My wife and I hired Alinato to do our rehearsal and our wedding day. I will keep it very short and sweet, we are both very busy with hectic schedules so I was not very excited to b...
egin the planning- hence why we brought in professionals. Alyssa's system kept us very organized and on top of each item which I enjoyed. Her team with Emma and Aubrey was also very good- they were all responsive and on top of it which was important to my wife. Both days were stunning and very well run. Our friends and family had a lot of fun (some had too much) and the general feedback was that it was a very impressive weekend. We really appreciate the support and guidance we received and we highly recommend to other couples looking for help with the planning of any event.
Not sure where to start. This past year was so insane. We got engaged and planned and had a whole wedding in under a year- not even sure what made me lose my mind and do all that (...
plus we bought a house!). Without Alinato this entire year would have been a wild undertaking and truthfully there would have been several more breakdowns (and maybe my mother and I would have come to blows!). Truly Alyssa was so helpful. Every time she gave a recommendation even when I disagreed- she was right! Right down to the colored flowers- I do not know how she does it but she can conceptualize the entire day through the whole process. I am someone who needs a lot of visuals and a lot of explanation especially when it comes to the biggest day of my life and because I am super type A!! She was patient and really helped walk me and my partner through it. Our day was not only pretty and amazing to see come together but it was FUN. All I wanted was a stunning day that felt effortless and chic but also I wanted my friends to party and we achieved it! Of course everyone is human and there was a bump or two but truly I have no complaints. I am still in awe at how we pulled it off in such a short time period! Insane but I would 1000% recommend Alinato to any couples looking for a planner!
Absolutely loved using Alinato events for our wedding planning. They kept us really organized and took a lot of the stress away for every single item honestly. All of the vendors w...
ere spectacular and our wedding design was something I didn’t even know we could’ve afforded let alone do. I’ve never been more happy with a service. She truly didn’t let us miss a beat. Staying on top of us even when we were being delinquent with our emails (lol). Alyssa and her team definitely know what they’re doing and I highly recommend them to any couples!
If I could give more stars, I would. I was not a bride that knew what I wanted and Alyssa and Emma really helped me create the wedding of my dreams. Wedding planning is stressful a...
nd overwhelming and they really supported us every step of the way. From building an all-star vendor team, to ensuring every detail was perfect day of, I could not recommend this team more.
From the very beginning, Alyssa guided us in developing a plan that fit within our budget then worked directly with vendors to find creative ways to bring our vision to life without exceeding our budget. She helped us prioritize the budget and made recommendations on where we could save costs. She was spot on and our wedding was incredible, filled with so many personal details. Our wedding felt like us from the Wedding Mass to the after party. If we didn’t hire Alinato, the details that made our wedding, wouldn’t have happened. Our guests are still talking about our wedding and it’s not because they’re being polite, it’s because of the guidance of Alinato.
If you’re an anti-bride, a couple that’s unsure where to start, or have your dream day vision board complete, hire this team. Most people say their wedding was the best day of their life. I never believed I would feel that way, but I can confidently say it was and then some.
Working with Alyssa and her team was an incredible experience. Alyssa truly brought my wedding vision to life, and I can't thank her enough for her expertise and dedication. Her at...
tention to detail was exceptional, and she handled any challenges with professionalism and ease. I felt completely supported throughout the entire process, and her ability to address any concerns ensured everything went smoothly. I am so grateful for her hard work in making my wedding day a dream come true.
I highly recommend Alinato for anyone looking for a truly exceptional wedding planner. From start to finish, they provided unwavering support, creativity, and attention to detail. ...
They took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in a way that exceeded all expectations. Whether coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, or ensuring everything ran smoothly on the big day, Alyssa made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and passion for what they do made our wedding unforgettable. If you want a seamless and beautiful wedding experience, look no further!
Working with Alyssa, Aubrey, and the entire Alinato team was a dream. They are exactly what you want and need in a planner. Alyssa brings a vast vendor network, deep design experti...
se, and a warm candor that is so delightful to work with. She kept us on track and was always willing to go the extra mile (e.g., she hopped on FaceTime with us on a Friday at five multiple times). Particularly in New York City, where there are a million vendors to work with, having the peace of mind that Alyssa had done the diligence and built relationships with the best of the best was invaluable. You want to ride in a vintage cab? She has the best guy for it. You want your dog at the ceremony? She knows the most trustworthy company. You want your photographer at your rehearsal dinner? Sure, no problem, she will text them and make it happen.
She and Aubrey also made the wedding weekend SO smooth. We had to change our rehearsal dinner location last minute due to extenuating circumstances, and they both handled it was such grace and efficiency. It was supposed to thunderstorm up until a few hours before the ceremony, and they were calm and reassuring. Every part of the wedding day ran like clockwork from our perspective (I am sure things went awry, but we didn’t notice because Alinato so deftly handles everything!), and I truly cannot imagine not having them there. After 18 months of planning Alyssa and the Alinato team feel more like trusted friends than anything, and we’re so, SO glad we had the opportunity to work with them.
Alyssa, Aubrey and Emma were extremely responsive and easy to work with. Our wedding day exceeded all expectations thanks to all their hard work. (PS a- Always trust Alyssa when it...
comes to design)
Okay- not sure where to start here. Alyssa and her team literally made our dreams come true! I was so nervous honestly, I am a bit type A and releasing and trusting in the process ...
was an internal struggle- but I recommend this highly!!!! I had so many things in my head and thank god she is honest because all her recommendations just hit! I have now transitioned into the post wedding depression stage but at least I have my photos and the forever amazing memories (and my husband of course!) Seriously highly recommend.
Working with Alinato Events to help plan and coordinate our wedding was one of the best decisions my fiancé and now wife made.

