Alice did a phenomenal job bringing our cake dreams to life! She partnered with our venue and we understand why! We sampled many cake, icing, and filling options, and decided on vanilla bean and a raspberry filling with a buttercream frosting-so so delicious! The cake is moist and nothing was overly sweet which is perfect, and the tartness of the raspberry was a wonderful complement of flavor! She did a black base with beautiful gold geode-esque water falling down which was pretty much our inspiration pic!! We loved it!! We also we able to save our top for our one years anniversary which was packed up for us with instructions on how to properly freeze it which was super helpful!! Thank you for such a delicious cake!! 💕❤️

Alice not only creates stunningly gorgeous cakes and cupcakes, but they taste absolutely phenomenal! As a dessert person, with a dessert family, cake was an important piece of our wedding vision, and she came through for us!! For a NYE wedding, Alice went all out blending our wedding colors (burgundy and champagne) in a really unique marbling technique with buttercream and topped the entire cake in a sparkly sugar coating that glittered beautifully and tasted so fantastic. Do yourself a favor and make Alice a part of your wedding day and book now!

From our first meeting, Alice was warm, friendly, and very transparent about what she could provide within our budget. The communication was consistent and honest throughout the planning process. The end result was a cake that looked like exactly what we had asked for. The simple design was elegant and timeless which suited the venue perfectly. Most importantly, the cake tasted absolutely delicious - all of our guests raved about the flavor and texture. Alice's delivered our vision and the cake was just what we were looking for. 10/10 in every possible way. This service was worth every single penny without breaking the bank. Alice had us meet her in her home office, sketched out our cake's concept art as we described what we wanted, and provided us with cake and frosting samples for us to immediately taste and choose from. We were blown away by how incredibly decadent her creations are. Our cake was decorated with live flowers she obtained from our florist and arranged when she delivered the cake before the ceremony. She used buttercream frosting design elements that were patterned off of the wedding dress, presenting an additional layer of elegance. It was as visually stunning as it was incredibly delicious. I would say it was too pretty to eat if it wasn't so tasty! If you're feeling lost choosing between bakers, and even if you are running a fairly tight budget, look no further than Alice. She will help your special day to TASTE truly special!

Alice delivered the most beautiful and tasty cake! We still receive compliments from our guests about how it was the best wedding cake they had ever had! We met with a lot of cake vendors and bakeries and so many of them would not do sheet cake and instead pressured you into getting a bigger wedding cake. But not Alice! We had a beautiful three-tier cake that looked stunning the day of and in pictures, and she provided enough sheet cake to feed the rest of our guests. You won't be disappointed booking with Alice!

Our wedding cake was absolutely STUNNING! Alice understood exactly what we were going for from the moment we met. It was so pretty we could hardly cut into it. But, we're glad we did :) It's one thing to have a beautiful cake, but to have one that tasted so incredible was next level.

We are so happy we went with Alice for our wedding cake!!! We did a three layer cake (with additional sheet cakes) and did three different flavors. All of them were absolutely delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests!

Alice made our wedding cake for our wedding on 9/16/23 and it turned out AMAZING! We did a 4-tier white cake with raspberry jam and almond buttercream. Not only was it a work of art, but it was also delicious!!! She even placed our dog figurine in such a cute way where it looked like he took a bite out of the cake. It was a big hit! We froze the top tier of our cake and look forward to eating it on our 1-year anniversary. THANK YOU Alice!

Our original cake vendor closed, but we were so lucky our venue picked Alice to make our wedding cake. Alice was kind, polite, and professional. She walked us through her process and after our consultation designed a sketch of our cake. She also provided different flavors of cupcakes and fillings for us to try. Our wedding cake was delicious. We had a 4-tier cake with 4 different flavors and each layer tasted great. We highly recommend Alice if you need a wedding cake.

We met and hired Alice as a preferred provider of our wedding venue, one of the best wedding decisions that we made when planning. Alice was so sweet from beginning to end, she answered every question and professionally anticipated ones that I didn't even know to ask as a new bride to be. Her prices were competitive, and she helped us stretch our cake budget all the while providing quality service and peace of mind. You just can't put a price on that when wedding planning. The cake was AMAZING, my husband loved her buttercream. Everyone loved the flavors that we chose. I could go on and on about how much we appreciated her helping us. Alice made a 2-tier cake as well as 2 kitchen cakes for my wedding. They were incredible!! The cake was beautiful, but more importantly, both flavors were delicious!! We shopped around at multiple bakeries for our cake, and Alice's was by far the best. She has a wide variety flavor options, and I'm sure anything she makes is wonderful. She was helpful throughout the planning process, very friendly, and a dream to work with. We are so happy with our cake!

