The flowers were beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better planned event. We just received final photos and they are spectacular! s ago when we reached out to Veronika for a consultation and instantly knew she was the one - she was super knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. My now wife and I wanted a small and intimate wedding, and Veronika was extremely helpful with recommendations and giving us guidance (ceremony site, type of floral, arch, and even live music) and was also very flexible given the ever-changing guidance due to the pandemic. Since this was a destination wedding and we had never been to Kauai before, naturally we had a lot of questions throughout the months. Veronika always made time for us to address all of our questions and put our mind at ease. We knew we were in safe hands with Veronika. Veronika made time for us in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding and was always available to chat over the phone and was attentive to our emails. Beyond just the wedding, she gave us great suggestions for where to stay and what to do while in Kauai (as an aside - Princeville might be the most amazing suburb I’ve ever been to in my life). We chose to have our wedding at the Princeville golf course and the decorations and ceremony looked amazing and went incredibly smoothly, thanks to Veronika and her team. We also had Harneet as our photographer and he did an awesome job on directing us during our pre- and post- wedding ceremony pictures - it was definitely worth it for us to book the additional hour of photography since we had photos on the golf course and the beach (which required extra time) and both sets of photos came out better than we could have imagined. Overall, we would highly recommend Veronika, Christy, Harneet and their entire team of vendors at Ali’i Kauai Weddings!

ockdown in the country. Travelers, even with negative COVID test results, had to stay in quarantine at 1 of 3 approved “bubble” hotels...and wear tracking bracelets to prove it! Luckily one of the bubble hotels had 450 acres and ocean view, although no beach access. Veronika and her team switched from our original beach plan and traveled to the opposite side of the island to accommodate us at our quarantine. She even negotiated with our hotel to waive on site event fees and then found a makeup artist who was willing to work with me safely in the open air of the hotel lanai. The wedding day turned out perfectly. Everyone was the nicest and we had a lot of space to socially distance outdoors at the gorgeous 15th hole of the hotel golf course. Best of all, the photographer took the most outstanding photos to record it all. I was overall very pleased with Ali’i Kauai Weddings for flexibility, good coordination, and quality service from all their vendors.

The bouquet and flower circle for the wedding were more beautiful than I could have ever expected and the officiant was so warm and welcoming it felt like we knew him forever. I was also very impressed with Lindsey who came to my Airbnb to do my hair and makeup and the photographer Harneet. I really could not have imagined a more amazing experience.

Veronika helped me with ideas and suggestions about great vendors to hire and then she took over the week of the wedding. She met with my husband and me a few days before the wedding (at our rental by the way!) to help with final details and a solid time line. She also came to our rehearsal, where it was down pouring, and even found us extra umbrellas for our parents and grandparents. She made everything run very smoothly the day of and fixed any issues that popped up. She had a couple great assistants too! Their website was easy to navigate and they had great reasonable packages which you can customize to your liking. I also like how they gave you so many wedding site options. The response time was quick and they were all so friendly. We had ordered a cake through a different company and I originally was trying to coordinate times and when it came down to making sure they cake was delivered they stepped in and took it off my hands. The florist made a BEAUTIFUL bouquet and Veronika who was the coordinator was wonderful to work with. I really liked how we met prior to the wedding to make sure to go over everything and make sure set up went smoothly. The package gave us a photographer but me wanted to have more time so we were able to get. We are so glad we did because the photos came out AMAZING!!! I can not thank everyone enough! Throughout the entire process, Jessica was always responsive, no matter what day I emailed her. The day of our wedding was exactly what we wanted: perfect and low key. Crystal did my makeup and make; she was very easy to get along with. Crystal joined in the conversation and laughter with my girlfriends and I while working. I was over the moon with how she did my hair and make up. The only hitch in the days, was that my parents were unable to make it to Kauai. Jessica, however, came to the rescue. She was able to find a videographer, Joel, with less than 24 hours’ notice. Our day of wedding coordinator, Hailey, was wonderful. She talked to everyone and helped where needed. She took the stress out of the day and helped make it fun. Our officiant, Kahu Chuck, was amazing. Despite never meeting us and only talking with my husband and I in separate conversations, he put together an amazing ceremony that was full of love and laughter. Harneet was our photographer. Once the ceremony was over, he quickly got to work getting our group shots and photos of my husband and I. Within a few days, we received the sneak peek photos. They exceeded our expectations! We can’t wait to see the remainder. Joel, the videographer, was fun to work with and while we haven’t received the video yet, we know it will be beautiful. If you want to get married in Kauai, you will not regret working with the team at Alii.

e most beautiful location I have ever seen. A hurricane was scheduled to hit the island the date of our wedding. They managed to push our wedding up by two days!!! No problems at all. On the day of the rescheduled Wedding a major car accident occurred on the route to the wedding location. This resulted in all of us being two hours late for the wedding. Was it a problem? NOPE they called the minister and waterfall owner and worked it out! We had time to take all the pictures we wanted (They were amazing) and everyone was so kind and helpful. We did all the planning via email from Washington State and it was wonderful. The reception was organized by Ali’i Kauai as well and it was perfect. The cake was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. If you want an easy but over the top wonderful wedding go with Ali’i Kauai Weddings!

Even when we had to make changes on location, videographer, and other issues they were on top of it and it ended up working out better. She helped me pick a restaurant for dinner after the wedding, a great photographer (Naomi Wong), flowers, where to get a cake, she helped with every step of the process. My wedding was beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. Leading up to the wedding was relaxed and fun. Veronika was great to work with, and always prompt in getting back to me when I had a question. I would not have changed a thing about my wedding, I cannot recommend them enough.

after we committed to Alii Kauai Weddings, she was always available for questions or clarifications. The week leading up to our wedding, the island, primarily the northside, suffered 50 inches of rain in 24 hours. Our desired ceremony location was unable to be reached due to landslides. While of course, this was devastating to us, and more importantly the residents, Jessica went to several other beaches to ensure they were safe and accessible. Spolier alert: She found us the perfect beach, still on the northshore with Hanalei as our backdrop. Aside from her overall professionaliam, resources, and helpful day of coordinator, I want to give a shout to her recommended photographer Harneet, and videographer Joel. They were fantastic to work with and I am blown away at the beauty of our photos! **Still waiting on our vid as its only been a few weeks, but Joel truly was the nicest man and offered to obtain a little extra drone footage for us at a later time since the weather wasn't super cooperative on our actual wedding day. Despite a few drops of rain, the entire day was absolute perfection. We also ended up receiving the most incredible photos because of the lighting! Veronika handled everything, from location selection to help with the marriage license, photography, videography, vows, rehearsal, flowers, suggestions for accommodations, on and on and on. I honestly feel as though I hardly did a thing to plan this wedding; I just showed up and enjoyed the wedding of my dreams. Friends and family were so surprised at how stress-free everything was for me; whenever anyone asked how the wedding planning was going, I HONESTLY said each time that it was so super easy. We kept it small and didn't stress the small things, which helped, but it was truly Veronika who allowed the day to approach with ease and confidence that everything would be amazing. We gave her our general guidelines and let her go and we were not disappointed. She knows the place and knows the people, just trust her and her team. We have 6 hours time difference with Kauai but contacting Veronika was never an issue. She pretty much always reply on the same day! With regards to the wedding itself, she went above and beyond finding us a great last minute location for the first look. She also made sure my wife was in the loop at all time (weather was potentially an issue) and that made all the difference to her. Deco at the ceremony and reception was very nice and just like what we had asked for. She was very accommodating!!! Our banks had issues communicating for the payment and she trusted me and did not put any pressure on us during our honeymoon to get this sorted out.
