If you are looking for the absolute best in the business, look no further. Amy Beck and her incredible team at All in the Detail Design are quite literally the dream team of weddin...

g planning. From the very first consultation through seeing all of our guests (us included) leave safely, Amy and her team provided a level of service that was nothing short of perfection. Wedding planning can easily become overwhelming, but Amy’s organization, calm demeanor, and immense talent turned what could have been a stressful process into an absolute joy. What truly sets All in the Detail Design apart is their commitment to personalized service. Amy didn't just give us a "cookie-cutter" wedding; she took the time to truly understand our vision, our personalities, and our specific needs (budget included). Every recommendation she made was tailored to us, and her eye for design is unmatched. She has a way of taking a simple idea and elevating it into something sophisticated and breathtaking. The team’s attention to detail is right there in the name, but seeing it in action is another thing entirely. On the day of the wedding, my partner and I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a single logistics issue. Amy and her team managed every moving part with flawless precision. If there were any hiccups behind the scenes, we never knew about them—we were simply able to be present and enjoy every moment of our celebration. As the bride I was 0% stressed for the day and 100% hydrated and fed which helped so much with being present and enjoying the day to the fullest. Beyond their technical skills, the customer service we received was world-class. They were responsive, supportive, and always felt like they were in our corner. It’s clear that Amy genuinely cares about her clients and takes immense pride in her work. We couldn’t have pulled off the day without them. If you want a wedding (or any event!) that is seamless, stunning, and stress-free, hire All in the Detail Design. It was easily the best investment we made for our big day. Thank you, Amy, for making our dream wedding a reality!

g or small my question was and I always felt supported throughout the entire planning process. She truly brought our vision to life and made it even better than we imagined. Her creativity, attention to detail and organization made every part of the wedding feel thoughtful and beautiful. She thought of everything, kept us on track and made the entire planning process feel easy and stress free. What meant the most to me was that Amy never felt like just our wedding planner. She felt like a friend. I knew that no matter what came up, she would be there to help and that gave me so much confidence leading up to the wedding. Our wedding would not have been the incredible day it was without Amy. We are so grateful for everything she did and cannot recommend her enough. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will make your dream wedding a reality, Amy is the person you want by your side!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy and her team. They were absolute rockstars—detail-oriented, professional, and genuinely caring from start to finish. Our wedding day ...

felt effortless and perfect because of them. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing; every detail was handled seamlessly. I would recommend All In The Detail Design to absolutely everyone. And as if that wasn’t enough, when I mentioned I never got to try our wedding cookies, Amy had a box sent to my home a few weeks later. That level of thoughtfulness is rare. She truly goes above and beyond.

s, she was quick to respond and was immediately patient with all of our questions before we even selected her. During the planning process Christy gave us ideas and kept us on track. She has such great relationships with other vendors and gave us insight on who is best in the industry and specifically for our venue (Casa Romantica - San Clemente). When last minute things came up, she was quickly all over it. She also handles the many family personalities so well. When the weather forecast told us it was going to rain on the big day, Christy was calm, gave us all the options and walked us through it every day leading up. We are so grateful to have had Christy as our planner and would recommend her time and time again. Would never want to plan a wedding without her!

icky" bride, I cared about the tiny details and overall cohesive vibe for our wedding since I had plenty of notes from the ones we'd been to over the years. While I had great ideas, it was hard to bring it all together, but Amy somehow delivered exactly what I was imagining and made me feel great about pulling the trigger on things. I felt like I would be rambling a bunch of different directions to her on things we liked and somehow she would finagle the right things to make it all work perfectly. Our wedding blended our style with the venue seamlessly and felt so unique to us as a couple - everyone loved it and commented on the decor. We felt like our wedding was such a dream and we honestly can't wait for the videographers to come through with our video so we can re-live it all again.

We hired Amy for not one but TWO weddings! Our small covid backyard wedding and six months later, for our larger reception. And we could not of had done any of the planning without...

her guidance. We had Amy and her team on as planners and they figured out the logistics of everything. Having a fall backyard wedding was great but I struggled with knowing what we actually needed (ie: plate rentals, setting up, making the space work, etc). Amy had all of the answers–it was awesome! Our second wedding was in the summer and I had no idea how to make the rust color bridesmaids dresses work with a summer wedding. Amy was there to help us create a summer wedding color palette without having to get new bridesmaids dresses. She was respectful of our budget and only suggested details that would stay within our stated budget. On the day of the wedding, she was amazing. She and her team clearly knew what to do and had all of the details sorted out beforehand. We absolutely loved working with Amy. I tell all of my engaged friends now to hire a planner and specially, hire Amy and her team.

