others to her and some hired her. However, when we hired her for our wedding, I personally noticed a change of attitude and disposition. There were no issues at our wedding so I assumed our photos would be of no issue. However when we ran into an issue with my wedding dress, additional editing was needed. There was nothing about what she stated that made me believe she couldn't edit the small section efficiently. Around week 11, post wedding, I did a follow-up of our photos. Alicia stated the photos were not ready and it would be 10-15 weeks per contract. She also stated editing was extensive. I have no idea what extensive means or what that pertained to. Alicia had zero communication with us that editing my dress was complicated and that editing costs were adding up to over $500. Considering our long standing relationship, Alicia has always communicated with us about costs. We received a $525 bill for editing of the dress days before Xmas and days after she announced on Facebook her car blew up and would need replaced. When I spoke to Alicia only a week prior, she stated editing was extensive and 10-15 weeks. But then the photos were done. I personally feel the bill and her financial issues regularly on her social media were in fact related and we were taken advantage of. I felt my photos were taken hostage by this bill. We were expecting some editing costs but not over $500. We would have appreciated some communication about that. I asked Alicia for a breakdown of what was edited to justify the bill. At first she was happy to help, but when she did not deliver that document by the date she promised, she was defensive that justifying her work like that would take a long time. I believe this is unprofessional and rude. When I expressed our dissatisfaction in an extensive email, we received a very unprofessional, emotional response that was only concerning her feelings being hurt and zero resolution regarding our concerns. I stated that we wanted no further contact. However, upon further review of our photos, we found the dress editing was not performed in all photos, some photos were just messy and there was a lint roller in one of the centerpiece photos. A tree décor was not photographed as part of our Game of Thrones theme; I requested in writing it be photographed. Alicia claims I did not. Alicia also didn’t connect with my husband prior to the wedding ceremony. I asked her to do this in writing and provided photos of how the centerpieces should look. 3 of the centerpieces were photographed prior to proper set up. I had to hire another photographer to edit 8 of her photos to fix the inaccurate centerpieces. That was an additional cost. Alicia blocked me and my husband from her social media sites so we couldn’t review our experience. She never offered to fix the photos we were uphappy with. I told her we knew she had blocked us and that it was unprofessional and wrong and that I would be reviewing our experience elsewhere. Alicia also threatened me with her attorney because I told her we knew she blocked us from reviewing her business. I guess in today’s culture you can threaten attorneys and take over $2000 for services and $525 for editing but the product provided doesn’t have to be to a customer’s satisfaction.

nce and I do not typically take a lot of photos and were afraid the session may be a little awkward but Alicia did an amazing job making us feel comfortable and have a lot of fun. So happy with the service and decided to move forward with reserving her for our big day :)

aves one could want. Alicia was extremely accomadating and rescheduled the shoot due to weather and to get the optimal fall colors that we were looking for. I'm so excited to send my save the dates out this winter with her beautiful photo of us displayed on the front of it. Just this past month we had the opportunity to shoot with Alicia again, doing a bridal styled shoot. The photos are absolutely phenomenal. I've had people complementing my "wedding" photos, and I have to tell them my actual wedding isn't until next year. Alicia goes completely above and beyond expectations! I can't thank her enough for being so personable and getting to know us in order to get the best shots of us being ourselves. Such an amazing professional, I highly recommend Alicia to anyone! From engagement to wedding day and beyond, she will absolutely not disappoint you.
