Thanks for considering A-List Artistry to be a part of your beauty team! I'm Holly Piselli, a Syracuse based makeup artist. Along with fellow makeup artist Christina Sheridan, we offer on-location airbrush bridal makeup, Although based in Syracuse, NY we travel throughout Upstate New York for our bridal clients. Our work spans from working with celebrities, on commercials, and magazine print to countless bridal parties over the last 13 years. We're a team of dependable, detail orientated, and multi-faceted professionals. Booking a professional artist that comes to your location ensures you have a stress free time getting ready with your bridal party. We work with each bride to custom create a look to suit your style & the style of your wedding. A makeup preview can be scheduled to give us a chance to collaborate on the perfect look for the day. We both feel makeup should enhance, not overpower. All eyes will be on you, not your makeup. Our service goes above and beyond just arriving the day of your wedding for makeup service. We offer tips for your makeup preview, "day of" prep tips, and emergency "must haves" we know you might end up needing for the day. We customize a look for your bridal party to ensure your girls look cohesive and polished. And don't forget to include the moms! We even write a schedule for your party to keep you organized and on time. We strive to give you a stress free time during your beauty prep. I really can’t say enough good things about working with Holly for Makeup for my wedding. Holly was a true partner not only on the day of my wedding but also in the months and weeks leading up to my wedding. She was always available to help with advice and help, and she completely understood my vision and absolutely nailed my look. I didn’t worry about Makeup at all because I absolutely trusted that she would nail it and she did. She’s an extremely kind person, and when I was dealing with some scheduling stresses with my other vendors, she was super comforting and accommodating, and she really helped everything go smoothly. In addition to being a great person and an absolute pleasure to work with, Holly is an absolute professional at what she does. Our group for the morning of my wedding day had many different skin types, including different ages, medical conditions, and skin tones. She worked with each person individually to make sure they looked their best, and also took into account their personal style. For example some people in my party liked a more glamorous look and some like to be more tone down and Holly customized each person look to their preferences. As the bride, I absolutely loved my look and everyone else in the party. It was extremely happy as well. Not only did everyone look great, but we also were stress-free as she helped us. Keep the schedule going and made sure we were all relaxed. If you’re looking for a make up artist at your wedding, just trust me and go with Holly if she’s available. I thoroughly interviewed 10+ make up artists in the central New York area and Holly was by far the best and as mentioned, she was an excellent partner leading up to my wedding and on the big day itself. Holly was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was very nervous about getting make up done for my wedding - I wanted to look like myself. Holly exceeded my expectations. Truly making me feel beautiful while still looking very natural. She's really talented, and a great listener, taking in your preferences/ideas, and turning it into something beautiful.

Holly and her team did my makeup and 6 bridesmaids and 2 mothers for our September wedding. Holly was professional throughout the entire process. We did a trial and I recommended some changes that I'd like and Holly did an outstanding job on the wedding day. They were professional, effective with their time, clean, and lovely to have during our getting ready process. And everyone's makeup looked beautiful! Our group is super diverse with varying skin tones and they did amazing accommodating everyone. I would recommend Holly to anyone!

Holly was so wonderful to work with right from the beginning! She was so helpful during my trial to help me find my perfect wedding day look! She was always able to be reached when I had questions and then when Covid hit she was so flexible with my changing wedding plans! I am a hairstylist so I have worked my fair share of weddings with Holly making other people pretty for their big day, so I knew once it came time to pick my makeup artist for my day Holly was the only choice! It actually pained me to wipe off my makeup after my trial so Matt wouldn’t see it because it was so beautiful. Always on time and professional! I felt amazing and beautiful on my wedding day, but still myself! Thank you thank you thank you!

Holly is amazing! My friend recommended her for my wedding makeup and I'm so glad she did. My makeup picture perfect and lasted all night. Holly was so good about talking everyone through the process and selecting the best palette for each person while listening to suggestions. Everyone was at total ease because of her demeanor. She is incredibly professional and very responsive. I can't say enough good things about her!

