nce, I booked the Wildflowers package with Jenny and AAEP and I couldn’t have been any happier! My journey with AAEP started over a year prior to my wedding date with multiple conversations with Jenny to get to know my husband and myself as a couple, and also to get a feel for what we envisioned our wedding day to look like. She was fabulous! She then matched us with Allie, who created one of the most beautiful style guides I have ever seen! She absolutely nailed it! It was amazing to see everything we have envisioned our day to be, put down on paper! Starting with the lighting, colors, and florals we envisioned for the wedding, adding little touches like a hot chocolate bar, down to the sweetest touches of ways to incorporate our dog Cinda into our day since she couldn’t be there with us. Everything was nicely organized and each item had a link to where we could find them! I then met Christine, who is one of the sweetest and most genuine souls I think I’ve ever met! She dove right into the planning process with me a few weeks before the wedding to create a perfectly worked timeline for the day of the wedding! She reached out to every single one of my vendors to confirm arrival times and to go over the sequence of events for the day so that everyone was on the same page. Any issues or questions that came up, she immediately took care of for me, and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for the amount of thought and care she put in to our special day! On the day of the wedding, Christine and Brynn worked actual magic, they were everywhere all at once, they kept the day on schedule, answered all of the vendor’s questions, and even brought all of the bridal party dresses over to the venue so we didn’t have to worry! They came equipped with the best wedding emergency kit stocked with any item you could possibly think of! And a big shout out to Christine for laying out the most beautiful flat lays that even my photographer was in awe of! At the start of planning my wedding, I was unsure if I would need a wedding planner, but I can honestly tell you it was the BEST decision I made to work with everyone at AAEP, you will not regret it! We engaged AAEP at the “Big Stuff” level of service. Our event was originally scheduled for November 2020 but had to be rescheduled to October 2021 because of the pandemic. Jenny did a great job helping us with the selection of our site. We initially thought that we had a site but then found the contract terms unsatisfactory. Jenny was very supportive and identified additional sites until we found one that was just perfect. She recommended vendors for us to choose from, and we were satisfied with all of the ones we selected. She was heavily involved in communicating with our vendors, whether directly on her own or in conference calls that included us. She was very responsive and available for calls to answer all of our questions. She put the entire day-of-the-event schedule together for us, and everything went off without a hitch. We couldn’t have pulled it off without her!

We also worked with Jenny and Michele from AAEP as planners in the 1.5 years leading up to our wedding. Thejr work sourcing the best vendors for our wedding day and going over the details in the months leading up to our wedding were key. It was overwhelming to see all of the options for photographers, DJs, florists, etc. when we began planning on our own, and so to know that each vendor we booked came recommended by industry experts was a huge help. From the start of the day with hair and makeup to an amazing time singing on the bus ride back, to keeping the party going at the hotel, and all of the details and experiences in between, we feel like every vendor they helped us find was the right one for us!

Before connecting with Jenny, I had done a ton of research on venues and was overwhelmed trying to communicate with vendors, confirm capacity for such a large expected guest list, and found limited availability the year we had hoped to get married. After my first call with Jenny, she got to work and curated a list of potential venues that really captured the vision! I immediately knew she would be the best partner to navigate the whole wedding planning process. Jenny found our dream venue (which never came up in our search!) and was there with us every step of the way. We were planning throughout COVID and made a difficult decision to postpone our original date. Jenny helped secure all of our vendors and made the date change a very smooth process! Our florist had to cancel only two months before our wedding, and Jenny helped us rebook a florist that was a better fit for us given her experience at our venue and price point. I was so thankful to have a partner that could act so quickly with all of the changes! The package that we booked also included two sessions with Danielle, AAEP style consultant. We did these at the beginning of the planning process to help bring together the color scheme, small details, and overall vision and then at the end when finalizing the more minor details. The style board perfectly reflected what I was looking for and gave us an excellent resource to share with other vendors. For our rehearsal, we had four members of the AAEP team there with us! They had every detail worked out and had specific team members assigned to different bridal party members (even helping the flower girls!). It was an excellent chance to have the whole party get to know the team and feel confident in the details of the 2 part ceremony that we were doing the next day. On the day of, Jenny, Adrienne, Shannen, and Alex took care of everything! They helped with the setup of décor, coordinated with all of our vendors, and helped ensure that everyone was taken care of. The ceremony and reception were smooth, and the team helped to ensure every detail was exactly how we had discussed. I highly recommend this team for their passion, attention to detail, and commitment to bringing your dream to life on the big day! Thank you all!

