r over two months, when I saw Alex running around during a venue tour. As I watched her from a distance, my Mom and I were in awe. We immediately got in the car and caught her as she ran across the street and asked for her business card, which she had handy before politely excusing herself to attend to the bride. We parked around the corner and read every review and decided to schedule time to connect with her. It was the best decision we made.
Alex went above and beyond in every possible way. From the designing to finding the most amazing vendor team to the day-of execution, our dream wedding came to light. Alex is the most beautiful soul with elegance, drive and leadership.

ed out bride, but from the moment that we retained ANE, I felt so much more at ease. Before our contract period even began, Katy was helpful in providing a few vendor recommendations. She was timely and thorough in all of her communications, and asked all of the questions that I wouldn't have thought about. I seriously did not have to tell her any detail twice—she kept everything organized and on track. She wrangled vendors who were less communicative or otherwise difficult and truly "went to bat" for me with all of my vendors and creative team. On my wedding day, Katy made it so that I actually felt like my husband, our parents, and I were the guests of honor and not stressed out hosts. Every detail, from personal decor items to timeline idiosyncracies was perfect because of Katy's attention to detail, patience, and execution. She even went so far as to curl my hair in the moments before my ceremony because it had fallen due to humidity. I truly would have paid double what I did for Katy's level of competence and her hard work in going above and beyond on my wedding day. She asked us questions about things we never would have even thought about or planned for. On our wedding day she was an absolute life saver. She kept everyone running on time, dealt with any little issues that came up (she fixed a broken corsage in minutes AND sewed me into my dress when the snap at the top broke), handled all of the decoration set-up and tear-down, and just all around made sure our day ran smoothly. We were so happy to have Alexandra coordinating our wedding day and can't recommend her enough!

was extremely understanding and accommodating when we made that switch and split the total hours of her contract over two days without any addition cost. We planned our own wedding, but having Alex made everything so smooth. About 60 days before the wedding, she plugged in to help us with a walk through, where she was extremely helpful in advocating for our interests and thinking of little details we would have NEVER thought of. She then helped us draw up a decor list and day-of-timeline - both of which we would have really had no idea how to do. She was also able to provide little decor odds and ends like an easel stand and holders for our table numbers. She helped us with to-do lists, which really helped put our mind at ease that nothing was slipping through the cracks. Everything Alex did before the wedding was amazing, but the best part was on the wedding day. It seemed that she was absolutely everywhere. We did so much planning before the wedding, but were able to 100% hand over the reins to her for the big day so that we could just enjoy it. That was the biggest help because there really is so much to keep track of. She picked up the decor items that we had purchased, made sure everything was set up in the venue, coordinated with the other vendors, kept everything moving smoothly, let people know quietly when it was about time for a toast, packed up everything at the end of the night, and all the other little things in between. From our perspective, everything just flowed and we didn't think about the logistics at all.
All in all, we would 1000% recommend Alex as a month-of-coordinator or event planner. Her kindness, professionalism, and supreme attention to detail really set her apart!

ay and even on the wedding day itself. At our venue walk through she went through a timeline and decor list with me and emailed me exactly what I needed to do or buy to be best prepared for the day and she even drove to our house to pick up all of my decor a week out! On the day of I felt like she was my second maid of honor- she even helped me put my shoes on and get me into my dress. She kept all of my vendors organized and literally took care of every detail. At one point one of our vendors was calling my husband right before we were about to walk down the aisle (instead of her like she instructed them to) and she had him give her his phone/password and dealt with it herself. Her and her assistant bustled my dress in minutes while my husband fed me our Hors d’oeuvres. A guest even ripped his pants and she had it sewed up right away so he could keep dancing with us. The day after my wedding she sent me a summary of who she gave my stuff to and also sent me a few pictures she took on her phone. I can’t thank Alex and her team enough for giving my husband and I a perfect stress free day!