d resourceful in helping to find and work with our venue, vendors, and all aspects leading up to and on our big day!
As working professionals, my wife and I had to trust and rely on Alinato Events to coordinate and handle the day-to-day intricacies of planning everything including a master timeline and recommending the right people to make our day special which they did with flying colors including working within and keeping us on budget.
Honestly, if we could give more stars we would. Alinato events has more than earned their five star reputation and my now wife and I would highly recommend to future couples in helping to make your special day memorable as well.
We had been working with Alyssa for a year and a half on our wedding at the Prospect Park Boathouse. I can truly say that hiring her and her team was the best decision we made in t...
he wedding planning process. Alyssa is incredibly detailed oriented and has such a good eye. She truly understood our vision from the start and recommended vendors who she knew could deliver. Whenever I had a question, she was always available to answer. When the wedding day came, all the vendors showed up on time and there were little to no hiccups, which is usually unheard of. Because the boathouse is a public venue, there are lots of restrictions and rules. We never had to worry about them, as her team coordinated and took care of it all. We've heard so many people say they couldn't enjoy the wedding day because they were busy making sure everything was in order- not us. We felt present the entire time and we were able to fully enjoy the day and appreciate all the details we worked so hard on for nearly 2 years. It was truly the best day of our lives, and Alyssa was the one who made it happen.
On the day of our wedding Alinato was FLAWLESS! The execution of our wedding day could not have gone smoother and we felt they were in control of our day and they did a fantastic j...
ob of catering to our requests, our vendors and our guests. Emma was our day of coordinator and she was exceptional. Her confidence and diligence made us feel comfort and take a sigh of relief that our wedding day was in good hands. She displayed great leadership in coordinating the vendors and she was able to run the day autonomously with no interruption / questions directed to the bride and groom. Alinato came through on our big day and it was such a magical day that we will always cherish and remember.
My fiance and I are super appreciative of all the help and support we got with the Alinato team. I loved how responsive they were, helpful and also really helped take charge on the...
design front because honestly I was really open with no idea on what to do and Alyssa really is amazing with her vision. Cannot recommend them enough to all my girlfriends!
Ok I really was one of those brides thinking I could plan my whole wedding alone. I got as far as researching venues- got super overwhelmed and reached out to Alinato. Best. Decisi...
on. Ever. Looking back at how much went into the day I honestly cannot even imagine what an epic disaster it would've been to do alone!! Alyssa and her team were seriously so amazing. Even my mom was remarking on how hands on they were the day of (and she is not an easy one!). Seriously I cannot thank them enough, my vendors they recommended were perfect, my design was epic and still to this day my friends are saying it was one of the most fun weddings- which really was the goal! I wish I could relive the day again and again!!! 10/10 stars!!!

