extremely understanding when we had to cancel our January 2022 wedding 2 days before due to covid, calling vendors to cancel and providing regular updates throughout the process. Thankfully, we were able to reschedule for August 2022 and they could not have been more helpful with making the process run smoothly. Maricela and Claudia worked with us to ensure our wedding was everything we had ever dreamed of! They updated our vendors, the day of timeline, helped us with floral arrangements, signage, table decor and scheduling. They were extremely supportive and professional the day of the wedding and we were able to enjoy our special day without stress. Everything was handled, from the ceremony line up to the Uber ride home at the end of the night. I highly recommend Alicia C. Creative for your next event!

DING that took place June 5, 2021. From the minute I had a phone consultation with Maricela, I instantly knew I somehow had to convince my Fiancé (now husband) that we had to hire a wedding planner lol! I asked Maricela if we could meet prior to hiring her and she without hesitation agreed to a time and place. Once my husband met Maricela he knew we had to hire a true professional! Maricela truly listens to her clients wants and needs, she listened and executed our vision... our wedding was a complete dream! Maricela is extremely professional, responsive, and always has a great attitude. During such an uncertain time, Maricela always had a positive and optimistic attitude. She kept us grounded and always checked in to see how we were doing. She held our hand through the whole process, referred vendors ( who we were extremely happy with ) and best of all negotiated with our vendors on our behalf to keep us in budget! Our wedding day was perfect and ran seamlessly. We felt as we were guest at our own wedding! The wedding day was extremely stress free, all our family and guests kept raving about how beautiful and how smooth the day went. We know our day was perfect because of Maricela. We 1000000% recommend Maricela to anyone that is considering hiring her. We miss our daily check-ins , but can't wait to continue to work with her in our future events!

Could we have had the day go as smoothly as it did without her? Extremely doubtful. She is great at what she does and helped to relieve much of the expected day-of stresses. Everything was very organized, and Diana was great at answering our questions and fulfilling our needs. We are very grateful for Maricela and Diana's work on our wedding!

My husband and I want...
ed a simple backyard wedding/party in June, so we didn't make many arrangements during the holidays since we figured rent some tables and order food. Anyways, we were going to use my father in law backyard, but as he heard I had a dress, he decided that we needed to get a venue!? What?! Luckily he offered to pay a good chunk of it. Sounds amazing that he would be so generous to offer to pay for the upgrade, but going from simple to a full blown event last min...
Stressful!
I found Maricela contact thru my venue. I called about 4 others from the list they had. Some didn't fit the budget or said it would be hard to fit some essentials to the budget, some said it wouldn't be enough time. When I called her, she made me feel CALM. She was a positive light in this journey. She said she would take my budget, give me a breakdown on what things cost of what I was hoping to see. She said she would never present a vendor out of budget and that we could get this done. I wanted to stay in a 20-25k price range.
She was able to get everything I wanted and more!! Photo booth, donut bar, flowers, chalk artist, bartenders, clean up crew (get one! Trust me!)., Etc.
Day of event:
My groom was sick!!! He had an epidural a few days prior and was having a negative reaction to it, leading to him having a huge headaches, nausea, spinning feeling, and was throwing up the day before the event. Maricela set up our event, vendors, and got the guest into our cocktail hour. She made sure we were relaxing in the bridal suite getting my groom feeling as good as he could. Her team even went out and got him pedilite.
I couldn't even tell you if anything went wrong because I only heard good things from guest. It feels great not having to worry about set up or the breaking down of the event. She was able to alter our timeline to fit my husband's positive times. (My husband had to take a few cat naps to reduce the nausea's feeling.)
She allowed us to have a great time! She made us feel amazing on the best celebration of our journey together, even when he felt at his worse.
Planning a wedding with Maricela was the best decision I made! I couldn't have imagined trying to handle this on my own.
Note to future brides and grooms: you can't predict what will happen on your wedding day, but it's about who is standing with you! We made the best of our situation! Don't dwell on who didn't come out what went wrong, focus on what is. Enjoy and cherish the people with you!

her, she emailed me within 24 hours with a response. She even was helping me out as I was trying to figure out my catering situation. Mind you, this was done even when I haven't hired her yet as my wedding planner. She was very informative and helpful in guiding me thoroughly. After awhile, I realized I was in over my head with wedding planning because I thought usually I am a planner and I know when and where things to be done. I hired Alicia knowing fully that I would be in great hands of handling our wedding. We met up 4 times throughout the 1.5 year process of planning and multiple emails back and forth. Fast forward, the wedding day is here!!! Let me just say her timeline was amazing and everything and all our vendors were on time. Also, I got so many compliments from our vendors and guests about how organized our wedding was and how things ran so smoothly. She is an amazing person and she is very sweet and nice. She is very easy to talk with and in the end of our wedding process we became friends. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a wedding planner who is efficient, sweet, organized, responsive, and foremost affordable.
She has many vendors she works with so if you need help with some vendors she is the person to ask. She helped me find my photographer, officiant, florist, and clean up crew for our venue. I would have to say my hardest vendor was the photographer because that is what lasts from a wedding and I will tell you I had the best photographer ever!
Alicia is someone that you will not regret hiring and she will do everything that she can to help your wedding planning go smoother and the day of the wedding you do not have to worry about anything but you as the couple. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. My husband was so pleased with her because he had many doubts in hiring a wedding planner because he says I am a planner. I do plan parties and showers for my friends so ideally speaking he was like you can do our wedding. Little did he know how much detail goes into a wedding and there were many details that I would have not known by myself. He is so happy we hired Alicia and more so he was so happy because he knew I enjoyed the day of our wedding because I didn't have to worry about a thing because he knows I'm a worry wort too! As husband and wife, we are so happy to have had Alicia part of our happily ever after!

Maricela was absolutely fabulous not only the day of the wedding, but also all during the wedding planning process. She was always so helpful to answer any questions we had in the months leading up to the wedding.
Our friends are getting married and the first thing we said was “You MUST hire Maricela for your wedding coordinator!” She became a great friend throughout the wedding planning process and totally respected and came through on exactly what we were looking for. We will continue to refer Maricela to anybody that gets married. Such a great coordinator!

was referred to Maricela. The moment my now husband I had spoke with her, we had an instant connection and we wanted her to do our wedding. I had a lot of questions and Maricela responded very quickly. She was always very professional and I cannot say enough at how amazing our wedding was because of her. She really did an amazing job. I would hands down recommend her. Since our wedding, we’ve had numerous people compliment her on her services. She really went above and beyond! So happy that we picked her to do our wedding! You will not be disappointed. If I could give her more stars I would!
