My crew was busy prepping Friday and cooking Saturday for the 70 guest, Italian Brunch , BBQ Lunch & Exquisite Wedding Dinner .... While Alexandra transformed this simple country villa to a Spectacular Gorgeous Vintage Winery style / Villa. That morning, she provided a amazing breakfast buffet design and I created brunch buffet spread. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because, Alexandra treated every guest like royalty ... That Autumn night sung as Sunset approached the Wedding Dinner , the courtyard was sparkling with vineyard style lights and the of feel old world charm . The beautiful Mission style dinning tables were set perfectly with beautiful floral arrangements for all. The Cocktail hour was so fun and relaxing ...my signature Wild Caught Raw Bar and Pacific Rim tray passed hors d’oeuvres. Following cocktail hour , the enchanting dinner reception , A three course meal that was sure to impress our guests, Gorgonzola Pear Salad Champagne Guava vinaigrette , Grilled Salmon Saute Saffron Lemon Creme sauce Spinach & Asparagus Risotto or Braised Short-ribs Port wine reduction Au gratin& charred Broccolini . She did an outstanding job and all the bride & groom’s family and guest could not stop saying how lovely and enjoyable the entire wedding experience.