creative details and design elements that could not have been possible without Alex and her creativity. She took the time to get to know us as a couple and given her great relationships with the vendors in the area, delivered us the perfect team for florals, rentals, music, etc. Alex is detail-oriented, innovative, and incredibly hardworking and her team made us feel so calm knowing they had everything under control. so quick to respond to any questions we had, even when we were over a year out. We decided to postpone our wedding because of Covid, and Alex gave us all the information we needed to navigate moving to our new date with a detailed postponement strategy, not to mention she was super kind and supportive throughout the process of making this very difficult decision! Leading up to our wedding, we were so at ease because we knew Alex had every detail covered – she is extremely organized, an exceptional communicator, and has incredible attention to detail. I was seriously in awe of her thorough day-of timeline and decor list that she put together and managed in the months leading up to our big day, and I can’t even imagine all of the vendor communication that she was taking care of behind the scenes. When the big day finally came, Alex brought everything together so smoothly and perfectly, it was amazing! Because of her and her team, we were able to fully enjoy every beautiful moment of our wedding day and not have to worry for even a second about planning. Alex made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right times, that my now husband and I were enjoying ourselves and were well taken care of, and that every single detail was perfectly in place. ommunication and organization were unbelievable and she help put me at ease during this stressful time. We ended up having to postpone our original date due to COVID and Alex immediately went to work on helping us move everything to our new date and made the process beyond seamless. Alex's attention to detail is unmatched and made the last hectic month of planning as stress-free as possible. On the day of, after a week of what felt like everything was going wrong, Alex helped keep me calm and was there from start to finish to make sure everything went smoothly, and was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. I truly don't know how she does it all! The day was perfect and not a single thing went wrong. lly to our vision and always respected our budget. She gave us sound advice on where to splurge and where to save, which looking back was absolutely invaluable. And talk about grace under pressure, she was incredibly gracious with all the challenges and curveballs that the COVID pandemic threw our way. She helped us seamlessly navigate three date changes, a venue change, and state change like a pro. Our venue change left us 90 days to plan a nearly entirely new wedding but with Alex by my side every step of the way it was honestly a breeze. On the wedding day, seeing everything finally come together was truly breathtaking and brought tears to my eyes. Our wedding was truly perfection thanks to Alex. I already miss working with her and it has only been a few weeks since we were married!

There is no obstacle too big that she can’t handle. She never looses her cool, is always calm, keeps the bride and bridal party stress free and happy. The most amazing part was on Monday, the week of the wedding, when ALL my vendors started reaching out asking tons of last minute questions. She directed all the questions to her, so I didn’t have to know or deal with any of it. Amazing! I received so many compliments on how well her and her team did doing things I didn’t even know had happened.
She is worth every penny and much more. If you are unsure of what you want for your special day, hire Alex. If you have the venue and big items taken care of but need help with details, hire Alex. Even if you are a DIY wedding person- hire Alex for the day of. You will not be disappointed.

n as we met. Even though we were so far out from our wedding day, Alex without hesitation sat down with us to discuss what we were looking for, our vision for the day, how she could help, etc. After our initial discussion, we also ended up booking her for florals as well! Over the next year, Alex was always in touch and responsive to questions we had along the way. As we approached our wedding day, she kicked up her involvement about a month out (as expected per the service we booked). She remembered all that we had discussed over the past year and when we ended up having to make some last minute changes due to budget, she was super helpful in providing suggestions on how to reduce some costs. As the wedding day approached, Alex made sure everyone involved (us, wedding party, family, vendors, etc) was on the same page regarding timeline, and on the wedding day, she made sure everyone got to exactly where they needed to be when they needed to get there. We had quite a few non-traditional wedding requests for the day of and she and her team ensured to coordinate everything amongst us and the vendors and literally everything was executed perfectly! We ended up DIYing a bit of decor, while she took care of florals, and everything came out BEAUTIFULLY with the help of her floral design and her set up of all the signage/decor we handed off to her! We can't imagine having done this without her and her team and we're forever grateful for all the time and effort they put into making our day happen exactly as we planned!