Alice was great to work with and the cake was beautiful and delicious! She took over our cake on a short timeline when another vendor closed for business unexpectedly, and she was available for a tasting and design meeting right away. She took the time to make sure she understood exactly what we were looking for, and had great suggestions as well. We strongly recommend almond cake & almond buttercream frosting, but Alice has a large array of delicious flavors and fillings (and you get to try all of them :)!)

Alice was such a pleasure to work with! It all started with the tasting at her home office, where we sampled a wide variety of flavors to give us the best understanding of what we wanted for our big day. She had such a wide array of unique flavor combinations and was so helpful at guiding us in building the perfect cake. I’m not the biggest sweets person, but Alice’s Piece of Cake was hands down some of the best cake I’ve ever had in my life. Our guests thought the same and couldn’t stop raving about her work. 10/10 would recommend!

Alice is amazing! We knew right away from the tasting that we were in great hands. She has a ton of amazing flavors to choose from, and everything we tasted was outstanding. She was very organized, and everything went super smoothly on our wedding day. The cake was absolutely beautiful and both the cake and cupcakes were fantastic. All of our guests were raving about them. We highly recommend Alice!!

We hired Alice to make our wedding cake. Not only did Alice do an amazing job on our cake, she was a joy to work with! Our cake was incredible, you NEED to try her almond cake with almond frosting. The cake was beautiful, her prices are amazing, and she delivered and set up our cake. If you are looking for a beautiful delicious cake at an affordable price, Alice is your girl.

I will be using Alice for all future events!! From all the reviews I knew I had to have her for my wedding. We had a tasting and got to pick our cake and cupcake flavors. White raspberry was AMAZING! She helped us pick how many desserts we’d need based on guest list. I wanted churros and she ended up ordering from an outside place for me to make it work. The mousse cups were also a guest favorite. She provided the box to save the top tier and instructions on how to keep it frozen if you choose to save it. Cannot say enough incredible things about Alice and her dessert! My go to for any future events.

If you're looking for a wedding cake, your search ends here! Alice's cakes were the best we sampled, so it was an easy choice to have her make our wedding (3/25/23) cake. Alice is an expert in her craft, and in addition to being an outstanding baker, she has a wonderful personality. I decided to add a groom's cake later on with a secret little bottle of whiskey in the middle, and she was happy to accommodate it. Our wedding cake and grooms cake turned out absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend Alice's Piece of Cake for all of your cake needs. (and I would definitely try the white raspberry cake with almond icing!)

Alice was a delight to work with! From our first tasting and quote, to additional tastings and answering all my goofy questions, she was the best. When our day came, Alice delivered our cake and set it all up and our guests are still raving about the cake. The groomsmen have asked me three times when they're getting more! My husband really loves all fruity flavors so was very excited when Alice had pineapple available. It was such a crowd pleaser! I really can't recommend Alice enough, she's just a gem and her cakes are magnificent (my personal fav is the white raspbery! You gotta try it.)

We reached out to Alice with a different requested- We really wanted a Rice Krispie treat cake for our wedding. She didn’t hesitate to take on this challenge and way exceeded our expectations! The cake from Alice was such a hit at my wedding! I am still eating the leftover's days later because it was that good. Too many times I am underwhelmed by the cake at weddings but the cake was so moist and flavorful, the icing was perfect, and the variety in flavors was great! I can't wait to eat my topper a year from now but until then I will be ordering more cakes from her.

I hate to admit that when planning the wedding- cake was at the back of my to-do list. That all changed when I met someone from Alice's team at my event tasting. Their cakes were stunning- but even better tasting. It's the most delicious cake I've ever had. We had our meeting and I loved every flavor so much we did 3 types of cupcakes and the cake. The guest said it was incredible. She came to the event hall and set everything up beautifully. Alice was warm and inviting when we met her. I can't wait to get an anniversary cake next year just to try it again!

