I ordered a large casket spray for my wife’s funeral for almost $600.00. On the day of the funeral, I received a spray that had less than half the flowers and a third smaller than ...
ordered. I was told that I would receive a refund for the mistake. I received a call from the manager who asked if I would like my refund by check or added back to my credit card (which I requested). Waiting more than a month for the refund to be posted, I traveled to McComb (I live in Texas) to ask where my refund was. I was told that I had been given a store credit. bouquet was almost non-existent. The boutonniers turned out great, but the little bouquets for the mothers were horrible. We ended up buying a lot more flowers and fixing them ourselves. They were also late in making them so we had to get them the day before the wedding and fix them up that night for them to be ready by 11 the next morning. Unneeded stress.
