I immediately scheduled a trial with Amanda to get my look nailed down. To say I was nervous for my trial is an understatement (I really never do my makeup and generally just let my hair air dry), but Amanda did a great job putting me at ease! Amanda not only listened to exactly what I was looking for, but made a ton of GREAT recommendations to make sure I got my look exactly right! I walked away from the trial feeling confident and beautiful, and I knew that I had made the right decision to book with Ali's company. Fast forward to the day of my wedding and the entire team did an amazing job. I had a team of three girls to cover myself and my party of ladies. Gwen and Regina were absolutely amazing with each and every one of my girls. We all have very different skin tones and hair types and Gwen and Regina made all of them feel so beautiful! All of my girls were THRILLED with their looks (and their looks lasted all day and night which was awesome). Not only that, they just added such a great, fun vibe to the room while we were getting ready! I just want to say a special thank you to Amanda! She absolutely NAILED my look and made me feel like a true princess. I came with hair extensions and an accessory that I didn't have at my trial and she handled the change with ease! I walked out of that room feeling more beautiful than I ever had. Honestly I could not have imagined a better person to work with to bring my wedding day look to life. ! Unfortunately Ali was already booked (hot commodity!) for my wedding date but she sent her fabulous team. I had an army of girls, 11 of us total, and her team rocked it flawlessly. They were professional, fun, and most importantly SO talented! I had girls with different skin tones, hair texture, etc. and her team rocked every look my bridesmaids wanted. . All of Ali’s team did amazing work from what I could tell. I reached out to her 2 weeks after I booked my venue and waited patiently for my turn. The day of my trial I had a specific look and hair style I wanted to go for. I showed her photos of the hair style and make up I wanted. She did exactly as the photos looked. When she was finished, I was so excited for the end result. I couldn’t believe how on point every detail was. The day of my trial was also the day of my bridal shower and all my family and friends were obsessed with my hair and makeup. I couldn’t wait until my wedding day. My wedding day comes around and Ali and her team showed up right on time. Every one of my bridesmaids loved their looks for my day and they all looked so pretty! They did exactly as the photos that were shown to them. I would say to make sure when you start looking for hair and makeup, to make sure you actually like the look you pick and that it’s realistic for you. Had a slight issue with my mom when it came to makeup but that was because she never had her makeup professionally done and didn’t know what she wanted. At the end of the day, it all worked out and I was so happy with Ali’s services. All the girls were ready right on time and we even had a little extra time after. rst I was considering a natural, clean look. I loved my trial with Amanda and decided to hire Ali’s team. As the wedding approached I started to consider a different look. I requested another trial with Amanda and reconsidered how I wanted to look on my wedding day. This time we went for a more glamorous, elegant look. It was so much fun to work with Amanda and have her guide me to my final decision. Glam was definitely the way to go! She has the nicest way about her that makes you instantly trust her, and is so good at what she does! On the second trial I also met Gwen who now would be responsible for my hair since I had such a large bridal party and would need 3 stylists. I had decided that I wanted a ponytail with a lot of volume and loose waves. Gwen is an updo master! She nailed that ponytail on my wedding day and created the exact style I wanted. My Mom also had a trial and worked with Amanda and Gwen. She is not used to wearing a lot of makeup so having professional makeup made her nervous. She also has worn her hair the same way for years, and was hesitant about trying anything new. Ali and her team were so patient with her as she struggled to find the right look where she felt authentic and beautiful all at once. Leading up to the Big day I also had a chance to work with Ali herself when I shot my boudoir photos for my husband. To be honest, this may have been what instigated my decision for a more glamorous look. Ali made me feel like a model. It was such a fun experience and I was so lucky to have her talents that day. Our 3 stylists on the wedding day were Amanda for makeup and Gwen and Ashlee for hair. They worked on every bridesmaid, my sisters/maid of honors, my mom, my husband’s mom, and even our flower girls. Ali was always prompt with her responses and really worked with me to ensure I looked perfect on my day. Although Ali couldn't make my wedding, she placed me in the hands of Brooke who killed it! She made me feel so incredibly beautiful and listened to my concerns about having a natural glow. I had done a trial with Brooke in June and was in love with the look she created. Come the end of September, I had wanted to change the style and go a bit heavier now that I had more sun kissed skin and was nervous that I would look too caked on, but let me tell you, Brooke is a total glam superstar and made my look and feel incredible. All my girls looked so beautiful and I couldn't be more thankful for Ali and her team. Even one of my bridesmaids who had gotten married a year before me had said "I wish I had hired them for my wedding day" because she was so impressed with their skill level. Hurricane Dorian hit on our wedding day which was extremely stressful as it impacted everyone's (vendors and guests) travel plans. She completely changed her and her team's schedule for my wedding one day before. Her efforts meant the world to me during an extremely stressful time and knowing that she was one vendor I didn't have to worry about was key. All of my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup and kept saying how wonderful they were. Minus a few stray hairs, my updo stayed in tact during hurricane force winds! Would definitely recommend!!