Delicious!! We only did a simple 2 tier cake, and our original plan was to keep it at this and NOT do a sheet cake. However, when we went over to Alice’s for a tasting, we walked out the door after, looked at each other, and said “okay, we are for sure adding a sheet cake because our guests HAVE to try this”. Best wedding cake we’ve ever add. We went with the white raspberry with buttercream frosting. We still did the 2 tier cake and it looked beautiful, but the show stopper was the cake all the guests got to eat. To our disappointment it was so good there was barely any left over - guests ate it all, which I guess is the point. Cake arrived on time without any issues, Alice was great to work with, and the cake is out of this world. Highly recommend.

Alice has a variety of dessert options from cake, to cupcakes, buckeyes, and brownies. She also offers gluten free! Along with the several types of desserts, she also has a variety of flavors available. All of her desserts were delicious. We received numerous comments about her buckeyes - they went flying off the dessert table. Thank you, Alice!

Alice's cake was DELICIOUS! She was so friendly and welcoming at our tasting and made sure that she knew everything that we were looking for in our wedding cake, including the small details. She was accommodating and quick to respond when we needed to add more cake and we were able to mix and match different flavors of cake, icing, and filling. She added lace details to match my wedding dress, which gave it the perfect personal touch and she added some of our florals at the time of delivery.

Alice's Piece of Cake is not only the best wedding cake I've ever had, it is THE best cake I've ever had. My husband is really not a big cake guy, if I would've said that we didn't have to get one he definitely would have foregone it altogether. However, that changed when we did a tasting with Alice. Not only did he then say he wanted a cake, he LOVED the cake. While the best part of the experience was that the cake was 10/10, it also was working with Alice. Alice is such a kind and caring individual, we had so much fun working with her designing the cake and flavors throughout the process. I would highly highly recommend Alice to anyone who is looking for both a beautiful and an amazing tasting cake.

Best cake ever. Alice made our cake for our wedding and it was without a doubt the best cake I've ever eaten. We got a 3 tier cake as well as 2 kitchen cakes. We did vanilla cake with raspberry filling and almond buttercream for one cake, then chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream for the other. Both cakes were amazing and the tiered cake was beautiful! We received so many compliments and just wish we had more to take home! We can't wait to eat our top tier in a year.

My husband and I tried several different cake shops, and Alice’s cake was the best! She let us try several different cake & icing combinations, and also customize a few different flavors in our wedding cake since we wanted a variety. Alice was very professional and accommodating around our covid postponement. She also delivered the cake to our venue for us and decorated it with the florist’s flowers which was super convenient. Overall the cake looked beautiful and tasted delicious, so I would highly recommend Alice to others!

Once we tasted Alice's Almond Butter Cream, we knew Alice was going to make our wedding cake!!! We were a 2020 rescheduled covid wedding in May 2021 and Alice was flexible with us moving our date as well as the numbers for guest & a change of design too! She's laid back and calm, just the person you want to work with during the craziness of the wedding! Highly recommend working Alice and her amazing, beautiful cakes!!

There was no other possible choice for our wedding cake than Alice. We found her through a colleague recommendation, and we loved her right away - she made the cake piece of wedding planning so smooth and fun even amid a pandemic! She Zoomed with us to plan, she did front porch sample pick-ups for us to do at home, and she was incredibly efficient and easy to work with. It was important to my husband and I to find vendors who were local and also budget friendly, and Alice was the absolute best possible choice we could have made for our cake. We had a two-tier cake from Alice, plus kitchen cakes for guests. We had her white raspberry cake with raspberry whip, and her dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache - both flavors are incredible, and we heard nothing but excellent things from our guests about their experience with our cake! We cannot wait to connect with her again for a cake to celebrate our first wedding anniversary next year.

We cannot recommend Alice enough! Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous and tasted wonderful. We got so many compliments on both of our flavor combinations and it looked prettier than any of the sample pictures we sent her. She was also so great to work with. All of our planning was done during Covid, so traditional cake tastings weren't an option. Thankfully Alice provided adorable samples and tolerated us buying multiple smaller cakes to test out our flavor combination ideas. Each cake we tried was delicious and we will definitely be coming back to her whenever we need cakes in the future. Thank you Alice!
