what you don’t know you’re getting: she’s compassionate and hilarious, she can get anyone to open up, she’s one of the most thoughtful humans, oh and did I mention she’s INCREDIBLY talented? Thought I was getting a photographer, didn’t know I’d also get a friend out of it too. Ali is wonderful and you cannot go wrong with her. I could write essays on her awesomeness, but I’ll spare you.

g but the best things to say. We have always hated being in front of the camera…in fact, Ali was the first person we had kissed in front of! Kind of worried going in, we were overwhelmed with how comfortable she made us both feel from the first shot. Ali is super efficient with her shots and time, so we were never bored or tired when shooting in the heat of July. At the wedding, she did her job SO well we barely knew she was there! (You never want a view of the photographer’s head during the ceremony!) We didn’t know how she was able to capture all the shots we expected…it was incredible what she could do as a single photographer. Overall, we have been overjoyed with our experience. The photos are insane quality, not too “pose-y”, and arrive back digitally in impeccable timing. We got our previews the day after our wedding! Ali is a snag and such a deal!

o move there after. Planning a wedding out of state was stressful and finding the right photographer to capture such an important day was a daunting task. After I don't know how many hours and days I spent looking at photographers I reached out to Ali and after a facetime call knew she was the perfect choice. She continued to surprise me with how genuinely she cared about us and our wedding day, going far past what was required of her to help make us feel comfortable and at ease. She was quick to respond, helped me sort out my thoughts and plans for what I wanted from the pictures and the day many many times. She even helped surprise my husband during his bachelor party with a photo shoot which she was super excited about and the pictures are absolutely amazing and ones he, and I, love to look back on. Our wedding day was actually the first time I met Ali face to face but I felt like we had known each other and been friends for such a long time due to how she approached our relationship. She is truly such a gem of a person and has incredible talent with her camera! She helped keep things moving without making me or anyone else feel stressed about time. Honeslty I was in la la land all day from excitement that if it wasn't for Ali I would probably have been late for everything haha. From seeing her Instagram and website I was SO excited to see our photos and my gosh she did not disappoint. We got some preview pictures the next day and they were absolutely amazing and when we got the rest of the pictures we were just absolutely over the moon! She captured our day so incredibly well and edited them beautifully. Our friends and family have commented many times since how wonderful Ali was as well, we couldn't have found a better photographer for our wedding if we tried, she truly is the best and you won't regret having her as your photographer.

Also impressed with how you kept the whole wedding day on time! I could just sit back relax and focus on my day. Might as well add wedding day coordinator to your resume lol. Can’t tell you how many people have told us our wedding photos looked like they came straight out of a magazine!

y that we could get along with really well. We lucked out. Her enthusiasm is infectious and made it easy for everyone to relax in front of the camera (definitely not an easy feat for me). So far the pictures she's sent us (several on the night of the wedding) have been fantastic and I'm excited to see the rest of them. Fun review bit: If you're a "more off-beat" couple looking for a photographer who can just roll with/get super excited about weird (or non-traditional - fill in whatever code word you want to use) things you want to do at the wedding, she's a great fit. For just one example we had decorated one of those 10 ft skeletons with flowers and she just about screamed with excitement and you can bet that more than a few of the "stand there and look pretty" photos have that as the backdrop. The TLDR is that we really loved working with her and she's great.

t she was HIGH on my priority list to involve in our day. It was definitely the right way to go, I didn’t even think about having anybody else take photos for us. She helped me organize my brain and to-do list when it came to day of priorities and set me and the wedding party up for success so the day went smoothly. There a lot of photographers out there and it can be overwhelming looking for your match, but Ali is a sure fire way to get some damn good heart felt photos of your love.

ruly captured our family and friends in a way that I have never seen a wedding photographer do before. She is truly the best that Nashville has to offer. Within a short time of contacting Ali she took over an hour on the phone with me to talk through a very complicated schedule and parameters we had been put in and made things easy! She listened to everything that I found important and all of the concerns I had with scheduling, lighting, types of photos etc, and made sure to focus on all the things that needed to get done in a clear and organized way. She provided thought-out, creative timelines for both the wedding day and rehearsal dinner that allowed me to provide input and let her know what family pairings were important, the order of events, etc. This level of detail made everything at our actual wedding events run so smoothly and ensure everyone got the photos they needed. Our families RAVED over her management of the events. On top of her amazing scheduling and execution, she got candid photos that truly capture the authenticity of my husband and I and all of our friends and family. Within hours of knowing us she somehow captured all of our personalities perfectly! All of the detail shots, candids, and of course beautiful portraits perfectly encapsulated our day and really can only be done by somebody with lots of foresight and artistic capability. She told the story of our wedding in a beautiful way. On top of everything - she delivered samples within hours, which is unheard of! And has been timely and responsive with every communication we’ve had. Her glowing personality and friendly face made wedding pictures fun and easy - rather than stiff and awkward (like a lot of weddings I’ve been in!!) she commanded everyone’s attention and respect, while making herself an extension of my husband and I and our families. I couldn’t be happier and more thankful to have had her a part of my special day - and will forever be thankful for the heirlooms that she created that day!! We love you Ali!

very responsive & very organized with our timeline. On elopement day, she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She's so down to earth & very easy to talk to. She was open to any ideas we had while taking photos & was very much go with the flow the entire time but also made sure she captured all of the important sentimental shots. She even was able to send us a few edited photos just a few hours after our elopement was over. The few pictures that we did get to see just 8 hours after, captured the beauty, essence, & fun of the entire elopement. She is honestly one of the best recommendations I received & we would recommend her 100x over again!

Our wedding weekend was welcomed with chilly temperatures leading to the snowstorm of a decade, which led to this impromptu photoshoot... in the snow. Welcome to the Snowlyweds of 2021. She helped me embrace the snow and crazy ideas of snow angels in my wedding dress. Something that I never imagined on my wedding day, but made the memories ever the more special. he moments of our day without judgement of not doing a big traditional wedding. Ali did that and then some. She is such a sweet and genuine person while still being professional at the same time. Her personality put me at ease instantly. On top of that, Ali knew how to control my whole family/wedding party when it came to group photos which was not an easy task with the constant rotation of cigarette smokers and people sneaking drinks to get away from the in-laws for a brief moment. By far, Ali's strongest in capturing the authentic moments. I love my husband to death but it is like pulling teeth to get him in front of a camera. Ali was able to get great photos of the two of us in the traditional posed photos but by far my favorite photos of the day are the genuine moments. Some of which I did not even notice happen until I saw the photos. Who knew a photo of us laughing because of my lipstick getting on his vest would be one of my favorite photos- but it is, and Ali captured it perfectly. Overall I would recommend Ali to anyone who is looking for a passionate photographer who truly cares about her clients and their special day.

She also was incredibly spontaneous, capturing even the little intimate moments when you didn't think anyone was paying attention that lead to some of the most stunning everlasting keepsakes ❤️.
