Leading up to the wedding, I was nervous about looking awkward in the photos. I shouldn't have been worried, because Alicia is an expert both at guiding clients in posed photos and capturing stunning candid pictures. I have gotten so many compliments on the photos, and a couple of my bridesmaids have even sworn that they will be hiring Alicia when they get married. Let’s just say planning a wedding during a pandemic is not fun, very stressful, and there were so many uncertainties. When Covid first hit, I thought for sure I would have to cancel or postpone our wedding. Thanks to Alicia and her guidance, we kept our date and everything worked out perfectly. Alicia was great about checking in with me during this crazy time and reassured me that no matter what kind of wedding day we were going to have, she would be there to capture it. She was the reason we didn’t postpone our wedding. She expressed to me over and over that everything would work out fine, and it did!! Luckily for us, our wedding was outdoors, so everything happened as planned. We talked with Alicia on the phone a week prior to the wedding to go over details/timeline and special photos. She made my husband and I, who are very shy and don’t like attention, feel very comfortable and relaxed on our big day. My husband is very quiet and hates taking pictures, but Alicia definitely got him to talk and be comfortable in front of the camera. We found we have a lot of things in common which helped us feel more comfortable. She found the perfect spot for our pictures and the photos turned out amazing. We love the very bright and vibrant colors in our photos, exactly what we were looking for when choosing a photographer. She took so many great pictures of our wedding, from getting ready, our first look, our fur babies, family, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. So many photos to choose from and some great candid shots too. It’s so fun to look at these photos and relive our special day! My family has formed a special bond with Alicia during this year of wedding planning. She is reliable, personable, supportive, friendly, and easy to work with. Before our wedding she took our engagement photos at the beach, which were beautiful, and our front porch photos at our house during quarantine. My sister is now getting married in November and using Alicia as her photographer as well. We can’t wait to have her capture more milestones in our life. Thank you for your amazing work Alicia!! COVID Bride here. Let me tell you, when my big beautiful perfectly planned wedding was cancelled 30 days before it could take place, Alicia was such a rock in the storm. Alicia is truly amazing. She worked with us on being flexible. Our wedding date was very special to us and we wanted to keep the date. We had a much smaller, much more simple wedding. All of our vendors cancelled on us, except Alicia. She was always so supportive to whatever we needed. She showed up on time and ready to rock! She made my husband and I feel very comfortable even tho neither of us like our picture taken. She made us laugh and enjoy the moment. She was so kind to everyone who attended. And the pictures came out AMAZING. let me tell you these pictures are TO DIE FOR. so beautiful. She caught amazing moments when we didn’t even notice she was snapping away. The pictures are so beautiful and so well done, the way she works with you makes you feel so comfortable. Best decision I made was hiring Alicia as my photographer for my wedding day. She is so much fun to work with and really put me at ease. Not only did we have fun on our engagement shoot, but when the pandemic changed our entire wedding, she was great about communication and she worked to put me at ease and answer all my questions. She worked with us to customize our photography package which worked perfectly for our small outdoor wedding. Will definitely be looking to use her in the future for other events.

The most amazing photographer you will ever have! she works with you to fit our budget and she was amazing on our wedding day. couldn't ask for a better photographer to make you feel comfortable and look good! I felt like she was family before the end of the night, there was just an instant connection that my Husband and I had with her we didn't want to go with anyone else. We are moving out of the state and she was able to get our photos to us under 2 months which was great. trust me, if you want someone that is kind and hilarious and someone who will make you look good in every photo, you go with her! Can we just say AMAZING!!! I couldn’t be more in love with my pictures and the photographer herself! I came to Alicia with very high expectations, and almost the impossible when it came to the pictures I wanted. I asked for her to capture my maternity pictures (me looking sexy very, very pregnant) and the perfect moment between my newborn and her older brother (who is a young chocolate lab). Her patiences, professionalism, and ability to adapt to any situation was incredible. Not only did my newborn have multiple cry sessions my fur child was all over the photographer herself, however, she managed to get me the perfect pictures of my babies kissing that I will have forever and cherish. I highly recommend her if you are looking to freeze time and reflect on a memory for ever! She was incredible.