team for our October 2021 wedding! We were originally supposed to get married in October 2020 but COVID had other plans, and Jenny masterfully steered us through that storm to land on our perfect 2021 date with all our vendors and venue still in tact.
When it came to picking our wedding vendors, personality and "fit" were a big criteria. We were nervous brides, and wanted to surround ourselves with great energy on our big day. From our very first phone call, to all the many many emails that followed, Jenny made us so comfortable and excited about our wedding day. As the date approached, and we were introduced to Tammy - our day of coordinator - any last minute nerves were soothed. Tammy was going to be our rockstar planner for the day, and she truly was. With Tammy and Jackie on the job, we felt like we were getting the J-Lo Wedding Planner treatment from beginning to end. Tammy's professionalism and support (she was on top of every detail no matter how many changes leading up to the day!) created such smooth sailing throughout the entire ceremony and reception. If anything went wrong, we never saw Tammy or Jackie sweat so we didn't know anything about it.

there was one thing we all needed during wedding planning (or in life!) over the past two years was someone who was exactly that. Regardless of what happened with planning a wedding during the COVID wedding era or how many times the plan changed, I was never really stressed and trusted Jenny 100%. She would constantly check in or send emails to see how we were doing and to talk us through any worries we may have had.
My husband and I decided to get married in 2020 and continue on with our big wedding plans for 2021. I am the luckiest person in the world to have Jenny there for both days. Her smile, love, and creativity made both of those days the best days of our lives.

seen brides spend the morning of their weddings answering phone calls from vendors, problem solving issues, and stressing about whether or not their selected family member will set up their decor exactly as they envisioned it. I 100% knew I did not want to deal with any of this and wanted to be able to simply enjoy my day - enter All Aboard.
From the very beginning Jenny was amazing. She was so responsive, and so helpful. Then, enter Covid. As I panicked about needing to find new wedding dates that all my vendors could do, Jenny took on every ounce of that responsibility. As I saw brides in facebook groups stress about trying to get in touch with vendors who may or may not have been closed due to covid, I was able to sit back and know that Jenny had it all under control. Her support throughout that whole process went above and beyond anything I had expected from a planner.
Finally our wedding day came and I cannot even put into words how amazing our onsite coordinator, Tammy, was. I gave her an ABUNDANCE of decor with no real plan on how I wanted it set up, and I was speechless when I walked into my venue and saw how beautiful it looked. It was as if she had pulled the image right out of my mind. Tammy was also one of the most down to earth people I've had the pleasure of meeting - wedding nerves are real, and she kept me calm throughout the day and my fiance and I laughing as pictures were taken.

