s unbelievably talented, professional, and such a calming presence on a big, emotional day. My makeup was exactly what I wanted — natural, glowing, and perfectly enhanced my features. I felt like the most beautiful version of myself I’ve ever been. My hair was glamorous long waves and held beautifully all day and night. She completely brought my wedding vision to life. Not only did I love my look, but every single family member she worked with looked and felt amazing as well. Desiree listened carefully, executed flawlessly, and made the entire morning feel relaxed and fun. I cannot recommend her highly enough — if you’re considering booking her, do it. You will be so glad you did!

actually wanted. On the day itself, they took all my feedback and nailed it — while also creating the most wonderful, calming vibe as I got ready and as they came with me to the venue. They were truly the best company, and they helped set the tone for the entire day. And beyond being delightful humans, their work lasted. My hair and makeup survived (and maybe even thrived) through 10+ hours of jumping, sweating, dancing, hugging, kissing — and a very windy outdoor ceremony. They are magicians and I'm so grateful to have worked with them.

p having a larger group and they were very accommodating. Desiree was my stylist for both hair & makeup and she did an amazing job. We did a trial first and I requested a few changes for the wedding day, and everything turned out perfectly. Desiree is also so kind and easy to talk to; she made me and everyone in my bridal party feel relaxed and comfortable. I'm so glad she was there on my wedding day and wouldn't have changed a thing!

They did immaculate work and were a great addition to our wedding day getting-ready-time as chatting with them while we got ready was a delight as well :) <3

y had a talent for beautiful, natural, glowing looks, but getting to work with her was next level. My bridesmaids (a few of whom had been burned in the past w wedding makeup) were so stoked on their looks, but as the bride, I personally cannot love on her enough. I was operating on 3 hours of sleep and she worked her magic and managed to not only make me feel beautiful, but like my most beautiful, radiant self (vs feeling masked over by makeup). I may have cried? She's also so sweet and friendly and great at inviting feedback and ensuring sure you're happy at every turn. I can't wait to find an excuse to have my makeup done by her again!

And let’s talk staying power: I cried, and not a smudge. People were wowed by my “mascara” and absolutely shook when I told them I was wearing falsies. Alex’s work is no joke—iconic. Merita – Hair Wizard Merita is the kind of stylist who not only makes you look amazing but feel amazing too. From the moment we met her, we felt like we were hanging out with a longtime friend. She created hair looks that were effortless, soft, and full of movement, perfectly capturing both of our personalities and fitting the joy of our wedding day. Liz’s hair looked like something out of a movie—so stunning, so flowy, and exactly what she dreamed of. Mine felt sleek and strong and just right. Merita truly brought the glam and the grounding energy we didn’t know we needed. Everyone loved her energy in the getting-ready room, and we left feeling like total celebrities. We’ll never forget it. Together, Alex & Merita are an unstoppable team. Their energy, artistry, and authenticity helped kick off the most magical day of our lives in the most perfect way. For anyone looking through the photos: every person shown had their hair and/or makeup done by Alex & Merita! To give a little timeline reference: -When I’m wearing my suit jacket, that was hour 2 of hair and makeup. -When I’ve taken off the jacket but still have the white shirt on, that was around hour 6. -And when I’m just in the vest with no white shirt underneath, that was hour 11—and yes, still going strong! Just goes to show how incredible their work held up throughout the entire day.

ok on my wedding day. I don't wear a lot of makeup, so for my wedding, I wanted a subtle look instead of full glam. It was harder than I imagined to find a vendor who specializes in that style. I'm so happy I found Bridal by Alexandria! My fears were put at ease when I booked my trial with Kate and Emma. They were professional, listened, and just generally fun to be around. I dealt with some hair loss due to illness and a recent surgery, and so I was feeling self-conscious about how my hair would look. I reached out to Kate for some extension recommendations. By the time the hair look was finished, you could not convince me that hair wasn't growing from my scalp. It looked so natural, and she was able to camouflage a very sparse spot on the side of my head that never grew back. I was so worried about it, but ultimately didn't even think of it on my wedding day, which was more than I could have asked! She was also a miracle worker with my mom, who is in her 70s and has extremely thin hair. We purchased a hair topper for her at Kate's recommendation, and again... you could not convince me that wasn't her hair! The way Kate styled it was absolutely perfect. My mom is extremely self-conscious about her hair and she was THRILLED with how it turned out. She also did the flower girls' hair, and they couldn't have looked cuter. As for the makeup -- Emma was wonderful! When I look back at the pictures, I don't see makeup, I see myself -- only it's a version of myself with perfect skin, who drinks tons of water, is well-rested and has luscious eyelashes. I wish I could take the credit, but I know it's because she created a beautiful, subtle makeup look that read well on camera but didn't feel overly heavy in person. You would never know I only slept about 4 hours the night before and probably had two sips of water the entire day! She listened to what I wanted and was open to any changes along the way. Everyone in the bridal party looked well put together, feminine, and classy. I know everyone felt great about how they looked. I also booked Emma for touch-ups, and she could not have been sweeter as she fixed me up between the first look, ceremony, and reception. I truly couldn't have asked for a lovelier pair of artists to work with on my wedding day!

She was an amazing listener and listened to all of my concerns and truly made me feel comfortable. I am so happy with how my makeup turned out and am so grateful for Desiree!

eryone in my bridal party ready on time, no one felt rushed! Everyone felt that they were very experienced and were happy with their makeup and hair. We had styles from more natural looks to soft glam an they were able to accommodate all! Although not typical, I had my trial for my engagement shoot which was about a year before the wedding and the team was flexible in accommodating that as well. Loved working with them and highly recommend!

incredibly professional, but she was also a joy to get ready with and extremely gracious for stepping in at the last-minute. What impressed me most was how perfectly she captured the look I wanted – pink, glowy, and natural. Looking back, I feel incredibly fortunate that things turned out the way they did.
