All City Party Rentals

and pickup guys were very effient with text communication on both dropoff and pickup. It’s hard to find good old fashion genuine service in today’s world. Tables, chairs, linens, and the tent was in good condition and clean, which was important to me! I recommend this company- all around give them a 5 star for the equipment and services provided! Highly recommend!

techniques to lure you into a bogus theft by deception contract and what's even worse the Customer Service Experience is Horrible they never answer the phone and when they do all they do is Lie!....All Lies, Lies, and more Lies, There are better Rental Companies out there to do business with as a matter of fact we took our business elsewhere and got the same thing for half of what they were trying to push on us to rent...Terrible, Terrible, Company.. I wouldn't rent a stick a gum from them..

y helpful, she explained everything me and assured me that we were in good hands. The process was seamless. I signed their agreement and paid online. As for their delivery guys- some of the nicest people you’ll meet. They delivered within the time frame(which was important) and as for their glasses and plates, very professionally packaged and CLEAN; their chairs, tables, and linens were great too. I Highly recommend them and will definitely use them if I ever needed Rentals! Thank you guys for all your help to make this process easy for me.

quotes with the inclusion of taxes and delivery fees. They were exceptional professionals and exceeded our highest expectations for our backyard event especial in this COVID Era we are in! The biggest highlight was their packages ( so informational as to what fits in the tent) it was straight to the point, it showed us the tent size and what we can fit under it, so it was easy to maneuver. It came with a tent, round tables, linens, and choice of chairs(we chose their Gold Chiavari Chairs with Ivory Pad). We also added dinnerware, glassware, and flatware and napkins. We wanted to do the set up ourselves but changed my mind a few days before the event because of work, it became evident that our best decision was leaving that to the professionals because we had other things to focus on. Their delivery and pickup team were the same; they went above and beyond to follow our directions on the day of setup. As far as their office communication, it was superb, I think her name was Nadia, she was easy to work with and very responsive to my million questions, thank you guys , my grand parents were beyond surprised but amazed at the back yard transformation. We really transformed it to something exceptional. Highly recommended.