We ended up having a few issues on the day of the wedding but Alinato handled them and we only heard of them after the issues were solved!
I couldn’t recommend the team more, they were professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of planning our event. Thanks Alyssa and team!
Emma and Alyssa were complete life savers on our wedding day. We worked with Emma for day-of coordination for our fall wedding, and she ensured everything went off without a hitch,...
and that we felt completely heard, supported, and empowered to bring the party so she could handle everything else.
As the first of my friend group to get married, I was originally skeptical about how much a day-of coordinator would support my now-husband and I the day of, and Emma completely knocked it out of the park. She was so much fun, so organized, and ensured that we didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day.
Alyssa first and foremost makes you feel and know that she has your back throughout the entire planning process. Fundamentally the wedding planning workload can be broken down into...
selecting a venue and vendors; deciding the finer details with each of them; and putting together the pieces to craft + execute the wedding day itself. Alyssa's expertise really made us feel secure that we were on track from day one in all of these.
The vendors Alyssa helped us find and work with were excellent, and as the planning progressed to the finer detail stages with our vendors, Alyssa was always present to help make sure every base was covered. There are some DIY elements, as one should expect, that we ultimately had to do ourselves, such as managing our guest lists / wedding website and so forth. But Alyssa was always available for advice and guidance.
Overall, the professionalism, communication, and high quality of service are what you would expect from someone with her experience and commensurate price range. To reiterate the specific highlights: the vendors Alyssa has worked with in the past and helped us connect with were exceptional; Alyssa has the perfect energy to fight for your interests in conversations with other parties; and you feel as though you can visualize the full day-of because of her experience in all parts of the wedding planning process.

l! We hired Alinato pretty immediately after getting engaged and it was the best decision we made. Alyssa completely understood what I wanted even when I didn’t even know exactly what that was! I completely trusted her and Emma, and felt confident and calm throughout the entire process. They are very professional and knowledgeable, I truly didn’t feel stressed! Alyssa has many connections, It was easy to pick and choose vendors and receive honest answers to my questions . My wedding really exceeded my own expectations! The wedding planning process can be so daunting and I couldn’t imagine doing it without Alyssa on my team. I highly recommend hiring Alinato for any or all wedding planning needs!
We hired Alinato Events as our day-of wedding coordinator, since we had already booked our venue, music and caterers prior to looping them in. I'm a planner and very organized to b...
egin with, but it was such a saving grace to have Alyssa and Emma to keep us in check with components of wedding planning that we had never even thought of. By the day of the wedding it was such a relief to know that so much of the burden of wedding planning was finally off of our shoulders and we could just focus on having fun and living in the moment. If there were any issues throughout the set up process, Emma handled them like a dream and we did not know about them, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day! The whole day was even more beautiful than we could have expected!
Alyssa and her assistant, Emma, did an amazing job with our wedding. They were very organized and responsive, ensuring that we stayed on schedule during the planning process. Perha...
ps most importantly, they used their extensive knowledge of NYC weddings to help us make important decisions. They were great at understanding what our vision for the wedding was and then helping us implement it. Finally, Alyssa and Emma made sure everything went smoothly on the day-of. I highly recommend them!
Alyssa and her team are the best! She was there for us since day 1, not letting us stress over anything. We booked our venue before hiring Alyssa's company. And even though the ven...
ue was 3 hours from NYC, she was awesome at finding us the perfect vendors and WITHIN BUDGET. There was so much coordination and organization from her part to make our day THE DAY. We had numerous last minute changes but Alyssa and her team handled them perfectly. Again, not letting us stress about anything! The very detailed toolkit and budget tracker helped us immensely when it came to do our part of the planning. We cannot recommend her enough for your event! Alyssa and her team will no doubt go above and beyond for you to make your special day the perfect day. THANK YOU ALYSSA!!

, and it can turn out even better than imagined!
I needed the Full planning service because we live in LA and the wedding was in NY. There was no way I could have pulled it off without Alyssa and her team. From the get-go, Alyssa was SUPER RESPONSIVE, it gave her the edge over other wedding planners I was considering. She worked with me in different time zones!
She helped me make decisions that I needed to make in person. We did video calls, face timing, and texting. She was always there when I needed her, asking her all these big and small questions I had.
When the day got closer, I was super nervous and in one of our meetings, her positive calming presence is exactly what I needed that day.
She told us straight, what we needed to hear. I really appreciated her honesty.
She fought for us on a few occasions and help us get out of a sticky situation that we got ourselves into. I can't thank her enough for that!
I'm in awe of her timeline-building and helpful tips and organization.
On the wedding day, I put my full trust in Alyssa and her team, and she made those last-minute decisions that made our wedding sparkle and did what made sense.
There were so many factors and reasons why it was perfect. It was her solid recommendations, VENUE, DJ, Catering, photographer, make-up, florist, and lighting. It wouldn't have turned out the way that it did and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
Alyssa and her wonderful coordinating team, Jenna and Anujin, were fantastic to work with, both leading up to our wedding and on the actual day. We super appreciated their responsi...
veness and patience with answering all of our questions as we prepared for the wedding day and their organizational skills and familiarity with our venue helped everything feel super seamless and natural. On the day they handled everything perfectly, kept things on schedule, and let us have fun. They were discrete, organized, and prepared. They were always ready for the next thing on the schedule and I am sure they handled more headaches than we are even aware of. Loved working with them!

