ce. Perhaps it's because I used the partner artists instead of pro? I asked for a pretty basic half up half down hairstyle, but it took her about an hour and a half to do and in the end I wasn't even satisfied with the quality of the style, but it was too late to do anything because this had already made me late for my first look pictures. I felt like she had a difficult time pulling back the front pieces of my hair, and you could see the lines where she ran a comb through the hairspray. I've been in two other weddings recently and asked for similar hairstyles, and it took them half the time to do and it looked so much better.
With that being said, I thought the company was very professional and addressed concerns that I raised, and I did really like my makeup artist. But I still wish I had chosen a different salon.

I called the audible the day of the wedding and wanted to change up my lip color a bit, Jesseca didn't even bat an eye and whipped up a custom color for me right on the spot. And Caitlin is not only a genius with a curling iron and hairspray, but that woman was amazing for my wedding day nervous jitters. If you want to look picture perfect for your wedding hair, with hair that can withstand 40mph wind and makeup that can hold to up to ugly crying during your vows, call these ladies NOW!

eup for myself and bridesmaids. Caitlin did hair. Everyone felt so beautiful the day of my wedding! They even finished a little bit ahead of schedule (always nice). Caitlin put together the updo of my dreams. I think I showed her about 5 different braided/low bun styles and she basically combined them all into 1 look. Anita has perfected making you look like an enhanced version of yourself.
So happy with how everything turned out on our big day and 100% recommend this team to any brides!

support and service on wedding day, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dottie did my hair, and she was so helpful. Her calming attitude made me feel so relaxed, and she was extra patient with a bridesmaid that wanted to change her style--twice! Evonna did my makeup, and she took my oily skin and made a miracle happen-- the makeup survived ALL.DAY.LONG (even after all of the happy tears and all of the dancing). All of my bridesmaids said that they'd never had better professional makeup done. Dottie, Evonna, and Alison's team in their studio in Laurel are amazing professional women who know how to get shit done. They will make your wedding hair and makeup process so easy and so affordable, and I cannot recommend them enough.

so they hung out and waited in the lobby of the Inn). I had printed everyone's inspiration looks, especially for hair and it was really nice to see they were grabbing them and reviewing them before each girl went. The trial run was great as well. My only issue and the reason I give them a 4 not a 5 star, was really the correspondence with the owner/company, or lack thereof. I felt that once I said I wanted to book, I wasn't responded to for a long time. I'm talking sometimes weeks. I also reached out to them to get confirmation several times and actually had to correct their math. For a person with a short engagement (6 months) I needed to lock stuff down and quickly. So if you are OK knowing that you WILL get a response, you just have to sometimes reach out again or wait a little while longer than you want, it's worth it. The service you do receive from the girls day of is worth it.
