Alexis Russell

king sure the design was what I wanted and giving me the assurance I needed when I got nervous about my choice. I was worried it wasn’t going to be completed on time but it was and Patrick made sure it made it to my house right when I needed it! The ring came out spectacularly. My fiancée loves it!

re and the stone fell out I searched everywhere and was never able to find it. I reached out and they were very responsive professional and quick. They sent me ideas and pictures of what they could do. I was under the impression it would be pretty similar, but they told the setting would need to change when I got it back it was totally different way smaller gemstone that I had before and I absolutely hated it, my only option was to get 40% back on the rebuild or trade it for something else on the website I honestly didn’t love anything else. I ended up keeping the ring and am still unhappy with it till this day. Overall we now spent probably about $7k and a week after getting my rebuild a diamond on my band fell out, I feel like these rings are really poorly made for how expensive they are I would Never buy from them again. It makes me really sad my original was beautiful but they said since it’s unique it may take years to get a stone like that again ugh.

the options that Alexis Russell had available on their "Create Your Own Gemstone Ring" section. We went with a gorgeous kite cut and what we received was even more stunning than the pictures! I have since sent my ring back for custom wedding bands and they gave me exactly what I wanted and they fit perfectly with my original engagement ring. I feel like I have the prettiest ring in the world and no one can tell me otherwise lol! I couldn't be more pleased with the amazing team at Alexis Russell. Their customer service is top-notch, they provide quick responses and helped answer all of the questions I had along the way. The quality vs. cost of service is reasonable and you will LOVE the ring you get from them. I know I do!

gn the perfect ring stack for my fiancée. This was achieved through email exchanges and a virtual meeting with Gabby, who made the customization process both straightforward and enjoyable. In summary, their expert guidance and superior support guaranteed a flawless and unforgettable experience.

to my home in Salt Lake City, Utah. Fast forward to a few months ago when my wife noticed her ring was bent. We were a bit reluctant to reach out to Alexis Russell thinking we were going to have to pay to replace it and just going through the hassle to get it there etc. She finally contacted them and they could not have been more helpful. We were given instructions on how to get it back to them and about how long it would take to fix. They sent the ring back and it looked just as beautiful as it did when it first got here, and they did it for free. We love their products and customer service so much that we also found my wedding on their site as well. It's the most unique ring I've ever seen, (not that I've seen many), it just fits me so well. She wanted to surprise me with it and kind of needed it quickly before our wedding this August, and Alexis Russel was able to make that happen, and happily. Best customer service from a company I've ever dealt with. They're always so kind and genuinely happy to help even when they don't have to. For our anniversary next year we're planning to get their beautifully made stacker bands! Thank you Alexis Russell for your unique designs, upstanding quality, and kind and helpful customer service. You have customers for life!

g ring selection!

trick. EQ

mmend them to anyone and will be continued customs.

ly amazing! Cut to and little while later, and I had a repair needed on my ring. AR handled it perfectly. They took care of me and my ring and I can’t recommend them enough. If only I could have more than one engagement ring!

band to complement it. Zach was great about offering alternatives, suggestions and modelling the rings for me against a similar ring they had in stock so I could really visualise and feel confident in my choice. We live in Scotland so trying them on and gauging it was never going to be a option sadly. I really felt he put my mind at ease as I had concerns about the wedding band being a good fit round my ring as it's an awkward shape to get perfectly central. I couldn't believe how good a fit the two sat together when it arrived. I did sent it back once more and was helped with the next stages by Gaby. I had concerns about the point and it lifting slightly out when I moved my hand. She was confident we could get the fit adjusted accordingly so it wouldn't be an issue. My ring arrived back last week and I can honestly say they got it spot on having had to try explain and communicate everything all through email. Communication was excellent, very quick, super friendly. They really know they're stuff. I really can't recommend this company enough. I will definitely be buying other pieces from them in the future.

his process! I didn't send my rings into the studio and they still were able to accomodate my wishes and when I received the rings in the mail they were perfect and all fit together SO well. I love AR so much and will continue to purchase pieces from this company.

shipping and manufacturing of the custom engagement rings were as advertised! they helped me buy with confidence! and my fiancé loves her new custom stack engagement rings!

tely understanding and extremely helpful.