Alicia is an absolute rockstar! Not only did she do an amazing job of taking pictures at our wedding, she did an amazing job of putting my husband and I at ease. We hired Alicia Danielle to photograph our wedding, which was at our private family ranch--not a place where she would have photographed before. We voiced our priorities to her, which were of course to make us look great and capture all the important wedding moments, but also to get images that really capture the beauty and character of our venue which is so personal and special to our family. These included many outdoor as well as indoor images. We were planning our wedding from afar, and there just was not an opportunity to meet with Alicia at the Ranch prior to the wedding, so I was a little nervous that we wouldn't get the best shots as a result. But Alicia hit the ground running from the moment she arrived on the big day, and she immediately identified tons of great areas to shoot. She saw the character and beauty of our ranch and photographed in such a way that showcased that. Alicia also gave the perfect amount of instruction and guidance to us and to the group, because let’s be honest, we don’t know how to pose! She truly has an eye for what looks great. She was great at giving us instructions but leaving enough space for personality to shine through. We suspected we were in the hands of real pro, and now having seen the photos, we were right. We actually had some tricky weather that day, surprisingly chilly and very windy, so I was a little worried that would come through in the photos. But in the end, the photos looked effortless and simply beautiful. There were also a few chaotic moments due to some timeline fuzziness and we had to improvise and change plans, but Alicia kept her cool and was flexible, and we ended up getting everything shot beautifully. I would also like to add that my husband and I both appreciated Alicia's warmth and good-natured demeanor, as well as that of her second shooter/assistant, Joshua. As a result, we really enjoyed shooting the first look and the rest of our couples photos. It was so relaxing and fun, this quiet time we had together, it actually ended up one of the highlights of our day. I cannot recommend Alicia enough. She created images that will help us remember the best day of our lives in the absolute best way!

Alicia was an amazing photographer who worked quickly, efficiently, and kindly with us and our guests. Our wedding was planned in just a few months so we were a little worried about getting quality vendors, but we really lucked out. Alicia even did an engagement shoot with us just a few days before the wedding so we could all get to know each other a little better, and her flexibility and hard work during scheduling and the shoot itself were extremely appreciated. For the engagement shoot, she suggested a spot that was absolutely beautiful and was super helpful in guiding me and my now-husband in various places and poses. She managed to be somewhat directive (which was helpful for David and me because we have never had our pictures taken before) but at the same time, Alicia still let us have fun and have little moments together! This was great because David does not exactly love to have his photo taken, but Alicia made us both feel comfortable and relaxed. I was nervous this would be difficult, but Alicia was so personable, it didn't seem to be a problem for her to put us at ease. She sent me sneak peeks just a few days later which were absolutely stunning! When I showed my new mother-in-law, she loved them so much she actually cried. At the wedding, Alicia and Kayla were friendly, professional, and stepped forward and back as needed. Before the ceremony, they scouted out the location and had plans for where and when we should take photos when everyone arrived. We had an extremely small wedding with about 9 people total, including my husband and me, so Alicia and Kayla were able to get through the first look and family photos quickly, while not making anything feel rushed. They also really stepped back during the ceremony and let it be about just the wedding, which was perfect. Afterwards, I suggested a spot nearby which is meaningful to David and me, and the four of us walked down there together and took a few more pictures. The wedding was only about three days ago, but Alicia has already sent me some sneak peeks, and again, they are so gorgeous! Throughout the entire process, Alicia has been communicative, friendly, supportive, flexible, and professional. Working with her was fun and simple, and again, her flexibility and ability to make just about anything work has been so helpful. She really knows what she is doing and cares deeply about her work, which shows in the quality of the photos. Hiring her was a wonderful decision and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a photographer!

