I just tried calling this place this place to look for bridesmaid dresses for my wedding party. I had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with the owner who was extremely rude and unprofessional the entire conversation. I would never spend my money here! If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time or money at this store.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! She BUTCHERED my wedding dress. She sold me a dress she claimed wasn't made anymore so she couldn't order it in the right size, but she could alter it. Lies- I later found the dress was definitely still sold, AND she DESTROYED MY DRESS. The bodice was crooked, and she charged me $350 for alterations. I cannot believe how terrible the dress looks, I'm going to try to get it fixed by another seamstress but I'm not hopeful, the bodice is all messed up. This is horrible.

DO NOT SHOP AT ALEXI'S!!!! My dress was a month late coming in, and then the alteration work was extremely overpriced and the work very, very poor. It doesn't fit at all. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for lousy alterations that I need to pay another seamstress to fix!! Don't make my mistake, go somewhere else!

prices = decent quality = a+ amazing fabrics & designers selection = pretty good (for what i was looking for) service = very accommodating, friendly alteratoins = rushed & expensive & not the quality i was hoping for bottom line = i moved out of state a few years back & live 3000 miles away, so the fact that she held the dress for me for 6 months & then fitted me 4 days before my wedding was GREAT however the alterations weren't what i expected (the hook ripped off & the dress still didn't fit right - it was too big so its not like the dress was too tight, & the "boobs pads" were sewing in too high & looked funny) but she was really good about our time-line. the prices we're the greatest but i cannot say enough about the HIGH quality of the dresses themselves.