ion services, the last being my number one reason for bringing her team on board - to ensure our wedding day went smoothly.
Alex was up front about the fact that she was already booked for our wedding date, but said we would be in the best hands with another team member who would execute flawlessly the day of. Everything was great back and forth with Alex / said team member for the months leading up to it, that we even decided to hire ANE as our floral designer. Things started to go downhill about a month out when her second-in-command, who was involved in the planning process completely, took the lead.
Day of timeline was difficult to nail down, even after several emails and a phone call to discuss step by step. We should've raised the red flag there but at this point, we were only 2 weeks out and I was confident that Alex’s entrusted team would deliver. When expressing concern week of the wedding, Alex assured us that we'd have her "A team" on site.
Unfortunately Alex’s "A team" turned out to be the only let down of our day. Alex’s second-in-command + team did not communicate with me / my husband, our families, guests or wedding party and were nowhere to be found throughout the day, the only reason we were able to stick to a schedule was thanks to our wonderful photographers.
Several mishaps included wedding party flowers distributed incorrectly or not at all, bubbles for our ceremony exit forgotten, as well as name cards placed on the wrong tables and table names omitted altogether.
In conclusion, we highly suggest taking caution if you will be working with other members of Alex's team.

We hired Alex for the month before the wedding and during our first official meeting she had already been in touch with many of our vendors and had a checklist of things for us to complete (we were way behind at this point). Alex and her team were incredibly responsive and worked around our busy schedules going above and beyond to create what would be a wonderful wedding.
The day of the wedding, Alex and her team were true professionals. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed; there was always someone with us telling us where we needed to be, what was coming next, and if we had a few minutes to take a breath. We can honestly say that our wedding would not have been the same without the incredible effort that Alex and her team put into ensuring that the entire day was perfect. Even though we threw multiple curveballs the day of the wedding with last minute changes to the guest list and timeline, Alex and her team took it all in stride and kicked it into high gear to ensure that everything was taken care of. If there was an issue, we never heard about it and neither did any of our guests.
If you have the chance to book Alex as your wedding planner, you should; there is no one more attentive, detail oriented, and fun to work with.

There are so many choices out there and being able to narrow down the pool makes it infinitely easier to select them. The most valuable help she gave me was negotiating with vendors, handling vendor coordination, and creating a timeline. I have been a professional event planner in the past and still found I was in way over my head when it came to dealing with wedding vendors and creating a timeline. I am a very detail oriented person and Alex accommodated all of my crazy requests and if it wasn't possible, she took the time to explain why and figure out an alternative I was happy with. Having Alex handle all the vendor and venue communication the month of was a life saver! It took so much stress off my plate and I knew everything would be taken care of. Alex and her team (event coordinator Kristina!) executed my wedding flawlessly on the day of and I was so pleased with how everything turned out. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the wedding was and it truly was a dream. If you are still on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, DO IT and make sure you hire Alex and her team!!

ng I really appreciate about Alex is that she is incredibly responsive - whether it be via text or email, she was always so on top of everything. Alex was especially amazing on our wedding day. After the ceremony was set up outside, clouds started to roll in and she eventually made the call to move the ceremony inside (which was the right call as the skies opened up about ten minutes prior to our ceremony start). She got everything moved inside quickly and flawlessly - I actually think it was better indoors. I also have since found out that our catering manager was a bit of a nightmare, but I had no idea the day of because Alex dealt with everything and I was left to just enjoy the day. I would highly, highly recommend ANE to help with your wedding planning. It will probably be the best decision you make throughout your entire process.

red advice and opinions at critical junctures (but never overstepped), allowed us to borrow decorations from her inventory (saving us $$), and managed the relationship with vendors in the weeks leading up to our wedding.
