Her photos are natural, artistic, and beautiful. My husband and I were both “camera-shy” initially, and having an engagement photo shoot was the best thing we did. Alexandra immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. On our wedding day, she and Michael, who are a wonderful team, were upbeat, happy and easy-going. All of our family LOVED her and her energy. Choosing them to capture our love and marriage was one of the best decisions and investments we made. Everyone should hire them!!!

session that I snuck in as a surprise for my husband. I can't speak highly enough of her professionalism, quality of work and shining personality. I planned my Finger Lakes wedding from Texas, which meant a lot of unknowns and unfamiliar territory. I ended up choosing our wedding venue based on photos in Alexandra's portfolio and throughout the planning process she happily provided honest and helpful recommendations and advice to help me craft the perfect day (with the right vendors -- very important!). Alexandra also has a special warmth that makes your feel instantly comfortable (a huge pro for those of us who hate having our picture taken) and she's not afraid to wrangle a group of rowdy groomsmen for a flawlessly posed photo. Aside from being great people to work with, they're insanely talented as well -- thank you Alexandra & Michael for capturing the joy and emotion of our day so beautifully!

ss! I've often worked with photographers for my job, and in my opinion there is nothing worse than a hiring a photographer who is too afraid to raise their voice to get what they need to get done. She really knows her stuff. We've seen a sneak peak photo from the day, and her work is breathtaking. We are so happy we chose them!

prior to the big day (highly recommended to get comfortable in front of the camera) and if it's even possible, this made us 100 times more excited to have them with us on our big day!! They drove from Rochester to Ellicottville twice for our e-pics and for our wedding. They wanted to get an idea of the surroundings and determine which locations would be best to shoot. They were consistently on time, professional and so incredibly energetic and exciting to be around (even our guests complimented their energy and work). Their calm demeanor and contagious energy make it so super easy to be comfortable in front of the lens! Our family and friends LOVED them and kept asking us how the heck we found them. We are over the moon excited to see the final pics!!! We know they will be so much better than we could even dream of them being. s online and then talking to Alexandra over Skype (where she made us laugh and put us right at ease). But in the end, they completely exceeded our expectations. As a bride or groom, you spend your entire day with your wedding photographer. They are there for all of the most special moments and because of that, you want them to feel like your friends, not just a wedding vendor. Alexandra and Michael more than accomplished that with us, as I am sure they do with all of their other lucky couples. Our wedding day was quite a bit colder and rainier than we were hoping for, but you would not know it by looking at our gorgeous pictures. Everyone in them looks incredibly happy and glowing - and that is because we were, thanks to Alexandra and Michael. They are so upbeat and fun. We had a huge wedding party with a lot of jokers, and Alexandra and Michael kept right up with them - making all of us laugh even though we were freezing our butts off! They fit right in, I even told my husband on our honeymoon that I missed hanging out with them as much as I missed our wedding party! Thank goodness they will be shooting my best friend's wedding in August (we recommended them to her, as we recommend them to EVERYONE who asks) - we can't wait to see them again!

(and not feel like complete idiots in the process) Beyond the amazing pictures, she was completely down to earth and easy to talk to and work with from the moment we met her to the engagement session (in our case civil ceremony) and then the wedding celebration. She went well above the call of duty driving us around on the wedding day and rolling with the last minute changes in the schedule (ceremony was moved to the ICU, everything was running late, and we only gave her 15 min to take our couple shots). The range and quality of the photographs she took make it seem like an amazing celebration that went off without a hitch ;) We couldn't have asked for a more amazing photographer to share our day with. We are forever grateful to her and all her hard work.

One of the most important things to us was having a great rapport with whomever we hired and we hit it off right away with Alex. They took it upon themselves to drive up the night before to NJ to scope out the church and the areas that we planned to take photos with the wedding party--which made everything run so smoothly on the day itself. Alexandra delivered our wedding photos to us the day that we returned from our honeymoon--as if she knew that we needed a pick me up after leaving paradise! We could not have been more thrilled with the results. She did such an amazing job capturing the special moments. res! We also loved her personality, and knew that she would be the ideal person to have with us on what could be a potentially stressful and chaotic day. Leading up to the wedding, she went above and beyond to help us in the planning. She spontaneously offered and came to our ceremony and reception site to advise us on what set-up might work best given the light at the time of day we were having our wedding. I found myself passing a lot of the planning details by her, and while she was enthusiastic and made me so excited about the wedding she was also honest and helpful with her input. We could not have been more happy with the day-of the wedding: Alexandra photographed while her husband Michael videographed. Our families and friends loved them, and the staff at our venue still rave about their friendliness and professionalism to us. I don't remember seeing them at all during the ceremony and reception, but then I saw the gorgeous pictures and video and knew that they were everywhere and that every special moment and the feeling of that day had been captured! People cannot stop talking about my photos and video, and tell me how amazing they are and how lucky my husband and I were to have found them. We are thankful that we found these two talented people, and have the most amazing documentation of our wedding day to share for years to come!

one so enthusiastic. being a destination wedding, Alex had to spend not only a few days with us, but also our whole family. she fit in seamlessly and felt more like a friend at every event than a photographer. her warm personality made all the guests feel comfortable, which definitely showed in photos. we have been so pleased with the photos as a result of her creativity and amazing eye. the amount of compliments we've received on her work is astonishing. we would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

with her. I am not always comfortable being photographed and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera. I had complete trust in her when she would say move here or hold your flowers here etc. She worked so hard for us to capture every moment. She also has a great eye to get the shot and is really creative and fun. We wanted pictures that were a little less traditional and she had tons of ideas. When we got the pictures from her I actually starting crying because they were so beautiful and there were pictures of things that I hadn't seen happening on the day. The hardest thing is picking the selects to print because there are so many amazing ones!