We had hired Amy and the AITDD team for coordination services for our original wedding date in April of 2020, and, as their more detailed work was just beginning, the news of lockd...

own for the pandemic rolled in. In a painful and confusing time not only for us, but also for our vendors and the world at large, Amy was there with up-to-date information, a listening ear, and a willingness to brainstorm ways to move through challenges with grace and optimism. Our rescheduled event in May 2021 was also canceled by our original venue last minute, and Amy was supportive of our choice to use as many of our original vendors as possible at a new venue at a vastly reduced micro-wedding size. These changes were surprisingly overwhelming on all fronts and required design updates that ultimately required the talented eye of and ability to execute quickly that only Amy (and her team) could pull off. Not only did her team go above and beyond what was detailed in our contract in support and design services -- the wedding itself was absolutely spectacular visually and was an exceptional experience for everyone involved. We didn't feel like our wedding was missing ANYTHING, even though it was so much smaller-- the adjustments that cultivated the intimacy of a micro group without sacrificing the vibes and "drama" of a larger wedding were everything. Amy and Ashley also brought (widely-noted) kind, positive, and fun energy into our experience which set the tone for the entire day! I could go on raving forever, but pictures speak louder than words. Book AITDD immediately and upgrade to design services -- you will be absolutely blown away.

ted to have her as part of my vendor team. She was super responsive during the inquiry stage, taking the time to chat beforehand and hear more about our wedding vision. While covid postponed our wedding twice and eventually we canceled, she was an overall delight and pleasure to work with. She was patient, understanding and supportive. We ultimately ended up eloping just us two, but Amy was so kind to follow up and congratulate us even though we didn't end up working together. Working in the wedding industry myself, I know she is a highly respected planner and I'm so appreciative to know her. I can't wait to work with her in the future and would refer her to all my clients!

I was referred to All in the Detail Design through our venue’s (The Casino, San Clemente) preferred vendor list and I could not be happier with my experience. We hired Amy for desi...

gn and day of coordination which was the perfect fit for us, since by the time I was looking for a coordinator we had already figured out many of the main vendors but needed help with bringing our vision to life. From our very first meeting, she really understood the direction we wanted to go and had lot of beautiful and creative ideas. I am very much a planner and I found Amy to be extremely communicative and calming in the months and days leading up to the wedding and she was always offering her professional opinion based on her experience in the business when I was having trouble making decisions. She also offered her expertise on biggest bang for the buck, and helped me scale back a few items accordingly, when I was trying to stay within budget (which is always a tough challenge 😊 ) While the pre-wedding experience was amazing, I would have to say the highlight for me personally was how smoothly the actual day of the wedding went. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Many people I know who have gotten married warned us before the wedding that something always goes wrong and just to roll with the punches, but that was definitely not the case here… those people obviously didn’t have Amy and the All in the Detail Design team! We had an absolute blast and didn’t worry about a single thing on the day of, I was completely stress free. Even my mom, who is the party planner and hostess in the family and had a little trouble letting go in this process, was blown away by how the day unfolded and was able to let loose and really enjoy herself! We had many of our guests saying this was the most organized and beautiful wedding they had ever been to. If you want a patient, calming, creative and experienced planner that puts together stunning weddings… look no further! I cannot recommend Amy and her team highly enough.

We got married at the Casino in San Clemente. One of the biggest draws to AITDD was the fact that Amy and her team work at the Casino a lot. Amy knows the venue inside and out and ...

she worked with our other vendors regularly as well. It made everything super easy for the day of coordination. As a human, I am very controlling and OCD and when it came down to my wedding, I knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. Amy and her team brought it out perfectly. We provided the list of decor and which room we would like them in and from there, Amy's team brought it the life. The team also kept us calm during our stressful moments. Many guests complimented Amy and her team to us as well, which was super sweet. We are so happy that we chose Amy and her team. You won't regret it!