Holly is my go-to makeup artist in Central New York. She brings a calm, friendly demeanor to the room, no matter how high stress the situation is! She has done my makeup for a boutique fitness photoshoot, my engagement photos, and now my wedding photos. She does an absolutely incredible job of highlighting the natural beauty of each person she is working on and the makeup stays on all day no matter how much you sweat or cry! She stayed with us through the ceremony to do any touch ups necessary (and there were very few). I cannot recommend Holly highly enough - she does a beautiful job!

Admittedly, I entered my bridal beauty team search without knowing much about hair and makeup. I am a self-proclaimed tomboy, and have only had a full-face of makeup a few times in my life when I was a bridesmaid in other weddings. Every time I had ever had my makeup done for me, I have left the chair to secretly wipe half of it off. I had previously felt like getting your makeup professionally done meant a face full of heavy makeup, and the result of looking like some weird contoured/instagram influencer-wannabe version of myself .....but not with Holly @ A-List Artistry! Holly is AH-MAAAZZZING. I sat with her and confessed all my previous beauty fails in getting my makeup done elsewhere. She listened to my concerns, and we spoke at length about my beauty routine, my desires for my wedding-day look, and even shared inspiration pictures from pinterest. Really, all I was in search of was a beauty look that made me feel like the best, most refined, well-rested, version of myself! And Holly delivered that, and more! Beyond her incredible talent for the enhanced-natural airbrush makeup look she gave me, she also acted as a wedding-consultant, sharing tips and tricks for things to plan for and pack for the day of. She was the consummate professional, and made myself and my bridesmaids feel like the best versions of ourselves! 12 out of 10 stars. Holly, you're the best. Thank you!

We are so glad we found Holly! She was able to make us feel our absolute best. I'm glad we did a trial with her as well because I was able to try out some different looks and really hone in on what would be perfect for wedding day. She made our moms and bridesmaid feel spectacular--everyone felt like their best version of themselves! She was great about coming to our venue and setting up a little make up station in the bridal suite. Holly is extremely friendly and warm. She was a great presence in the room as we were all getting ready! Highly recommend!

Holly is truly amazing at what she does! I contacted her to do makeup for my wedding for 10 total people for a 1pm ceremony. I hadn't had a good experience with the initial makeup artist I chose, so I called Holly in hopes that she could help me out. She was so calming and accommodating. She was able to put together a team to do our makeup and I feel so lucky that it all worked out because let me tell you, everyone felt fabulous!! From trials to the day of, she nailed every single look I had in mind. I'm so happy with how my make-up turned out on our wedding day....I felt the most beautiful I ever have in my life!! Holly makes things fun, she was able to keep us on schedule without making anyone feel rushed, and she is an absolutely beautiful person. I HIGHLY recommend using her for your big day!

Holly is an absolutely amazing makeup artist. I booked her for both my engagement photos and wedding day. I was lucky enough to have her do my makeup as a bridesmaid in some friend's weddings. I had such a great experiences, of course I wanted to book her for my wedding as well. She is super professional, quick with communication, and just a sweetheart to chat with. She and her team were able to do makeup for 10 people on the morning of the wedding and were super efficient. Highly recommend her for any event. Holly was fantastic! From our very first meeting for my make up trial before my engagement shoot, she made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what my vision was for my make up. And of course it turned out perfect! All of my bridesmaids and my mom/mother in law looked incredible, I would highly recommend A List Artistry if you want to look and feel amazing on your big day :)

From the moment I reached out for information, Holly was friendly, professional, organized and great at what she does! Her and Jessica were able to tackle a large number of bridesmaids, moms and a grandmother and make everyone look (and feel) amazing on our wedding day. We were so happy to have them & so impressed with the results. After reading many reviews of various makeup artists, I decided to go with A-list Artistry. I was paired with Holly as my makeup artist for my big day and she was amazing! I did a makeup preview and met her before hand and was extremely impressed with her knowledge of makeup along with her welcoming and kind personality. I loved how she did my makeup trial and had full trust in her for my wedding day! My makeup was just how I had discussed with her and the airbrush she does is so light weight I never sweat it off (our wedding day was very hot and humid!). My entire bridal party was happy and pleased with their makeup as well! Holly offers various add ons like fake lashes and a touch up kit that I added to my contract. She travels to your location and was right on time. She made me feel beautiful on my wedding day and I would highly recommend her to any bride!!