Alicia is a very talented artist, warm, accessible, funny, and creative! We are a retired couple and we hoped that Alicia could capture who we were, and how in love and lucky we felt. She more than did that! Her images are breathtaking, and now, almost a year after the wedding, we till get tears looking at the pictures. Alicia was a joy to work with from start to finish! Her approach made us feel confident and comfortable capturing our wedding photos. Our first plan, like most couples, was to have our photographer that did our engagement/save the date photos be our wedding photographer (like a test run). However, we were unable to use the same photographer which made us a little worried at first. Alicia put all of our worries aside! Her work and personality speak for itself. She is so talent, has a great eye for lighting and colors, and is a great listener. She wants to know all your must haves as far as details and certain photos to capture! She has great attention to detail and captured some amazing shots that I would have never thought of!! After talking with her the first time we felt totally confident and wanted her to be our photographer! She was great at taking charge to make sure we had enough time to get all of our photos. The day is so overwhelming and it was so nice to have her there leading the way! Not to mention she was 8 months pregnant when she did our photos and handled everything like a CHAMP!! I don't know how she does it! Later that night of our wedding she texted us a couple of the photos that were captured from the day which was such a pleasant surprise!! It was so nice to see a couple of them just the two of us by ourselves! Her work is BEAUTIFUL and we can't wait to work with her again!!

I've known Alicia Danielle now for several years as we first met when she was recommended to my family for my sister's wedding. She captured such beautiful shots of her day I was instantly obsessed with her work! Alicia has such a warm and easy going personality, my (now) husband and I instantly felt comfortable, confident and natural during our engagement photo session with her. Leading up to the wedding day Alicia was consistently accessible for questions and planning specific details of our special day. She also played a significant role in my wedding day timeline, assisting me with optimal timing of best lighting and sequence of events for family photos, cake cutting, etc. Although I had an event coordinator I felt Alicia was always there to bounce ideas off of and she ultimately had our best interest in achieving the the most photo opportunities at our beautiful wedding venue Rancho Las Lomas. THE PHOTOS ARE BREATHTAKING! She truly captured the feelings and emotions of every person on this day. Every photo is beautifully candid and raw, edited bright and flawless. I initial felt that a videographer was necessary to achieve the best moments from our day, however we decide against this service and put every bit of faith and confidence in Alicia, she far exceeded our expectations and dreams! I don’t even know where to begin. My husband and I met while working for the same company and at the time were both going through some tough trials in life. The moment we met it was if the storm settled and I could breathe again. However, there was one challenge we were both uncertain how to take on and that was combining our families and making it our own. We faced obstacles and challenges just like most other combined families but Love conquered all. Now to capture all our crazy silly love in a photo? It was rare. We went through numerous photographers including the dreaded jcpenneys portrait studio. When we found Alicia I could not have been more ecstatic. Along our journey of combining our families we had discovered one of our children had severe ADHD and autism, so getting our little man and three kids (including a new baby) to take a decent photo was near impossible. Alicia managed to do that and then some. From our engagement photos to family photos I could not recommend Alicia more. She is kind and patient, and I am forever grateful we found her to calm our circus and manage to capture the most amazing photos in the midst of it. Our family and friends are always in awe of our photos and during the most difficult and challenging days the photos that cover our walls are a reminder that love conquers all! Alicia is the absolute best photographer we could ever have asked for. My wife likes to get our family photos done regularly and have worked with a handful of different photographers. Now that we’ve found Alicia she is the only photographer we will ever book with. She has an amazing eye and is able to get the most fantastic shots. Alicia is AWESOME! We wanted to take our engagement pictures in Palm Springs and Alicia happily accommodated the request although she had never taken pictures there before. I showed her some photos that I had found and the pictures turned out AMAZING! Ok!! First of all there is a reason Alicia has received SO many awards for her beautiful photography. Working with her was a D-R-E-A-M! She was so great to make sure the photo’s were going to be gorgeous. But seriously, when we got our engagements back we loved so many of them so much we couldn’t hardly decide which ones to use for the invite. We ended up using FIVE because we couldn’t narrow it down any more. She made our photo shoot feel so natural. It felt like we were just hanging out and it was the first day I actually met her but she was sneakily taking incredible pictures. I love that she took her time with us. Alicia is awesome! We flew in from out of town to have our engagements taken at the beach and Alicia was so great with communicating before we arrived in town and she had awesome suggestions for locations of where to shoot. Upon arriving and meeting her for the first time, we instantly felt comfortable and had a great connection with her which was super important to us. She was so accommodating with the ideas we had in mind, but also had great ideas of her own that we hadn't even thought of that have turned out to be some of our favorite pictures. Best Photographer Ever! I met Alicia at a wedding open house at Coto De Caza Golf and Racquet Club (where I later got married) and our personalities clicked Rt away. She was super sweet, fun loving, professional and very caring. She was AMAZING to work with and made sure ALL MY WANTS were met from the Biggest of things to the tiny little details. I wanted a 2nd male shooter so I could see all the fun my husband had getting ready...didn't want to miss any moments. I also wanted a videographer and she had a package that included that as well. She made sure we went over everything prior to wedding day so that all the pictures I wanted were taken on my special day. She was so fun to work with...her personality is awesome and we were on the same page the entire wedding!!! We all loved her and her pictures are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Alicia Danielle Photography is amazing! I hired this vendor for my wedding engagement photos. This was the first time my Husband and I took couple photos let alone for our engagement announcement. We took our photos at Balboa Fun Zone in Newport Beach. Alicia, was very patient with my husband and I during the photo shoot, and provided us great feedback and creative ideas for the shoot. I look forward to hiring this vendor again for all my future events!!