She found us our dream venue and helped confirm dates while connecting us to the right people. Once we got closer to the wedding, Tammy & Danielle swooped in to help organize all the pieces that you would never think about. They communicated with our vendors, reviewed schedules, provided a detailed timeline to our wedding party, held an off-site rehearsal the night before and then completely ran the day-of (from getting ready & setting up the décor all the way to cleaning up). They were even there to fix my bridesmaid's dress when there was an issue & helped with tissues when my (now) husband lost it right before the ceremony (both things I didn’t know about until after, since they handled everything!!)
I like to think of myself as pretty organized, at times to a fault, but having Tammy & Danielle there to manage the weeks leading up to & the day-of truly allowed my bridal party & I to have fun as we got ready and my husband & I were able to spend all night with our guests. Multiple times since the wedding, our wedding party & family have acknowledged the incredible work Tammy & Danielle did to pull off the most perfect day/night for us!! A lot of couples think they don't need a coordinator for a tiny wedding, but they're really a MUST HAVE!! My (now) husband and I just got to enjoy our day and truly be present because we knew it would go by quickly!! Tammy ran our rehearsal the night before and met our whole family who just adored her, and on the day of they did everything from setting up all of our decor, table, and details, coordinating all details with our other vendors, and all of the in between/behind the scenes things. heck Sarah even MADE homemade hot chocolate for us because I forgot that morning! They really cared about us and made our wedding day absolutely magical, and made sure that if anyone had a question, it was answered and there was a solution.

ur good friends suggested AAEP and as soon as I spoke with Jenny on the phone, I realized they were the right choice for us. I felt instantly at ease with how organized and knowledgeable they were with everything from vendors to planning to timeline and everything in between.
I worked closely with Tammy and Sarah in the month or so leading up to the wedding and they were there for advice and as a sounding board for the things that concerned me. And when I say they were there for me, I truly mean it! 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! They made sure all of the vendors and integral members of our celebration were informed and ready to go.
Just like with any wedding we had a few small hiccups the day of but Tammy and Sarah dealt with everything professionally so Bob and I could enjoy and not be worried or bothered.

the way! We hired Jenny and crew for their day-of coordination services but felt like we got WAY more.
Jenny would check in regularly in the months leading up to our day, and was always available to answer my questions. She also sent goodies throughout our engagement season, such as delicious mini cupcakes to remind us how sweet our love is.
When it came time for the actual wedding, Jenny coordinated beforehand with all of our vendors, created our day-of timeline, facilitated our rehearsal, and ran the show the day of. Not only do they guide you on where to be and when do to things in the chaos of the day, Jenny and Sarah spent additional time and energy moving all of our tables and chairs so they lined up better within our tent, and didn't make me feel like a burden when I realized the greenery I'd ordered came in the wrong size - they took my garden sheers and got to work and made it absolutely beautiful!
A few of the most important things to highlight - when my flowers arrived late, Sarah created a back-up bouquet on the fly. When an ambulance came after my ceremony to take one of our guests due to illness, I did not even know thanks to Jenny and Sarah. They brought us a gorgeous bottle of champagne to enjoy and encouraged us to spend 5-10 minutes together after the ceremony to really soak it all in. When my bustle broke after 5 minutes, who was there safety pinning the dress? Who had band-aids, bug spray, tums, etc... the list of small but meaningful things goes on...
On top of all of this, Jenny and Sarah gifted my husband and I some beautiful pint glasses with our wedding date and location on them - this was such a special personalized touch. Also, AAEP is a charitable company, so a portion of our services fee goes to a charity of our choosing - something that was really amazing and unexpected.

this" came out of my mouth many times." We were having a very small, "non-traditional" wedding, so I thought it would be easy...we quickly learned that we had our own share of "full sized" challenges!
Jenny took the time to recognize what was important to us, and worked with us to make sure the day was as special for everyone else as it was for us. Notice how I say "us," not "my wife." I never felt like an unwilling passenger.
On the evening of the rehearsal, Jenny stepped very naturally into a leadership role and wrangled my unruly family through the ceremony (twice!). She has the confidence and fluency to enact your vision of a smooth, flawless ceremony. Unless you've been married three or four times, you need this. Being a groomsmen does not count, trust me. Just because you watch football doesn't mean you can play it.

