it—as soon as we shared our vision with her, she hit the ground running, making sure we had an incredible lineup of vendors and all of the support we needed to make it happen.
She helped us find incredible musicians, a fantastic calligrapher, the most beautiful rentals, fabulous lighting and sound systems and all of the important infrastructure necessary that we never would have thought of but was so essential for a successful event. She negotiated brilliantly on our behalf, kept us on budget, and was a breeze to communicate with as we nailed down all the nitty gritty details. She was always available to answer any questions we had about etiquette, traditions, and event flow, while always remaining flexible and open minded to how we wanted to do things.
On the day of, she kept everything perfectly on time down to the minute, making things entirely stress free so that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every second with our loved ones. She and her team pulled off a wild three-location ride with precision, style and grace—adding special and surprising touches along the way that added a sense of magic. Everything looked so unbelievably beautiful, and her team was so fantastic and on top of everything. In the end, it was an event that perfectly reflected us as a couple and was a total joy for our guests.
I truly can’t recommend Alex highly enough. I will be singing her praises to anyone I know who is planning a wedding or any celebration for the rest of my life.

The attention to detail and compilation of design and catering proposals to create the most perfect day, in less than three months, was unparalleled. Alex continuously pivoted around each obstacle that came our way. We all knew that planning a wedding with layers of regulations and safety precautions, while making it into a picturesque occasion, was going to be difficult; even more challenging than anyone anticipated. Alex conquered it all and utilized her endless connections and contacts to make our day truly unique, more so than we could have ever imagined. Alex was a tremendous amount of support, both tactfully and emotionally.
We, along with all of our family and friends that attended, are still in complete awe of the day. Our wedding was truly exquisite. We cannot thank her enough or recommend her more!
