From the very beginning, Jay was a pleasure to work with, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. His app made selecting our special songs (such as the first dance, entrance music, and cake cutting) a breeze. We provided him with a list of our favorite songs, and he absolutely nailed the playlist! Jay’s personable nature and vibrant energy made him the perfect choice to take the mic and keep the energy up. Additionally, his familiarity with the venue (The Doyle) and its lighting setup meant that his extra lighting perfectly complemented the atmosphere, enhancing the overall vibe. His wife was also fantastic throughout the night, making sure we were well taken care of—whether it was adjusting the bride’s bustle, ensuring we had a moment to eat, or helping with the flow of the evening. I LOVED THIS COMPANY FOR OUR WEDDING. It was so easy to get ahold of someone, they talked us through the whole process and responded so FAST! They have a timeline app that helps you organize the songs you want and it helps give you and others an idea of what your event is going to look like! (You can add others to it too so they can also help you plan your big day!) Our DJ Aaron was not afraid to have fun, which made us all have even more fun! We got married at the Neon Museum and then had a big Halloween Costume Party at the Doyle. (We got married on Halloween) It was a long day but the reception was perfect and since it was so much fun we were able to forget the stress in an instant and just in time to have the time of our life! We live in Oregon so again I cannot express how helpful they were with communicating. I was able to do it all over the phone, app, and email. I have never needed a DJ and the cost did worry me a little but I will tell you it was well WORTH it. It is something you need to put money into because a DJ will make or break your night!

Communication was great and responsive. The app thats used allowed us to carefully plan our wedding day and share it with our event planner so everyone was on the same page. It also allowed us to carefully select and add our own sound track for each occasion. We selected to add the photo booth run by Kaylyn and had great success, highly recommend it. Our DJ Aaron was on point and, as a musician, he was highly impressive, read the crowd, and guided everyone to one of the most memorable nights of our lives. 10/10

Jay Rivas and his wife stepped in to save the day when our original DJ canceled at the last minute, and I couldn't be more grateful! They are an incredible team—super knowledgeable and professional. After our initial conversation, my now husband and I were fully confident that Jay was the perfect choice for our wedding.
Jay took control of the evening and ensured everything ran smoothly, perfectly allocating time for each event throughout the night. One of the convenient features he offers is an app that lets you customize your playlists and song preferences for every part of the event. This was a perfect for us since we were really particular about the music for certain moments. Thanks to Jay, we knew all of our favorite songs would be played.
Jay didn’t just handle the music—he practically coordinated the night! From announcing dinner to keeping guests informed about the schedule of events, he made everything flow seamlessly and added so much fun to the night. First and foremost, Jay communicate very well with what options, opportunities and complementing activities are available for a wedding. He reviews your musical taste to understand the mood and tone you wish for your family, friends and guest. Using the mobile app to gather the songs you wish to play for all your stages through your reception is genius. Lastly and most importantly, Jay is a smooth on transitions, sharp on blending all the different types of songs and let's you truly enjoy the music. Aaron was our DJ and he was so accommodating and played exactly what we requested. He knew the vibe and had the entire reception going the whole time. We only had 2 hours and of course things were running behind and he knew exactly how to make everything flow perfectly. I would recommend all in one for any event you’re having in Vegas! It will be a blast.

jay the dj was amazing made my wedding reception an experience to remember with all the organization and great music he played! I’m from San Antonio Texas and had a small wedding in Vegas and he made the experience so easy and was so pleasent to work with! My guest loved him and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from him! He made sure everything ran smoothly as well with the cake cutting, and toast! Love this service and highly recommend him! His customer service is great and he’s truly a ginuwine person who cares about your special day!

Leading up to our wedding we had a booked DJ who was unresponsive and made us fear he’d never show or keep his word. One week before I found Jay on Instagram and reached to check his availability for our date. He responded within a few hours, while working another event, which was amazing. He and his wife met with us and helped create and plan out our whole reception. They really saved our wedding and took away all the doubts and fears we had leading up to our day. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for us.

I found All in 1 Events on WeddingWire when I was looking for an MC a few weeks before my wedding. I reached Jay and I explained my situation to him and why I was looking for an MC so close to the wedding and what was going on. He gave me a few tips and recommended me to another company. Unfortunately the other company was overpriced and I called Jay back. He was so helpful by having Miguel get ready to work for us. Jay and Miguel were both very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Miguel was on point making sure everything ran smoothly and that he was going through the night of events correctly.

Jay and his wife were amazing! Hands down the best dj/coordinator we could’ve ever had. They surpassed our expectations and were so responsive and organized throughout the entire process. Our wedding guests loved them and I am constantly getting compliments on our dj service and how amazing they made our wedding. Loved having a bilingual dj to make sure all of our guests felt welcome and comfortable. The music was BOMB!!! Everyone was dancing!!! Loved how interactive they were with our guests!!