tried to suck up the issues we had from the start with the ring. About a month ago I finally had it with the fact they laid the stones improperly, there were gaps/spaces between stones and I thought I could suck it up but 1.) it was an eye sore for me because I look at my ring constantly throughout the day and 2.) it had me anxious that the stones were going to fall out. Also, the band was so much thinner than we imagined which made the ring constantly spin on my finger even though it is my proper size (confirmed with a local jeweler). I was uncomfortable shipping the ring back to New York to have them fix it, and honestly as I was emailing them when I was considering, they were hard to get ahold of and made the process of discussing potentially sending it back a hassle. We decide to go to a local jeweler that people raved about and I am SO happy we did it sooner rather than later. My ring is fairly simple, low profile with a center stone and a smaller diamond on each side. The jeweler originally thought it would be an easy fix, come to find out it was a "monster" for something so simple due to the casting and how they laid out the ring. I went to pick it up, and the jeweler straight up told me it was going to be a "remake" once we brought it in again. He showed me under the microscope all of the imperfections that my eye couldn't see and explained all the issues. They completely casted the gold wrong which led to having air pockets which means in simple terms, Poor casting traps air bubbles in the metal, causing a common defect known as porosity. As you wear a ring, microscopic layers of the metal wear away, exposing these air bubbles as black pits in the ring. So it was genuinely a blessing we found this sooner rather than later. I am so upset because my fiancé spent a hefty amount on this ring, and we are at fault as we did see the negative reviews but really hoped the good reviews we did see lived up to the expectations. We have decided to have the local jeweler remake the ring for us instead of dealing with AR again because we are certain we would run into the same issues again or they would play it off as "it's fine". Please beware if you are looking at these rings!

d made for my engagement ring. They were so helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They shared pictures of what my engagement ring would look like stacked with some different designs of wedding bands and ultimately worked with me to customize a band to my liking and it turned out perfect! Couldn't recommend them more 10/10

sy. They were super responsive and kind. 10/10 experience !

2 of their already existing wedding bands to create mine. Seemingly easy changes, however they would not accommodate me in any way. After many frustrating emails I ended up having my family jeweler make exactly what I wanted with no problems and for less money. AR will change the stones and the metal type… that’s about as custom as they get.

opinion while we were trying on different options. He gave us a bit of history about the company, his own experiences with AR and the space in which we had the consultation. The scenery, crystals and everything else in between really set the mood and made for the perfect moment. Patrick was very responsive after the consultation and truly played an exceptional role in helping us find our dreamy engagement/wedding ring stack and for ultimately helping us choose a ring from Alexis Russell. In addition to that, the resizing and shipping process was very streamlined and we received our ring quicker than expected. Cheers to Patrick and the other team members at Alexis Russell on making our moment a remarkable one.

oday and I am OBSESSED and couldn't be more excited. AR was one of the easiest vendors I've worked with throughout my whole wedding planning process, which is amazing to have for something as important as the jewelry I plan to wear forever. I cannot recommend them enough. Not only is the customer service top-notch, but the rings are gorgeous, unique, and truly beautiful.

ided feedback when needed, and even shared his own ring for some inspiration! I can't express enough how helpful and kind Patrick was, he really brought to life for the vision I had for an engagement ring! He assured me that it would arrive just in time for the proposal window! He was very quick to answer any and all questions during our call, as well as over email. Overall, when the ring arrived I was so excited and couldn't wait to pop the question to my now fiancé. Patrick helped so much to make this possible! I can't take full credit on this customized ring that my fiancé loves, as I did not work on it alone. Thank you Patrick for helping us on next chapter of our lives!

se my wedding bands he was so patient and helpful with me as I was deciding what look I liked best. He took pictures of everything together and kept me up to date on things.

f hands-on as a consultant: listening to what I liked and was looking for, but willing to share his opinion when asked. Communication with AR was quick and attentive, and I'm so happy with the final results!

, and our bands! Just yay!

always felt like he just wanted to make sure that I found the perfect ring for my girlfriend, I just ordered it and I cannot wait to see how beautiful this ring looks 10/10 would recommend!

my wedding ring that I custom made with the help of Zach! Zach was so attentive to the details and consistently responsive. I ended up making a pretty different ring than I originally thought I’d make - but it’s even better 😍 On top of all that, I realized I planned for this to happen at an awkward time because my bachelorette party was coming up and it’d only been a little over a week since we finalized the custom order. I emailed Zach to see if I could get just my engagement rings back earlier, in case they’d already done all the measurements needed to make the wedding band. And it turned out that my ring was already done and I could get them all back before my bachelorette party - which is tomorrow 😊 Zach upgraded my shipping to overnight and made sure my package went out as soon as possible. And, like I said, I just got them! I don’t wear jewelry at all but I absolutely love my rings. I low key feel like I’ll just get all my jewelry from AR because they were just so reliable and the customer service/collaboration was undeniably impressive. If you like the style AR has to offer I’d suggest looking into this! Their IG has a lot of great examples of their different rings and stacks!

