made everything feel really natural and easy. Nothing ever felt rushed or forced, and she kept things fun the whole time.
She really felt like more than just our photographer. She genuinely cared about how the day was going for us. We’re so grateful she was part of our day could not recommend her more!!!
Allie and her photography partner Evan absolutely MADE our wedding. They made the entire photography process absolutely seamless and enjoyable. They knew where to be and when, they...
captured all of the moments we could have possibly dreamed of, and all from every angle imaginable. They are truly masters at their craft and knew exactly how to instruct us to create the best photos.
Above all, Allie and Evan are kind, fun, talented, and infectious duo!!! They blended into our wedding day so perfectly and I couldn’t have imagined our day without them.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Alexandra Blair Photography. Allie and her partner Evan shot our October wedding and I was blown away by their talent, professionali...
sm, and the positive vibe that they brought into the room. Something I didn’t think about ahead of time is the amount of time you spend on your wedding day with your photographer. The overall attitude, energy and vibe of that person could really influence how your day goes! Allie was organized and kept us on track to get the photos we wanted completed before the ceremony. She was professional but yet was able to keep me smiling and made the whole experience FUN! My husband and I are both awkward around a camera and she had a way to make us feel relaxed which is so important! Her second photographer Evan was awesome as well and they made such a great team, splitting up at times for efficiency and then shooting together to get different perspectives. My favorite thing about Alexandra Blair Photography is the classic style of the photos. They are not overly filtered or edited, and aren’t so trendy. The style is timeless. We will be cherishing these photos for a lifetime.
We booked Allie for our June 2023 wedding Allie was extremely easy to work with. Since our first conversation she made us feel comfortable and stress free. When meeting in person o...
n our wedding day, it was as if we’ve been friends for years. Allie and her second shooter Evan were so easy going but still professional. Her pictures are gorgeous and the compliments we have received are unmatched. Book allie! You won’t be disappointed!
We worked with Allie and her second shooter, Evan, for our June 2023 wedding and they were excellent. Not only do they both capture beautiful photos, but they were so laid back and...
easy to work with, blending seamlessly into our day while still getting every shot that we had discussed. We did an engagement session with Allie back in August 2022, and as a couple who isn't the most comfortable in front of the camera, Allie put us at ease and captured the most beautiful photos we could have asked for.
Allie herself is very calm, detail-oriented, and has a great demeanor that resulted in us and our wedding party feeling relaxed in front of the camera and she made the photo-taking enjoyable. I will also say that having two shooters was a huge plus in terms of efficiently capturing all the group & family shots, while still getting plenty of time to enjoy our wedding day.
FINALLY, Allie turned our photos around quickly and they are so high quality and stunning. We could not recommend Allie more.
Allie is absolutely incredible! We hired Allie for our September wedding and I'm so happy we did. After our NYC engagement session my husband and I were both really excited to work...
with her again for our wedding. Allie is laid back and really easy to work with. She does a great job of giving prompts for photos and also blending in to capture amazing candid pictures. Allie also went above and beyond at our wedding, not only did she take incredible pictures, but she helped steam my dress at the last minute, dried my bouquet multiple times to keep my dress dry, and literally kicked off her shoes to get the perfect veil shot. I can't recommend Allie enough and we are already looking forward to working with her again whenever we are ready for family pictures!
Wish I could give 10 stars! Allie was amazing to work with on our wedding day. She did our engagement shoot last year and we knew right away we had chosen the right photographer fo...
r us. She is so laid-back but very detail oriented. She was easy to collaborate with leading up to the wedding day and on the day of was especially calm and attentive to what we wanted for pictures. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera which was also really important for us. We already got back some of our wedding photos from 9/30/22 and are so in love with our photos so far. We would recommend Allie to anyone!

work online and falling in love with her style. She certainly didn’t disappoint, she is so much more than a wedding photographer. She was on hand for any wedding planning advice and gave us so many little tips on the day. ots. Allie is so helpful at directing the bride, groom and wedding party to take the guesswork out. She knows exactly how to orchestrate photos with the WOW factor. She’s also great at capturing the natural, unposed moments—so you’ll get a wedding photo album containing all sorts of different images from the magical fairytale look to the candid shots!

ing her, it became clear that her art is a perfect extension of her personality. Her suggestions for shots were spot-on and often had an impressive improvisational quality. Above all, what I appreciate most about Allie, aside from her stunning work, is that she truly listens to her client(s). Through a mixture of experience and intuition, she has the ability to fully grasp what’s happening in the moment. The result, for us, was a beautiful encapsulation of the day that felt absolutely authentic to our vision. I can say without hesitation that choosing Alexandra Blair Photography as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding.
1000% recommend Allie and her team for anyone's photography needs!! She and Rebecca did both our engagement shoot as well as our wedding, and our interactions with them have been n...
othing but wonderful. Allie is so responsive over phone and e-mail, and luckily is an experienced and creative photographer in the face of two awkward people who don't know how to pose! She kept all our various shoot combinations moving, but still upbeat and really fun. The photos we've already seen have been so gorgeous; we're so excited to see the rest!

Allie was so easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. She understood the pressure we were under and made the entire process so easy. Her pricing was in line with everyone else we considered but the photos she took for us ended up being priceless.
Thanks to Allie we were able to capture the greatest day of our lives under budget and with no stress at all. The digital photos as well as the album she sent us after the wedding brought us to tears and we will cherish them forever. Thank you Allie, you are so talented and kind and we are so so happy to have met you.