i, Cristina, Angela, Gwen, and Brooke as my beauty squad on my wedding day for 14 of us. If you want a beauty team that is professional, easy to work with, and talented, then book with Ali Lomazzo. Beauty team arrived on-time and finished ahead of schedule. 14 of us got hair and makeup done in less than 4 hours! Before my wedding, Ali was super responsive whenever I had any questions. On my wedding day, the beauty team was so nice and brought a great energy to the day. They were stress-free and happy. It’s inevitable to have some mishaps on your wedding day, and one of mine was that my MOH was throwing up all morning (which of course messed up the beauty order schedule) but I didn’t even know it until AFTER the wedding! They were such a professional team and very easy to work with…. Not to mention, TALENTED! Ali’s team was AMAZING. They are very talented and I’m confident that they’ll leave you feeling beautiful! My 10 bridesmaids ranged from 27-40 years old and came in a variety of “shapes and sizes” (different backgrounds, hair textures, skin tones, personal style). Ali’s team listened to what each girl wanted and was able to execute on their vision. I was a bit anxious about finding a team that would be able to make so many people happy with their looks, but my bridesmaids were all very happy with their hair and makeup. My MOB and MIL (aged 65-70) don’t normally wear any makeup and were timid to get their makeup professionally done. Both MOB and MIL were SO happy with their looks – they felt that they looked like themselves but “amplified”! My 4-year old flower girl doesn’t (usually) let anyone touch her hair, but Ali’s team make her excited about getting her hair done and she sat patiently to allow them to braid an entire hair crown. I did a trial with Brittni (makeup) and Cristina (hair) before my wedding, and so did my mother because she had never had professional makeup done. They nailed our looks and it made for a super fun mother-daughter day during wedding planning. Doing the trial gave me confidence going into my wedding day, but I wouldn’t say that I needed it because they did such a great job. Before finding Ali Lomazzo, I did a beauty trial with a different vendor and had a really unpleasant experience. Having a bad beauty experience made me hesitant to find another beauty team because I thought that all beauty vendors are probably very similar and that maybe the issue was with me (maybe I couldn’t communicate what I wanted clearly). However, I can assure you that all beauty vendors are not the same. Ali’s team listened to me, understood my vision, were fun to be around on my wedding day, and easy to work with leading up to the wedding.

Ali again was amazing with her prompt communication with me explaining everything - she (Ali) was already booked for a wedding on the day of my wedding but explained that Brooke would be there the day of for my wedding along with some other stylists! It made me feel much better to have already met and worked with Brooke during the trial and eased my worries about my wedding day. Leading up to the big day, Ali was very flexible with changes and questions and always responded promptly via email. On the day of, I decided I wanted to do a little bit more in terms of makeup and go in a completely different direction for hair - Brooke rolled with the changes but also provided her professional opinion. Brooke was beyond prepared, carrying all sorts of equipment and quick to offer it to the other stylists incase they needed anything. There were two other stylists Regina who did makeup and Alex who did hair for my ladies - they followed pictures and were able to deliver what my ladies requested. After leaving a frantic voicemail, Ali return my phone call in a matter of minutes. She was so sweet and understanding and immediately accommodated my hectic schedule for a trail run. After my initial consultation, I knew she was the perfect choice for my hair and makeup for our special day. First and foremost, Ali has a tremendous personality. She’s so easy to talk to and truly made feel like we had been friends for years. She also was so interested in my vision and perfecting what I was wanting for my special day. The day of, Ali was nothing short of spectacular. I have a rather complicated family dynamic and Ali was accommodating in every aspect. Her work was exemplary. Her stylists Regina and Cristina were also amazing. Their work was truly artistic in every way. I made countless last-minute changes, none of which seemed to affect her even in the slightest. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness, her professionalism, and her friendship. I also hired her to do touch-ups throughout the day, which was totally worth it and I HIGHLY suggest it! Ali's team had to do hair and makeup on nine girls the morning of the wedding, and they still finished early! They worked efficiently and listened to what each girl wanted. When I started wedding planning, the only thing I knew was that I wanted Ali. It was the easiest decision and one of the best ones that I made. Ali and her team were flawless. My bridesmaids and the mothers all looked impeccable. Ali and her girls were so accommodating to all of our needs and made sure everyone was happy. There was torrential rain in the morning, and I spent the first half of my "getting ready" time on and off the phone with the venue with my anxiety rising. I was waiting for a final call from the venue when it was time to start my hair and makeup. Ali waited until I received that call so that I could actually relax and enjoy getting my hair and makeup done. I can't express my gratitude for this simple gesture of waiting. Ali made me look and feel like the most beautiful woman in the world. The makeup looked completely natural and my hair was exactly how I envisioned it. Everything held up all night long.