Alicia is truly the best, hands down! She came highly recommended and we knew that our photographer would be one of our most important vendors. From the very beginning she genuinely took the time to get to know us and make us feel comfortable. After our first meeting I fell in love - we had so many similarities and I felt like she was a friend/sister to me so I couldn’t wait to have her involved in our wedding. We first had her take our engagement photos in Del Mar, Ca. She has such an eye and we got some awesome photos - ideas and angles I would have never imagined. From there, she did a boudoir photo shoot for my and made me feel so comfortable. I was on the fence about doing the shoot, but she walked me thru everything and helped me bring out an inner confidence I didn’t know I had (plus my husband LOVED the photos). When you’re doing a boudoir shoot you really want to make sure you feel totally comfortable with the person photographing you and I felt completely comfortable and never pressured to do any poses or anything that would push my comfort zone past what I had told her. At the wedding she played an integral role in making my day unforgettable. She helped organize our families to make the family photos run smoothly. She found the most amazing places and angles yet again to capture the beauty and love of the day. I’m so thankful to have had her throughout my whole wedding/engagement and I can’t wait for her to be my friend and photographer for life! Where do we begin? As someone who likes to have 100% control over everything, it was very hard finding a photographer who met our needs for style, is technically proficient (husbands need), communicated well and made us feel like family. After doing a TON of research and meeting with other photographers, we had met our perfect match in Alicia. From the 1st meeting to our engagement shoot, many MANY emails back/ forth leading up to our wedding and lastly our beautiful wedding day, Alicia delivered on everything and more. She was so patient and kind in answering all of our questions and concerns about capturing our special day. Once the day is over and all you have is your pictures to look at, my husband and I are so happy that we chose Alicia! I promise, you won't be disappointed by her work. Alicia was amazing!! In our first meeting with her she went over her packages like everyone else usually does, but then took the time to actually have a conversation with us about what we wanted and what we expected. It was so nice to have someone be so personable yet maintain utter professionalism. She also came up with shot ideas that I would have never thought of, but are now hanging on our wall. What can I say about Alicia that has not been mentioned already? Simply put, Alicia is a must have for your wedding. But since you are reading this, here is a little background on my experience with her! Everything about working with Alicia is smooth! Communication was always prompt and getting in touch with her for even the simplest of things was a breeze. This made my wife very happy since she stresses about the little things and had so many questions that needed to be answered as they came to mind sporadically. For our engagement photos, I felt as though our pictures were published for a top shelf wedding magazine. This was our first (and last) engagement photos taken, so it was no easy task for us as we had no idea what to do. It was from this first session that we realized we made the right choice in choosing Alicia. She made us feel so comfortable while snapping our photos and coming from myself, this is no easy task as I personally take a while to warm up to strangers. Thank you for being so patient with us Alicia! My wife and I still talk about our wedding as though it was yesterday. Our big day was just the time of our lives and it quickly became a memorable highlight for us. Alicia and her associate were there to photograph us throughout the big day. As the groomsman and myself got ready I noticed that they were really trying to capture all the small details I would easily miss, seeing as how I was so caught up in trying to get myself down the aisle! By the end of our wedding, I distinctly remember my wife saying, “omg I love Alicia, she’s just the best.” I do not need to know what happened or what took place for her to say that, but any bride that complements a photographer like that deserves praise and recognition that cant be justified through a review. Alicia was so so great to work with!! My husband and I first shot our engagement photos with her. She coached us and made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera the moment we started shooting. She really put in the time and effort to get great photos for us that day. As for the wedding, I wouldn't have gotten through the day/night without her. She not only shot photos of us, but she was there to calm me down when I started to stress. She always reminded me to smile or take a deep breath. She always had my best interest during photos as well. She was just simply amazing to work with, so amazing that I had her stay an extra hour during the wedding :). Lastly, it takes about two months for her to edit the wedding photos (which is normal). However, with Mother's Day 2 weeks after our wedding, she sent me some photos early of our moms so that we could give it to them...Alicia really went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. I definitely recommend her to all the future brides out there!

