The cake was delicious and the communication was good. However, we had some issues. When we ordered our tasting box, the filling we requested to try was missing. Brittany realized ...
this quickly and took the charge off of our tasting fee. We ordered a cake with raspberry filling for the wedding cake, as well as one for our guests. Our wedding cake was missing the filling. I have an email that said we ordered the filling, so it was incredibly disappointing to have it missing once again. It was added to the guest cake, so really not sure what happened. The cakes were good and guests raved about it. Just sad we never got to actually try the raspberry lemon cake we had dreamed of
We had a wonderful experience working with Brittany of All Mixed Up Cakes for our wedding. We live out of state but Brittany was very accommodating with scheduling our tasting duri...
ng the limited time we had while visiting Knoxville before the wedding. It was so difficult to pick a cake because everything we tried was excellent. Brittany was super helpful in providing guidance for how we could get the most out of her services, so we ended up selecting two different cake flavors. We had a 3-tier red velvet cake with cookie butter filling and cream cheese frosting, and a separate sheet cake that was almond cake with raspberry filling and almond buttercream. We were thrilled at her suggestion to do both so that we could have a beautiful tiered cake for photographs while also offering more than one flavor and accommodating approximately 150 guests. We got tons of compliments on both cakes! I highly recommend All Mixed Up Cakes for any event!
Brittany was amazing to work with. We chose her after a sample tasting at a bridal event because we actually wanted a wedding cake that tasted amazing. We got that AND a piece or a...
rt. We sent a few inspiration pics and got even more than we could imagine! We actually had a guest say they reconsidered fondant after tasting her cake. The vanilla with chantilly filling and the chocolate with white chocolate mousse layers were equally good. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
I came to All Mixed Up with a very specific request - to re-create my Aunt Rhonda's chocolate bundt cake so I can share a family tradition with all of my guests. The cake turned ou...

Brittany was amazing to work with!! She communicated and helped every step of the way. She even set up an on-the-go tasting since we were visiting from out of town. She listened to...
all our ideas and created the most beautiful vintage heart-shaped cake for our wedding. And we didn’t break the bank for a high quality product. It was stunning and perfect. It also tasted DELICIOUS! Our guests are still talking about how moist and yummy the cake was (go for the cookie butter filling, it was life changing). We cannot say enough how beautiful our cake turned out!

us a mini anniversary cake!), an assortment of mini cupcakes, pies, and brownies, and a Jimmy Buffet themed grooms’ cake (decor and taste were also a big hit). Couldn’t have turned out better and the ordering and delivery process was seamless.

hen we ate it on wedding night... both of our jaws dropped. Best looking and best tasting wedding cake I've ever had. She also helped us create the dessert table of our dreams! We had cheesecake shooters, cookies, mini cupcakes, fruit tarts, and more! We heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests. Brittany is professional, kind, super easy to work with, and is very transparent about her prices (everything is listed on her website). She was able to follow exactly my vision for design based on my Pinterest board and an email or two to each other. We decided to share our wedding cake with our guests on our big day, but I am 100% planning on ordering from Brittany for our 1 year anniversary! She is the best and I would absolutely recommend All Mixed Up Cakes for your cake and dessert needs! (Will update with more pictures when I get them <3 )
My wedding cake was a dream. We wanted a small personal cake for us and the bridal party and she delivered. I truly, and I mean this, have never had better cake or frosting. Britta...
ny was easy to communicate back and forth with, helped us do a take home tasting since we live out of town, and took all my inspiration pictures and made it a reality! We were also able to get gluten free cupcakes for my guests who had dietary restrictions, who commented they tasted better than most gluten free products out there! All in all, working with this company was an exceptional experience and I would recommend it to anyone for any occasion! We’ll be back for birthdays!
We absolutely loved our wedding cake!

ly what we wanted. The macaroons, cake pops, gluten free cupcakes for my MIL, and banana pudding? To die for. I am thankful for her also making planning so easy! We booked through the press room, and she was who they use for the cake. It was probably the easiest meeting we had! The tastiest one too! My cousin tried macaroons for the first time at the wedding, and I’m afraid we may have set the bar too high! I plan on using her for anniversary cakes (after the first since we had the one included!), baby showers when we get there, birthday and any other excuse I can find to buy a cake from her!
We did a cake tasting with her about a year and a half prior to the wedding. The cake was delicious and she was so accommodating. She gave suggestions and her work was flawless com...

ss and designing our wedding cake with Brittany. She took my vision and executed beyond my expectations- our cake was beautiful and delicious! We had a large 5 tier cake, each with different cakes and filling flavors, and it could not have been more perfect. Our guests loved the cake and are still talking about how delicious it was. I have nothing but great things to say for Brittany and All Mixed Up and highly recommend her to all brides looking for their wedding cake!!! I will definitely continue working with Brittany in the future for any of my cake needs.

p until a few weeks before wedding. She even helped us get the cake topper for our cake and it was beautiful. She offers many flavors and I believe we tasted most of them. We decided to have each tier a different flavor and filling. At end of night there was only a few pieces left. Everyone loved it. Especially the Oreo! I highly recommend Brittany and All Mixed up Cakes.

I recently hired Brittany to bake a cake for a baby shower I was throwing for 40 people. I showed her a picture of a naked cake with roses on top and that was exactly what she did!...
The guests were whispering to each other “Who made the cake?” and the guest of honor was thrilled! It was so beautiful and had so much flavor. She has the best vanilla cake with buttercream icing! I have tried many wedding cakes and I can tell you, you won’t be disappointed!
