She was the first wedding planner we met and we compared every person we spoke with after to her. She set the bar and was the obvious choice for us! Necoya came with us to tour venues (and actually is the one who found our venue, which we LOVED), taste and recommend food choices, and met with us any time we needed to have a planning session or just dinner and drinks to take a break from wedding planning. She even came to our apartment to have a skype meeting with my family and picked up and dropped off our day of decor/favors/hotel bags. She streamlined the entire process for us and helped us navigate what has become a VERY complex industry. We literally had no idea how crazy the wedding industry is until we started planning and were thankful we had her help every step of the way! I never thought I would need to hire a wedding planner, but with my school situation she was essential and I am so glad that was the case because even if I wasn't in school and had all the time in the world, I STILL would have needed her! Get a wedding planner! Do not do this alone (or with family/friends), you NEED an expert! Not only did she think of things we never would have ever considered needing to think about, but she also came with fantastic vendor recommendations and even got us discounts on most of our vendors just from knowing them. She ended up saving us money! If there is one aspect of wedding planning you do not need to skimp on, it is hiring a talented, resourceful professional like Necoya to make your life easier and your event flawless. We LOVE HER and would be happy to recommend her to everyone we know!
