All About The Bride

A coworker's wedding was coming up and I've been wanting to try a new hairstyle and make up for the big event. For someone that rarely dresses up, I wanted to look beautiful and feel special for the occasion. Karolynn executed my vision wonderfully with a guarantee long lasting make up and hairstyle. I just remebered looking at my make up and hair for the first time and was excited to see that I cleaned up nicely in the hands of a professional.

One year ago I got married, and for our one year anniversary I decided to get all dolled up again. I texted my hair and makeup artist, Ms. Karolynn and scheduled an appt. She did an amazing job, including my hair extensions in giving me a great do and an evening look for my makeup. My husband was pleased and I couldn't have felt more beautiful. She does an amazing job enhancing your look and is so easy to work with. She is super nice and humble. It means a lot to me how much she and my mom connected and she's always welcome in our home. She does a fantastic job and is super efficient and great with time. Makeup always looks amazing and I highly recommend the airbrush makeup look. It doesn't feel cakey like to much heavy foundation. I was looking to get my hair done for my 10 year wedding anniversary and had a hard time finding someone available on Sunday and who was willing to make a house call. I called several places and came across Karolynn. She was professional, always available to answer my calls and she responded quickly (other places didn't even call me back). Her pricing was fair and she was available for the time and date that I needed her, which was super important. She showed up to my house on time and ready to work. She was very professional and did an amazing job. I sent her pictures ahead of time of what I wanted and she did exactly what I wanted. I received so many compliments on my hair and with all the dancing and walking around, my hair stayed in placed and looked great the entire day. I loved that she listened but also brought her own ideas. I will definitly come back to her for my next major event and have already recommended her to friends and family.

My wedding was this past weekend and Karolynn styled my hair and styled hair for my three bridesmaids. She was recommended to me by a friend who had her hair styled by Karolynn a couple years ago for her own wedding. I absolutely loved her work! She was punctual and is super friendly and this is irrelevant, but I thought it was kinda awesome that her name was so similar to mine! Karolynn was accommodating in that when my cousin, who did my make-up for me, forgot all of her make-up brushes, Karolynn gave my cousin hers to use. Karolynn also realized that she didn't offer hair extensions to me during our trial and thought that it would really add to my hairstyle, so she brought them along with her anyway and didn't charge me extra for the service. Karolynn tried two different hairstyles on me during our trial session and while the one that I ended up going with for the wedding looked good during the trial, it looked amazing on wedding day. I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect for the style that I was going for! The hairstyle also lasted all day without any additional touching up. I highly recommend choosing Karolynn as your hairstylist!
