She worked with me to get me in ASAP, which I know was not easy, with her busy schedule. She was able to accommodate me and my dress without a hitch and made my dream come true for my wedding dress. I quickly realized things were starting to go south. After "trusting the process", I went to pick up my dress the week of my wedding to find it was truly botched - horrible craftsmanship, terrible seams, so many issues with the dress. I was panicked and needed a fast solution in what was probably the most stressful week of my life. I messaged Lana and she was able to see me on Tuesday, and completely redo and fix my entire dress in 3 days. I didn't even have the time to be able to go in multiple times as you usually do with a wedding dress but it didn't even matter- it fit like a glove. I cannot thank you enough Lana for helping me out in a really desperate time, I know how stressful it must have been to put this on you in 3 days (in the busiest wedding season ever) but I am so beyond thankful for you and your dedication and expert craftsmanship. I was reduced to tears upon seeing the final product, I truly felt like a bride, a feeling which I had not really experienced up until that very moment.
