All Night Events

Zac was extremely professional and made the night flow smoothly! He played music that kept people on the dance floor. I got many compliments from guest about how great he was. He played music toward the age of guest on the dance floor. At one point he played a baby shark song because it was all young children out there. I would highly recommend!

Zac was everything we could ask for in a DJ. He met with us early to understand what we were envisioning, he helped us plan a timeline for our ceremony & reception, and was easy to reach and very responsive in emails. Throughout our wedding day, we were busy running around and talking that we lost track of what was going on. Zac made sure to grab our attention and let us know xyz is coming up soon and what we wanted to do. He was also flexible with us when we decided not to do some items on our timeline and on top of it all, he played great music throughout the whole night.

Zac was absolutely fantastic! The entire experience from our initial call with him before we signed the contract through the day of the wedding was perfect. We particularly liked how Zac talked through things with us and figured out our style, and which activities we did and did not want to participate in, and make the wedding exactly what we wanted. Zac also went above and beyond on the day of the wedding, helping track down other vendors, and even dismissing every table for dinner. We can't recommend Zac highly enough!

He made sure I got everything I wanted and was very good at engaging with the guests. He was super friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

We had the most amazing wedding day thanks to Zac. From meeting him at a bridal show to all the planning to wedding day, everything ran so smooth, and he was incredible. He was able to include Mexican music to include my family while playing music from every genre everyone was able to enjoy. We had everyone including grandparents on the dance floor. Thanks, Zac!

We hired Zac to keep people on the dance floor, as we had a lot of guests that don't like to dance. He did an incredible job and kept the party going until the very end! We also hired Zac to video record our ceremony and first dance. There was a small technical issue with the video, which could not have been foreseen and was no fault on his part. Zac was very upfront about and edited the video to fix it. We probably never would have noticed the issue without him telling us, but we really appreciated his honesty. Highly recommend.

Zac is by far the best wedding DJ I’ve ever heard. Not only did he coordinate with us in a timely manner and was super responsive to all our requests, but he can truly read the room at a party! He kept up with the vibe all night and was SO good at pivoting when a song wasn’t hyping everyone up (which only happened once toward the beginning because he was so good at reading the room). I’d definitely hire him again and will always recommend him highly!!

From the start, communication with All Night Events went exceptionally smooth. They were accommodating to our schedule and needs. A huge bonus was how easy they were to get along with. Zac's professionalism shone through on the day of the wedding, from keeping everything running smoothly to effectively communicating and executing transitions throughout the evening. His music choices created a natural flow throughout the reception. Perhaps the most important aspect was how well he handled any unexpected changes or challenges throughout the night: with grace, patience, and smile on his face. We cannot say enough good things about Zac! He truly went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process and wedding day. Any "silly" question I had, he always answered in depth, in a timely manner. He helped create a smooth timeline, pick out special songs, and created some of the most memorable moments of the night. We had ordered a 4ft tall cardboard cut out of our dog, and Zac made sure to get the entire room hyped up for the special shoutout to the dog of honor celebrating at home. After such a special, fulfilled day, I heard the last song play. I just wasn't ready for the day to end... So I got everyone to chant for an encore as Zac was trying to coordinate getting us on track for the grand exit. Zac went along with my antics and played one more song, before ending our night with a great grand exit. Thank you soooooooooo much for making our day so special!!!! Zac from All Night Events did an excellent job DJing our wedding! He was very helpful in our planning process and did a great job the day of the wedding. He worked with us to customize our music selections to really create the vibe we wanted. The dance floor was so much fun and we had several guest tell us how much they loved our music/DJ! Leading up to the wedding he was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. For our wedding we had DJ Justin and he kept our dance floor packed the entire night! I have had so many people reach out to me since our wedding saying how much fun they had and how great the music was!

The weather did not want to cooperate with our big day and we had some venue issues as well but Zac effortlessly handled each unplanned situation with ease and kept our party going! I can't say enough wonderful things about Zac as a DJ but also an invaluable resource for helping with the final few weeks of wedding planning. He met with us a few weeks before the wedding and walked through every single element of our timeline in detail, asking questions and confirming things. On the day-of, he went above and beyond the call of duty in partnership with our photographer and day-of coordinator due to weather inconsistencies. He really helped us stay focused on our wedding and reception by taking care of issues that came up behind the scenes.

Zac was so easy and fun to work with, and he delivered! He was so on top of things on the night of the reception, moving the party along and working with the venue seamlessly. Dancefloor was popping all night and he was great at incorporating song suggestions we wanted.

All Night Events has been the highlight of our 4th of July celebrations for the past 3 years! Karaoke is always a fan favorite and being able to capture the memories of the night with the Photo Booth is icing on the cake. Best entertainment out there!!!

Zac was the best DJ. Not only is he highly professional, but he also listens to everything you request and ask at the meetings prior and he takes detailed notes so nothing gets left out on your big day. He was also super helpful the day of with helping with organization. Lastly, we wanted to have some special songs for cultural events and dances and he was more than happy to work with us to get that incorporated. I would recommend his services to all of our friends getting married in the Columbus area!

We can’t say enough good things about Zac! The only “complaint” from our guests was there was never a boring song to go get more cake, they were all too good! The dance floor was packed all night. Zac really works with each couple to personalize their day - I actually chose Al Night Events over our other options because his response to our message was the only one that wasn’t a “cookie cutter”. Not only does Zac manage the music, but he emcees the whole night. I didn’t have to stress about anyone being in place for speeches, he made sure everyone was in order for grand entrances, made sure the night stayed on schedule, and he worked with our videographer to make sure they could tune into sound as well. Worth every single penny!

