The hotel made it very difficult for our guests to book rooms under our block. They would tell them only smoking rooms or smaller rooms were available, when that was not what we ag...reed to block out. They also failed to honor the rate we were quoted without follow up discussions. Many of our guests booked elsewhere because they were given such poor service at this hotel.