other vendor or stretch our budget past what it already was, but after speaking with her about her services and all we would get from hiring AAEP for our day of coordination I was sold. From then on and still to this day I cannot imagine our wedding without Jenny and AAEP.
Jenny helped from day one with recommendations, tips (her advice videos on Instagram alone answered so many of my questions), but even if I had a random one off question she was extremely responsive and super helpful – even with questions pertaining to something as silly as our wedding hashtag!
Jenny made what would have been an extremely stressful time something we could truly enjoy. From communicating with all our vendors, running our rehearsal, creating a wedding day timeline, to all the set up and decorations the day of the wedding, AAEP was simply phenomenal. Danielle did an incredible job of bringing my vision to fruition with the random pictures and ideas I shared and everything was picture perfect.
All in all, Jenny was personable yet professional in all of our conversations leading up to the event and exceeded expectations at our wedding! Jenny made us feel like we were her most important clients, often checking in with us throughout the year before our big day to see if he had questions or concerns. A handful of times I reached out to her as well for suggestions or recommendations- she was always so helpful and responsive.
Knowing we had AAEP to carry out all of our planning gave me such peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy this special time.

Once our services officially started we worked with Tammy as our day of coordinator. She reached out to all of our vendors, created a day of timeline, ran our rehearsal, set up our décor, as well as countless other behind the scenes misc. items, all while being so up beat and positive the entire time.

lls fall just into place. I wasn’t a crazed Pinterest demon. I actually went into our wedding with an outline, plans, I was calm and proactively working with my family and husband to make sure they knew what we were getting into. However, in this act of conquering my type-A deficiency, I was forgetting that I was surrounded by it. I was blissfully setting up a total DIY wedding in a world of procrastinators. To further illustrate my delusion, when Jenny was originally recommended by our photographers I was hesitant. I had it all in a word doc! Did we need it? Everything was feeling expensive and anything more was feeling unbearable. Thankfully, Realistic Shoulder Angel knew it couldn't hurt to have an introductory phone call. Not only was Jenny familiar with the location where we were planning to have it, and wasn't scared off by the separate ceremony and reception locations, she was enthusiastic about my ideas, had immediate suggestions, and ever so professionally and warmly opened my eyes to things I hadn't even considered. Things I would need to in order to pull off that "easy, casual, comfortable" grand plan I had. She fully embraced all of it, and in the end, I don't know what it would have looked like without her and Sarah's guidance, persistence, and assistance. So many of my tiny detailed and big hoped dreams came together and it all felt like a miracle, honestly.
The critical weekend before the wedding, when I felt extremely tense, but knew what had to be done and had the time to do it, my husband herniated a disc in his back. Couldn’t sit up, couldn’t walk. Instead of writing chalkboard signs and organizing the Amazon warehouse that arrived, I was waiting in the ER and sending SOS e-mails to Jenny, friends, family. Life. It always, always gets you. It reset some perspective on what was important, but I was still attached to the vision. In the end, an incredible amount worked out thanks to Jenny and Sarah triaging and pulling together too many loose ends than I want to admit. Honestly some of those I didn’t even see until photos, but guests did, and that’s what mattered, and it makes my heart melt. Their dedication to keeping things smooth, “I’ve got it!!”, supporting us. . . I’ve said many words here, but there are no words. We are eternally grateful. My only regret is that I couldn’t slow down time to absorb it, it was the most nerve-inducing day of my life yet, but also transitioned into the most beautiful experience that you just can’t predict until it all hits you. You want Jenny’s team there by your side to handle the things you don’t know you need until you need them, to be the calm during the craziest day, to celebrate you on the most important day. It doesn’t feel possible to adequately thank them, so I’m happy I can do so in part here. They are stellar, top-notch, and I’m positive after what they did for us, they will help make your dreams come true, too. Hire them for all of it, just do it!!

ing planning myself, she was an invaluable resource through the planning process. She was always available and responsive to my questions and happy to lend advice. She even happily carried out the tedious tasks of wedding planning that I did not want to do on my own (calling vendors for me, comparing prices and presenting me with options, etc.). For the day of the wedding, she was relaxed, but kept us on schedule, and was able to troubleshoot problems quickly, so that my husband and I did not even know when things did not go to plan.