All Night Events was great to work with and we were lucky enough to work with DJ Zac. We had the perfect day and it went flawlessly. A big part of that was thanks to Zac. He played music for both our ceremony and the reception. The ceremony was beautiful and reception was a blast. Our guest danced all night long (we even had the reception last an hour longer than the average reception). If you are thinking of going with All Night Events as your DJ stop thinking and do it!

Zac at All Night Event’s did such a great job at our wedding! He also worked well with other vendors and doubled as another coordinator making sure we were on top of our timeline! He also took a lot of time to meet with us and gave great advice on our timeline. Zac was so amazing!! He not only helped us create our wedding timeline, but he took the time to learn all of our wedding party's names, asked questions on pronunciation, and was patient with me when I couldn't pinpoint what songs I wanted. He was accommodating to all of our needs, and had the type of energy every wedding needs! We added karaoke to our package, and it was a hit!! So many people are still talking about our wedding, saying it was the "party of a lifetime." He helped us create memories that will last a lifetime. Overall, we were really happy with our DJ and All Night Events! Zac was really easy to communicate with leading up to the event. We had a really helpful meeting with him about a month before the wedding. Our DJ, Kamal, was great the day of the wedding. He touched base with us multiple times to check in and see how things were going. There were a few things that we requested before the wedding that Kamal didn't do, such as making certain announcements. But overall, All Night Events was great!

I loved working with this agency! I highly recommend them! Very organized, super helpful, and great price. The guy who owns the company is super great guy and was so kind and helpful. The guy who handled our wedding day of was a freaking rockstar!

Justin did a great job DJing and MCing for our wedding. Zac did a great job coordinating before our event to determine the order of events, which songs to play for each part of the wedding day, and our must-play, please-play, and do-not-play lists, which Justin executed very well. We had a smaller wedding (~75 guests), which makes it more difficult to keep the dance floor packed, but Justin did a great job and whenever I looked over, I did see people dancing. We also appreciate that our small wedding wasn't "beneath them", and they took our wedding as seriously as a larger wedding. The communication before the day, providing ideas of songs for parts of the reception we didn't even consider, and checking in to make sure everything was as we wanted it was much appreciated. We were also happy that he was able to get everything set up for the ceremony portion as well, despite it being 100 yards or so from the dance floor. Overall, a great job. Thanks Justin and Zac!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Zac and All Night Events. We are over the moon about the service we received. He let us be very hands-on with our music and use custom playlists, which was awesome, and when it came to the dance floor, he did an amazing job at steering us toward the pop punk/rock vibes we wanted while still having tons of classics worked in. We got so many compliments on the music. The dance floor was bopping all night with everything from My Chemical Romance and blink-182 to Whitney Houston and Harry Styles. He was also just a wonderful experienced presence to have if you have never planned an event at this scale. During our meetings, he gave us great advice on what typically works/doesn't work so we could make the best choices for music & run of the evening. And beyond the outstanding DJing, Zac went above and beyond the entire day, and we absolutely credit him with how smoothly our day went. He worked so quickly in the background when he arrived at the venue that everything was set up and rolling for the ceremony & guest arrival before I even knew he was there. He communicated with the vendors/staff/bridal party/families and made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the appropriate times. He let my husband and I know when we had a lull in the reception that we might use to go mingle. He even got me a drink from the bar during a busy part of the evening and had it waiting at my table when I got back. Zac honestly just felt like a huge safety net under us the entire day, which allowed us to be carefree throughout the evening without worrying about whether we were on schedule or forgetting about something. Lastly, we took advantage of the filming services Zac offered, and we are SO pleased with the result. We were never going to be able to afford a full-on videographer, but we still wanted nice footage of our vows and toasts. Zac filmed our ceremony & toasts with a nice camera on a tripod and edited the footage together for us, and it is EXACTLY what we wanted. Crystal clear, great audio, the moments we wanted on film at a fraction of the cost a videographer would have been. We would HIGHLY recommend hiring Zac and All Night Events!

The experience that we had with Zac and "All Night Events" in planning our wedding was above excellent. Zac made the planning for the music selection for the wedding more personal. He was able to give his input, and edit songs to only play portions of music that we wanted for our ceremony to make our wedding day magical. The wedding reception was just the right music to make everyone want to dance. A very amazing and recommended experience.

We worked with Zac for our wedding on 9/17/2022 and I could not be more pleased with how they helped with our wedding. Throughout the whole process Zac was extremely helpful with giving us song options and advice on which ones were going to work and what could give our guests the best experience. I remember telling Zac that I wanted to make sure that everyone would be dancing the entire time and they made that our reality. Kamal was the DJ on site and he was the life of the party. He was helpful in getting the guests hyped up and was always making sure my husband and I were liking the music, were okay throughout the night and that we always had a drink in our hands :) Our whole experience with All Night Events could not have been any better and they really helped my vision for our reception come to life. I had a very specific way I wanted the processional song to begin and end and they made sure it matched my expectations perfectly. Our guests are still talking about our reception saying "the music could not have been any better!" and I completely agree. I would recommend Zac, Kamal, and All Night Events to all of my friends, even my new brother in law is using them at their wedding in January now! :)

Zack made our wedding absolutely perfect!! The one thing everyone said to us when planning our wedding was. “Make sure you have a good DJ, because they are a make or break”. Well Zack went over and beyond when it came to our wedding. One of the most important parts to our wedding, was the best decision going with All Night Events!! I would choose them over and over again. One thing that was suggested was the shoe game. And that is one thing that made our night so much fun!! One of the top best experiences was picking them for our wedding!!