es the peace of mind to really be able to relax and enjoy every moment of the day. I can’t tell you how much how I appreciated her gentle touch during the few moments I was fretful. It was incredibly reassuring to hear “it’s Ok, we’re all good!”- with that I could exhale and all my stresses vanished. Even more importantly- my mom got to enjoy the day as well. My mom is usually the planner of major events like this and it was important to me that she be given the opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening as well. She worked so hard in the years and months prior doing the brunt of the planning (I am not a great planner- with a notable exception in my decision to hire Amy!). It was vitally important to me that my mom have the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of her labor as well. I wanted her to enjoy the day as much as I did (I don’t know if that’s truly possible because it was frankly the best day of my life). I cannot fathom the burden of stress that Amy must have taken off of my mother’s shoulders, but I know by the smiles I’m seeing in the photos that she was relieved of them completely. Having Amy there and coordinating all the moving pieces of this 4D chess set meant that me AND my family got to enjoy the day fully. We got an opportunity to truly be present with family and friends that came to celebrate with us from far away places and we got to revel in each of those special moments that only come once in a lifetime. I am completely unaware of any hiccups throughout the day (if there were any!) and I am sure that was by design. It’s a Herculean effort to make a wedding look so flawless- and it was all done with grace and a smile.

ows). Amy basically speaks a secret wedding language and was able to turn all of my ideas into a gorgeous evening. Her organization and timeline of our day was on point! I felt like I was able to relax and enjoy our wedding because I knew that Amy would handle any issues that arose. (Naturally, none did because she had pre-planned beautifully! ) My parents were heavily involved in the planning process so there were times of emotion and stress. During these times, Amy jumped in and made sure everyone's voice was heard and offered genius suggestions to make the day perfect. I cannot imagine working with anyone else to plan our wedding. Amy is such a breath of fresh air and genuinely kindhearted person. Words do not do justice for all the love we felt through the planning process. We are forever grateful for Amy!!

That is exactly what I did and I was blown away by everything that was done and everything she did. She was there with us the whole wedding making sure we were taken care of and having a good time. Amy was SO incredible throughout our entire wedding process! We hired her for month-of services, however she was extremely supportive and responsive even before our month-of began....

Our wedding day was IMPECCABLE thanks to her detailed timeline, attention to detail and her genuine care for my Husband and I to have the most amazing day possible. She never let us go without a drink in hand, made sure we were fed and if anything did go wrong, we weren't aware of it. We had a slight hiccup with a speech going too long, cutting into some of our photos- but Amy was along side us reassuring us that the photos were amazing, which they totally are! After that moment, it was party time and we had the most fun we have ever had, not worrying about a single detail since Amy had it all covered. Our friends and family say it was the most fun wedding they'd ever been to and it wouldn't have been half that without Amy's help. We love Amy and highly recommend her services to anyone getting married in the OC/SoCal area.

and both my family and my husband’s family were floored with how awesome she is. The best part is that I felt like we actually attended our own wedding! We were able to eat our dinner uninterrupted, dance and move through the events of the evening with absolutely no worries and soak up every second. We used All in the Details Design for month of coordination, and my only regret is that we weren’t able to use Amy for fully planning and design! Using Amy was the best decision we made!

Amy hands-down made our wedding planning experience memorable and enjoyable. She was a delight to work with from the start and beautifully designed the wedding that we envisioned. ...

I literally cried tears of joy seeing all of the design come together on our wedding day, and many of our guests commented on how beautiful the wedding was. She did an amazing job encapsulating the design I had in mind and mixing in elements that were important to us. We took the design process step-by-step, which prevented me from becoming overwhelmed and stressed during the process. She has an excellent network of vendors that she works with as well, all of whom helped create a beautiful wedding day for us. I fully trusted Amy and her eye for detail and design, and I am so grateful to have had her professionalism and expertise during our wedding. Thank you Amy!!

Hire Amy as your wedding planner, just do it. As a bride who did not have a bottomless budget for my wedding, I did not want to hire a wedding planner. I thought it was an unnecess...

ary expense, and I was trying to save money wherever possible. However, my wedding venue required that I hire a wedding planner, and I will be eternally grateful for that. Amy provided a detailed schedule for the entire day of the wedding, and let me say, what a life saver! I've been to weddings pre and post marriage, and I have yet to experience a wedding day as organized, relaxing, and beautiful as my wedding day. (Yes, I am aware that I am totally biased.) But Amy and her team truly did help make my wedding vision come to life! The setup was exactly what I envisioned, the relationships she formed with my other vendors was admirable, the way she treated my family and friends was amazing, and as a bride, she helped make my wedding day seamless, beautiful, fun, and everything I had ever dreamed of. My family and I were so impressed with Amy and her team and we are so grateful for everything she did to help make the happiest day of our lives just that. Thanks Amy!