Holly was so amazing and professional to work with. From the first time we talked until the day of the wedding, she made me feel calm and comfortable - and most of all beautiful. Her work is stunning. She takes the time to really work with you and make sure that your look is exactly what you want. My girls also loved her. Her airbrush is light and fresh and not at all heavy and makes you feel like a more glamorous version of your natural self. She offers a bride "to-go" bag which was very nice to have throughout the day and even had the bag match the colors of the wedding. Thank you Holly for being a part of my day. Holly and Amy came to do the make up for my bridal party and me. They were incredible! They showed up on time, prepared, and ready to go. I was able to go to Holly for a trial and she really thought about what I wanted and what would be best for my vision. She is professional but also so easy to talk to. No matter who sat down on the day of, she made them feel comfortable and beautiful. Holly also provided me with tips for the girls and some must-haves for the bridal suite as an emergency bag. She thought of so much and it all came in handy. Your search can stop here - I highly recommend A-List for your make up needs!

Holly did an amazing job in terms of wedding make-up. She made me feel confident and beautiful as the bride. I did not wear much, if any at all, make-up and she took that into account. I felt like I had just the right amount of make-up as a bride. My mother, mother-in-law, and bridesmaids also felt the same. Make sure to get the false eye lashes! Holly talked me into them, I was at first reluctant, but they really did make my eyes pop in all the photos!

Holly did my wedding and bridal party makeup and it was STUNNING. She was at the salon early to make sure everything was set up on time for us. The makeup she used lasted the entire day and looked flawless into the night. She wasn't pushy about anything and let me decide if I wanted to wear eyelashes or go with a more natural look. Holly made me feel very comfortable while I was in the chair and kept right on time with everyone in the bridal party. She let everyone choose her own look and together we all looked fabulous! I cannot thank Jessica enough. I have never looked more beautiful in my entire life. I was so extremely happy with how my makeup came out! When everything was done and I was all dressed I felt like one of the brides you seen in a magazine! I couldn't even tell I had make up on (in the sense of feeling it on my skin). Holly and Jessica did the makeup for our bridal party of 11 and they were absolutely amazing! Aside from making us all look beautiful they also made the day so fun and kept us smiling. Holly had a great relationship with our hair stylists and our photographer and videographer. A-list artistry is so professional and they think of everything! She had recommended that we get umbrellas just in case, and we got the coolest pictures with them. Seriously the best and we couldn't have been happier with how things turned out!

Holly did the makeup for a wedding I was in several years ago, and I knew then that I would ask her to do my makeup for my wedding. Holly did not disappoint!!!! She created a beautifully elegant and cohesive look for my bridal party, while still allowing each bridesmaid to shine. She also created flawless looks for my mother and mother-in-law. I was absolutely thrilled with my makeup! I tend to wear very little makeup and was not sure if I was articulating clearly what I was thinking about for my makeup look. Holly went through photos with me and explained what she was thinking, and the end result was STUNNING. Not only did everyone look fabulous, but the makeup lasted the ENTIRE night, through very hot and humid outdoor photos, an outdoor ceremony, and hours of dancing. Holly also has an incredibly sweet disposition and was such a relaxing presence to have around during such a stressful morning. I would highly recommend Holly for any and all makeup needs!!

Holly was absolutely fantastic - a calming presence during the wedding morning chaos, and a makeup artist with an eye for perfection. I booked A-List Artistry for bridal party wedding makeup without meeting Holly in-person or having the time to do a trial. But she sent me a ton of resources and questions to ensure she was prepared for the day. Her bridal profile sheet is thorough and thoughtful, so even without a trial, I felt completely confident sitting down with her on the wedding morning. Plus, Holly was professional and efficient - she did makeup on eight women back-to-back, never veering from the schedule we'd set together, and always happy to fix the odd problem throughout the morning. You won't be disappointed!

I had such a great experience with Christina at A-List artistry! She made me feel very comfortable from the first day I met her at the makeup trial. On the wedding day, we threw a lot at her with 10 girls and a short period of time. With that said, she worked very quickly and did a great job. She is very sweet and all of my bridesmaids had only positive things to say about her and the way their makeup looked. I wanted my makeup to look very natural and was very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Christina to all brides in upstate NY / Syracuse area.