d planners by nature, assuming we could handle everything ourselves. But ultimately we are SO grateful we brought in help. Alyssa and her team were incredibly helpful ahead of the event, coordinating with our vendors, pulling together last-minute details, calming our logistical nerves, and helping us all get on the same page with helpful templates. On the day of the event, our venue was predictably disorganized and unhelpful - but everything came together without a hitch or us knowing about any of the issues behind the scenes. We could enjoy ourselves without worry thanks to Alinato's amazing team. Highly recommend it -- it was by far the best use of money in our whole wedding package.

I was an overwhelmed bride when it came to wedding planning but was nervous that I wouldn't be able to afford a quality wedding planner. From the instant I met Alyssa on our first ...
call, I knew I would be in good hands. She got to know us personally, listened to our vision for the wedding, and was able to tailor a planning service that fit our needs. Alyssa took over almost immediately and ensured I was on track throughout the year. She would periodically check in and send me reminders for certain tasks that needed to be done. She was incredibly organized. She even knew several vendors within the NYC area if I needed to outsource something. She knows the best people in the NYC wedding industry. Need rentals? Got it. Need Kosher meals? done. Need a photographer? Nailed it. Want string lights? She knows a guy. Even better, Alyssa was the first line of communication with all the vendors and kept me in the loop. She even comforted me when I was stressed about not loving my hair and makeup trial. She was readily available at any time if I had a quick question. She would even go out of her way to visit vendors and send me pictures of various rental items. Who does that?! My wedding day is where she truly shined. I was blown away by how beautifully everything was set up and how fluid the night was. Alyssa and her team made my wedding dreams come true. Do not hesitate to contact her to inquire about wedding planning services. It was the best thing I did during the entire wedding process.
Alyssa and her team are without a doubt the best in the GAME! From our introductory call to when we left our wedding at the end of the night Alyssa was there with me every step of ...
the way this past year and a half. She's a rockstar, and she executed my alternative, moody, non-traditional yet classy and upscale NYC wedding perfectly to a T. She was more than just a planner, she became a friend and confidant, and I'm going to really miss her trying to keep me on track now. Alyssa saved us so much money, time, and stress by negotiating and handling so much for our wedding it allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the day. She kept me calm and on schedule day of and made sure the wedding went off without a hitch. She is incredible and I highly highly recommend her to any couple in need of a planner.

dealing with some tough things for us but I felt super shielded from the headaches (which I found out after the fact and was super annoyed at other vendors over but story for another day!) Everything went off without a hitch and we had no idea! Outside of that all the planning for over a year was super seamless. I looked forward to getting all our recommendations it was the easiest process ever! Thank you from the bottom of my heart seriously!!!

After speaking with Alyssa from Alinato, everything just became easier. I don’t know how else to describe it - our list of stressors quickly went down to zero. We knew we were in good hands and the day of coordination was so amazingly smooth. I could not recommend Alyssa and her team enough!!
I worked with Alyssa and her team for month of coordination services ahead of my November 2021 wedding. I did all of the planning myself but wanted to make sure there was someone w...
ho was not me that was there to run the show on my wedding day.
Her team members Dany & Emma were really great on our wedding day, all of our interactions with them were super professional and totally calming (especially pre-ceremony). Throughout the reception only came up to us a couple of times to make sure we were ready for the next thing to start (speeches, first dance etc) other than that they were working their magic without us knowing. The whole day felt like it was running smoothly and we never felt rushed or like we were being yanked around anywhere. Something that was super important to me was not being aware of any disasters happening during the day and I honestly still don't know if anything major went down -- you know besides some inclement weather which was out of all our control. If anything did happen I still remain blissfully unaware of it.
My parents could also not stop talking about how great Alyssa and the team were throughout the day -- they know it would not have been possible to run so smoothly without all their hard work. They have only positive things to say and were really impressed by everyones professionalism throughout the day.
