few of the "chafing style" dishes (pasta and salad), plus some sandwiches and chikn nuggies. All of the food was excellent (guests were raving, even the non-vegan ones), and the staff were extremely kind, professional, and efficient. anning stage to the day of. They're also quite flexible with menu options—we chose to go with a mix of their a la carte options and their catering menu (agua frescas and Vietnamese coffee for beverages, tacos, skewers, and mashed potatoes for mains, and a selection of their hor d'oeuvres for cocktail hour). Everything was incredibly delicious and our guests thought so too. They would not stop raving about the food! Seriously, if you're searching for a vegan food truck to cater your wedding, I highly recommend Algorithm :)
