It has been amazing to work with Jyoti. She decorated both our reception and wedding and did an amazing job. She was on time with having the mandap and reception stage set up few h...
ours prior to event and made sure of every single detail. Her decor just had a WOW coming for it from the first look. She was also accommodating to add on little things like a card box for no extra cost. Would certainly use her again in future and also recommend her to anyone.

(Wedding in May, 2018 ) Jyoti is the epitome of unprofessionalism. We were quoted a specific price for the decorations for our reception but were nickeled and dimed for every singl...
e last change we wanted to make. There is no concept of personalization. As previous reviewer mentioned, Jyoti was nice at first but things quickly fell apart after she had all the money, which she demanded all in advance. DO NOT PAY FULL AMOUNT IN ADVANCE. She did not show up on the day of the reception. Half the decor was missing, the other half was tacky, the floor was peeling, couches had holes in them, flower vases were missing. Called Jyoti on the day of reception but she did not come to fix the issues. Then she declined phone calls for the rest of the night and left us scrambling to find decorations last minute. We had to borrow decorations from another reception that had taken place earlier in the same hall to fill in all she had left out. It was humiliating. Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Pawan did an amazing job during my whole wedding weekend! Her setups were absolutely gorgeous, everything was on time and she helped me with several last minute issues and concerns...
that I had. She worked within the budget I gave her, which other decorators were not so good at during initial meetings and was just really great to have there!
