myself, I felt assured when I first met the ladies because they made me feel comfortable and weren't pushy at all. I felt pretty good about going with AHOD because I knew I could trust them, and I was right.
I got engaged in July 2017 and got married a year later in July 2018. I probably met with AHOD for the first time in July or August of 2017, so they literally helped me plan from scratch, and I spent a lot of time with them throughout the year. They were very organized and professional with every meeting that we had and made sure that our time was not wasted.
What I really love about AHOD is that once they figured out my preferences and budget, they would send me a very organized list of my options (from which they had already researched/worked with). I think I was able to choose something that fit my preference perfectly with every list they gave me. Even in the times that I would respond back slowly or be wishy-washy in what I'd tell them, the ladies were always patient and understanding of my circumstances.
I had a Korean, Catholic ceremony for my wedding at my church, and although the planners at AHOD do not speak Korean, they made sure that everything worked out perfectly. I don't have anything to complain about in regards to my wedding ceremony because it turned out just the way I expected.
We had our reception at Seventh/Place, and the decorations, table settings, and the whole venue was just BEAUTIFUL, and it was what I had dreamed of. My only complaint about the reception was that the catering company had made some errors, and when I had brought it up to Liz a few weeks after the wedding, she told me that they had already voiced their complaint the night OF the reception. I was so glad when I heard this, and again, this confirmed that they were very professional and responsible.
Even after the wedding was over, the ladies at AHOD continued to help me by making sure that I got all my items back and by sending emails on my behalf to some of the other services we had worked with.

She took us to so many venues from wineries in Paso Robles to Temecula to other local venues in our area.
With everything we saw and how finicky
we were being, we still couldn’t decide. We had been to so many weddings that year
that my now husband and I knew we wanted something different.
After she got a good feel for us, we came up with an idea to throw a “surprise wedding.” She had 2.5 months to plan it from the time it was decided and she executed it flawlessly. We basically disguised our wedding as an engagement party and surprised all of our
unsuspecting guests.
And more importantly, she kept everything within our budget.
We didn’t have much money to play around with but she never made us feel
worried about it. She made everything work with what we had and produced an
unforgettable wedding.
From our decorations, to the venue, to the flowers, to the wardrobe, the food, the cake, the officiant, the photography and the DJ, she made all the appointments and arrangements despite our difficult schedules. Believe me
when I say you’re in great hands if she gets to plan your wedding.
My husband and I didn’t stress out once on the day of our wedding, which we know is due to her amazing planning. Thank you so much for everything you did for us Jenn!!!