After meeting with Amy for an hour long introduction phone call I knew she was the right coordinator for me. She was already helping me make plans while keeping me calm. Amy worked...

closely with me after I had already set most of the design schemes and decisions in place. I came to her for month of coordination for my destination wedding in her home state of California. I suffer from anxiety, and was dealing with a lot of hardships in my family life. She was so responsive and attentive. Amy made sure to take care of every little detail and hurdle (60% chance of rain in LA! , furniture becoming unavailable etc etc) that we came across. I couldn't have done it without her. If I wasn't a designer, I would've hired her full service. We communicated entirely by email and phone. When I finally met her in person she was so warm and comforting - it was like having another family member/girlfriend there by my side.

Amy was crucial in making our wedding amazing. We found her through our venue's (Casino San Clemente) preferred vendor list and after a phone meeting with her, we knew she would ...

be the right fit for us because of her enthusiasm, organization, eye for design and creativity. Even though we hired her for a month of coordination, she kept in touch with us throughout the 10 months of planning (from when we hired her), sent us recommendations and answered our questions. Her month of coordination was absolutely necessary and she kept all communication with the other vendors, ensuring a very well organized event! She completely took over and this allowed us to relax in the last month. For our rehearsal, she was patient, efficient, and effective with our huge bridal party and kept everyone focused. She prepared rehearsal and wedding itinerary packets for each person in our bridal party and each vendor so everyone was on the same page. She was clearly a pro and this allowed us to simply enjoy the last few days leading up to the wedding. The wedding day itself was flawless. If anything went wrong, Amy took care of it and we did not notice. We gave her our decor, told her our vision and she and her assistants were able to execute it beautifully. My Dad was sick and weak but Amy (and our other vendors) were very thoughtful to make accommodations for him and make sure he was as comfortable as possible during the event. His presence at our wedding was the best wedding gift anyone could've given us and we are so thankful that Amy and our team of vendors helped make his experience better. We received a lot of compliments about our wedding- how beautiful everything was and how well executed. We are extremely thankful that Amy and our other vendors were on our team. We absolutely loved working with you Amy! M+M

ded the reigns over to her, we didn't have to worry about a thing. She was patient and available, answering all of our quick questions promptly. She even gave us a fabulous recommendation for our wedding cakes that everyone agrees was one of the highlights of the event. All in all, I can't recommend Amy enough!

All in the Details Design was excellent to work with. Amy (the founder and wedding planner) was consistently thinking ahead and we never felt we were behind in the wedding plannin...

g process. It gave me so much peace of mind to know that every detail that I could potentially forget about, she was thinking of and had already addressed. Amy does a great job of being organized and on top of the logistics, but she is also extremely creative and has an amazing eye for design. My husband and I were blown away when we walked into our reception venue and saw how all of her hard work had paid off. The decor and design she created was exactly what we wanted to portray at our wedding. Amy also listens to her clients and makes sure she is addressing their needs and desires rather than doing what's easier for her or what she thinks is best. She also comes up with an excellent day-of timeline which she emails out to all of your vendors, so you don't have to worry about whether or not everyone is on the same page. I would gladly work with All in the Details Design again. My sister is using her for her wedding and I will happily recommend working with her if you want a low-stress, organized planning process and a beautiful wedding that truly represents who you are as a couple.

My husband and I got married in Orange County but live in San Francisco, and we chose a venue that requires a planner. We found Amy and All in the Detail Design through our venue'...

s list of preferred vendors, and we can honestly say we couldn't have planned our dream wedding without her. From vendor recommendations and execution on the day-of, Amy truly captured our vision. I was stressed out that I wasn't stressed enough with wedding planning, but Amy had covered every single detail and then some and made sure to get our buy-in every step of the way. If you are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and just all around a great person to know, hire Amy and All in the Detail Design- it'll be the best thing you do for your wedding planning!!