e. I also got their ring cleaner and it works very well! Thank you Alexis Russell for making such beautiful rings. I will truly treasure it forever.

nd special to me and I couldn’t be more happy! Customer service is absolutely amazing - Patrick was so patient with my partner for the designing process and is still helping me now that I have the ring with any questions I may have on how to keep it safe.

ase of the wedding bands, they were pleasant, helpful, and beyond responsive. Zach helped us out so much when we inquired about sending the engagement ring to get it altered and to see what matching wedding bands would go with it. He instantly responded with the process and timeline. He also informed us of every step of the process, including pictures. Thank you, Zach, and everyone at Alexis Russell for helping make our wedding day special!

you send in your ring for a custom fit. I felt uncomfortable with that as my ring is a family heirloom, and I’ve been burned one too many times with shipping things. This was not a problem for them. Zach was very helpful and we emailed back and forth to find a solution. I sent them my rings gemologist report/ appraisal and they sent me an exact measurement to include with my order so that it was custom fit to my ring. The wedding band I ordered arrived maybe a week later and fits perfectly. It’s absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with them.

hat we live in east Africa, so Zach at AR played a really important role in helping us and the design process stay on a timeline that suited our needs once back in the States. The design and execution are flawless and we couldn't be more pleased with the end product and support from Zach.

bout my AR obsession and worked with the team to create a custom engagement ring. I cannot thank AR enough for the care and craftsmanship put into my engagement set. I believe he may have worked with Patrick when designing the main ring, and I had the pleasure of working with Gaby when choosing my stack. The customer care team is incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. I felt well informed and Gaby especially was extremely patient with me as we went back and forth with pics of different stack options. Perhaps it’s the styles that we chose compared to other reviewers, but all of the diamonds/prongs are solid and I have had no concerns about quality or craftsmanship of the rings. They are gorgeous heirloom pieces and I’ve already received countless compliments from friends and strangers alike. My one recommendation is if you choose to work with AR for any $$$ jewelry the best thing you can do for yourself is purchase insurance on your piece! It is worth the small investment to make sure your beautiful new piece is protected! Thank you Alexis Russell team a million times over for creating my dream ring - I appreciate you beyond words and am excited for the pieces yet to come!

l great experience.

ing not being realised, Patrick quashed. 10/10 customer service. Thanks again Patrick!

lost stones! I would spend your money on something higher quality. My necklace is luckily still intact.

ll the way to buffalo to try on rings in person :) - the space was so lovely and the staff made the experience really special for me. I love the design aesthetic and believe they are truly works of art. I chose a gemstone cluster ring and it feels so unique, something authentic to me. I wanted some changes to the wedding band and they were super responsive and had great customer service. I definitely recommend them!

to work with!

ulge my obsession with it! :) I worked with Patrick mostly and Zach. They both were very kind and prompt in replying. Patrick I worked with the most and he is professional and kind. I was nervous about mailing my ring and any time I had a concern, they were quick to ease my mind which I appreciate. I ordered two additional stacks and they are gorgeous. My ring did get damaged in the mail but only slightly and they were so quick to fix it at no charge to me. I've seen a few comments about issues, but I'll say as a metalsmith myself, things happen. The first thing anyone should do is insure the ring because it only takes a slight of hand to break a prong which is not AR's fault at all. Also any rose gold or white gold will fade over time because they are not naturally occurring in metal and is a type of plating. I will say I've had my engagement ring for over 6 months and the rose gold is just as beautiful as the day I got it which is a huge testimony to the quality of their products. I've had white gold rings fade in three days before from "reputable" jewelers. So please educate yourself on fine jewelry and understand there are limitations to any piece and life can be rambunxious! :) Thank you AR for everything. I am so in love with my set. I've never had a ring like this before and I will cherish it forever :)

I especially appreciate Gaby who sent me all the possible stacking combos! Everything was handled smoothly and professionally and the rings are gorgeous! 12/10 recommend.

ing and custom fitting to the bands I picked out. They made the process easy and were always quick to respond! They even sent photos of several stacking options I was interested in so we could feel confident about our purchase. My custom bands were made and on their way back to me in less than 3 weeks. Highly recommend!

uilt exactly what you're looking for.

t for us in no time! It still did not fit great with my wedding band, so Gaby took the time to review pictures, videos, and have a phone call with me to figure out the perfect fit! Once again, they fixed it, no problem! They are so timely and responsive and always use 2 day shipping so items get to and from them in a timely manner. The work is absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 I recommend Alexis Russell for your jewelry needs!
