appointment 5 weeks before the dinner to finalize the menu and logistics. He cancelled this meeting and asked that I call back the next week. The next Monday, I called back and again he told me I would have to call back the next week as they were just too busy. Again, I called back a week later only for him to tell me once again that I would have to call back the next week. At this point, we are 3 weeks away from the dinner and Thanksgiving holiday were the next week, which I noted. Mark became rude by yelling at someone in the room with him who was on the phone and that I could not wait to finalize everything until the next week. I then harshly told me to just pick any day/time, he didn't care, and he would make it work. I was so shocked at his yelling and tone that I just paused for a few seconds before saying that I would just call back the next week. Within 5 minutes of ending our call, he texted me "Unfortunately you will have to go a different direction"...."with a different caterer". Even though I was certain I did not want to do business with someone who would be so rude to a client, I also could not believe the owner of a business would cancel 3 weeks before an event that had been planned for over 3 months.

difficult to get in touch with Mark and Sandy when we needed to. Do understand that they are not as big of a business as some of the other caterers around town so we found that communication with them was hard because they were often out doing deliveries and there wasn't enough employees to answer questions that needed to be answered, but they are very friendly and the food is awesome. Would recommend.