Alicia was an absolute blast to work with! We had never hired a photographer before, but when I had talked to her on the phone and then met her in person, we felt that she was perfect for us - she has such a great personality, extremely professional, but also helped us feel relaxed (we are camera shy). Alicia is the best at making any situation fun and truly was able to capture our love. She took our engagement photos and spent so much time making sure we got the shots we were hoping for. I can't say enough about how awesome and creative she is. My fiancé was pretty nervous about having his photo taken and within the first 5 minutes she was able to make him laugh and make him comfortable. Made a few hours feel like nothing! She is a true artist and without even trying makes you feel like a model. Haha. We can't wait for her to shoot our upcoming wedding day at Calamigos Ranch!

Alicia is not only incredibly talented, she was so willing to work with our schedule. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera which is really something considering we both are very camera shy. She kept cracking jokes to make us laugh. She made it such an easy and fun time. Her pure artistic view is inspiring. She picked the place to do our engagements because our original place needed a permit. The place she picked turned out completely amazing. I recommend her to anyone who wants to have their true beauty captured. I cannot express just how much she made feel gorgeous. For the first time in my whole life, I actually could look at a picture of myself and say that I liked the way I looked. She is incredible.

Me being a photographer myself I knew how important it was that the photos of our special day were just perfect. Alicia and her crew by far captured every essence of our big day, from little moments that easily could've been overlooked to big moments like saying I Do, and the images are ones we will treasure forever! Alicia was absolutely amazing! We had our wedding in Hawaii and had a hard time finding a good photographer on the island. We found Alicia through The Knot and she exceeded our expectations. She was extremely professional and also fit in with our guests. When I received the photos back after the wedding I could not believe all the pictures she took during the ceremony. We had photos from every angle and I never once noticed or saw her get close. She was able to capture every moment without myself or my husband knowing she was even there. I will continue to use Alicia for any other need we have for photography. She is incredibly down to earth and easy to get alone with. We hired Alicia for our engagement and wedding day photos. The engagement pictures were taken at the LA Arboretum & Botanic Gardens. She made us feel extremely comfortable the first day meeting her. Alicia is what I like to call our "forever photographer". She first took our wedding photos over 6 years ago and I fell in love with her almost instantly. Hi! We found Alicia after she did my best friend's and my co-worker's engagement and wedding shoots. She's the perfect photographer for these settings. She's receptive to your must-have photo ops, but she's also ready to direct the less-prepared (like my husband and I).
