Our wedding floral was an easy pick for us after we talked with the creative and talented team at Alfa Flower & Wedding shop. They walked us through various flower types, arrangements, colors, and even what we could do with flowers after our e...
vent. We had pictures of what we liked, and they were able to match perfectly what we were looking for. The delivery service and set up we used was completely professional and took decorating stress off of us on our big day. Each of the flowers on our floral arrangements, bouquets, and boutonnieres were fresh, lush and blooming the entire day. We got a ton of compliments on our flowers from guests, and were able to use them the following day as we showed our new house to our friends and family. We also were able to get the bouquet and boutonniere into their preservation package, so that we have a perfect keepsake of our own from our special day. We would recommend Alfa Flower & Wedding Shop to any who want beautiful flowers, stress free floral planning, and lasting memories for their event.
I rebooked 2 times for my appointment (which I had no issues with), however, the third time, the owner, Katie, attempted to rebook my consultation when I was driving to the Flower Shop. She did not call me even though I had my phone number in m...
y email signature. I live about 2 hours away from the flower shop. By the time my fiancé and I got there, an employee told us she was not there.
Another employee stepped in to try and assist us, however our information was not in the system so we had to go through an entire background of what we are looking for again.
There were no flower examples which matched the pictures I sent Katie and showed the employee who was helping us, no true pricing, no guarantee they could get the flowers we were looking for.
The owner didn’t try to Zoom or online call us while we were there so she could go over our consultation she had a month to prepare for.
The employees didn’t seem to know pricing or flower availability without her being there. Overall, bad experience.
I drove about 2 hours there and took a half a day off of work for that experience. Would not recommend working with a vendor who cannot be trusted.

odated the best we could. Flower availability for November is unknown at this point to some extent so she did the best we could as we are in January. Katie would have given the same information as flower availability is tough and unpredictable right now, especially for November. Many fall flowers are not available right now so discussing options is all we can do at this point being that the wedding is 11 months away. We appreciate feedback but we accommodated no different regardless of what staff member helped you. we wish you the best in planning your wedding and feel bad you feel this way. Take care.

We worked with Dana when we were designing our flowers and she was so helpful. Some of the flowers were not available at our consult but we got a good sense of the type of flowers they would use. Trust their vision, you won't be disappointed!
COVID definitely through a wrench into things but everyone at Alfa was very flexible and helpful during our planning experience. Once all of our changes were made I set up another consult to go over all of our changes and Dana and the staff at Alfa were very kind and helpful with those changes.

I didn't worry about florals at all the day of the wedding - I just walked into the venue and the ceremony site and was just amazed at the beautiful florals and decor Alpha Floral and Rincon Beach Club had set up for us. They matched my inspiration on Pinterest to a tee! My only tiny comment would be that I wished the foliage used for the dinner table and the bridesmaids' bouquets were more full, but these are incredibly small things compared to the work they did as a whole. What's more, I was able to purchase some additional stems at the last minute as I picked up my order to complete my own table vases. y afforable price. The booking process was seamless, Katie met me and went through pictures with me. I only knew my colors and that I like tiger lilies. Their website was so comprehensive that I was able to come to the consultation with ideas, and they were so awesome that I left the consultation with a CLEAR understanding of what I would get and how much it would cost. (Other florists refused to let me take a copy of the quote home. How ridiculous?!?!?).
The one and only issue I had was that my bridesmaids thought my toss bouquet was the flower girl bouquet. So when I went to do the toss, I couldn't find it. I ended up throwing a bridesmaid's bouquet, for that part...and that same bridesmaid ended up catching it herself. Lol.
In all, the flowers were lovely, I took them home and watered them. About a week later and they haven't all died, so I'm still happy. The flowers were more beautiful than I would have imagined. Thanks!

The staff had some great suggestions on how to throw our colors into the bouquets and centerpieces. We really trusted their judgement and the pricing was way less than I thought it would be! We went with a head table garland, boutonnières, corsages, bridesmaid bouquets, flower girl bouquet, and centerpieces, alternating bowl and tall bowls. They were absolutely beautiful the night of! My only regret was that some of the stems were very short, and we didn't pick up our flowers until 2 days after the wedding, so some of them had died already because they weren't getting enough water. It was only the carnations and some of the spray roses though, not the whole bouquet, so we were able to save some of them. They just sucked up so much water that the short ones didn't make it. They do offer a service for an extra fee to have someone stay and pin on the boutinneres and make sure everyone gets their flowers which was very helpful.
